What you give your attention to, grows. Things are neutral of

You are inventing your whole life. We all do. That's the game. If you
don't like what you've got, give it love and release it, and ask for
something else. Usually tho, "problems" are just gifts you haven't found a

prospecting for silver linings. You won't find unless you seek.

Coz you are using your ego to try to find out who you are. All it knows
are your problems and limitations, and it makes it self bigger by finding
more. This is the only trick it knows, one trick pony..
That is why some folks have encouraged you not to feed it so much, by
posting.

Why is it a lot more work for me to widen someone's limits to feel bliss,
than to increase their ability to tolerate pain? Because pain is familiar
to the ego, it lets it know it is still alive, reaffirms it's cherished
limits. Bliss demolishes it, and it feels like it's dying. The French call
an orgasm "le petit morte".. the little death. So why do so many say that
sex is sinful? Bliss is scary.

Good!!!
So you get a sense, then, of Exactly Where your ego Is. It is that cloud
that makes you feel childish and weak. You even have an ability to stand
apart from the cloud and look at it's tangles. So why do you keep jumping
back into it? Dump it, give it back to Goddess, thread by knot. That is
it's only permanent solution. Write it all out to yourself and burn it up
so the bits transform to light, instead of feeding it by seeking the
attention of the list.
Didja ever see a brilliant movie about awakening called "Joe Vs. the
Volcano"? Go rent it. It is fill of wonderful hidden messages.
In the movie, Joe is persuaded he is dying, because he has a "brain
cloud".. that's you, my boy.. this brain cloud is killing you. It is making
fears and limits that cause sickness, old age and death. That is it's job.

That is illusion. It is the carrot on a string that ego uses to keep you
talking talking endlessly. Going round and round the self-perpetuating
loops of the ego tangles in the brain cloud. Hamster in a wheel, running
like heck and going nowhere.
The list gets cranky at you, coz it is hard to watch the pain and futility
of your circles. Like seeing a drowning person who cannot be helped.
Stop it!
Pull out of the noise of your endless opinions. Be still. Be silent.
Listen. It is only when you know Nothing, that there is room for truth.

guided to read Seth Speaks then The Nature of Personal Reality: A Seth Book,
one learns that we each create our own reality through our beliefs. Walking
ones experience leads to understanding, there are many ways, many paths, no

You are talking about some *major* questions here! Everyone on the path must
eventually ask them.
I too alternate between awe of the wonders of this world and a deep conviction
that there are so many problems that it seems almost foolish to even try to
solve them. Yet you've hit the nail on the head when you say that it is our
attitude towards the world that manufactures these problems--both in the sense
of percieiving problems where there may be none, and in the sense of actually
creating more problems because we stubbornly cling to our own personal
agendas.
Yet the truth is that nothing is wrong and nothing really matters. To realize
this is to deflate our egos, to get rid of all the justifications for our
righteousness, to open our eyes to the world as it really is, to surrender to
what is complete, whole and right.
I think many of us cling to our notions of wrong because our personalities are
built upon them, and we feel lost without them. Yet to keep on clinging is to
limit ourselves and to separate ourselves from the divine.
How can we live in the great generosity of "nothing is wrong?" How can we
live in the great freedom of "nothing really matters?" How can we live in
love, beyond the daily horrors of the rat race?
I don't have any answers; all I can do is add to your own list of
questions--but how importnat these questions are--and how important it is that
more and more of us come together to ask them!!!

I once thought by not allowing my emotions to surface I was taking charge
of the ego. That the ego was something bad. I now realize that the ego is
a friend who guides me, us, in showing Who I Am Now. This is not Who I Will
To
Become although through conscious awareness I am able to observe my
thoughts, feelings, and emotions which are my current beliefs. By doing this
I am able to create new beliefs, as shown above I have already begun.
Why not get emotional? It's part of Who You Are....

the original word of boeddha was bhavana it means development or

So true. What helped me was Krishna's sentence, , , "the body is a

Multidimensional Reiki is a healing on all levels that promotes you
taking responsibility for your actions and being able to taste, feel
smell, hear and breath Reiki.
We look at the Usui and Takata Lineage as a mythology that has
promoted the technique and this is good. However it is not the whole of
the matter. We rarely mention anything about the History in our classes.
When we are asked questions, we tell them read the books for the Legends
and History.
There are some Reiki people that get so caught up in the ego (Mine's
bigger than yours concept) and linage and the titles (Of which there are
none in Japan), That the true idea of Reiki is lost.
We recognize that all who practice healing honestly and with reverence
are one and accomplish much. Also we teach in a more scientific method
specifically for Nurses and Left Brained people.. <G>Nurses and Doctors
So Multidimensional Reiki is our trademark..
Good Reading is "Reiki Fire" by Frank Petter. Frank is a Reiki Master
practicing and living in Japan with his Japanese. According to his book
there were 2,000 Reiki students trained by the Usui Clinics in 1940.
Also there have been 5 presidents of the original Usui group in Japan
(still operating in Japan) Which is why the "Reiki Alliance" has been
unable to Trademark the name.
ANOTHER NOTE ON STEALING ENERGY:
There are some that misunderstood my reference to Stealing energy.. What
I meant by ths is metophorical.. Another possibly better word is Energy
Economy. When someone affects your emotions, you tend to focus on that
point rather than on your self in the here and now. That's how my Gang
type friend controlled his adversaries. By Fear.. because of their fear
they were not motivited to express themselves in the normal manner.
Possibly only considering what Might happen instead of what was
happening.

Hi K-List Friends,
Physical reality has been very active lately, I'm just settling down
today. I have been preoccupied too, by a new memory from my past
life. I have recalled more detail about the way I ended that life.
I remember, my higher self told me I had to plant a seed, because
there was no probability of my dying at that time and place. I did
not understand, and I was told that possibility, and probability were
necessary to effect results in the realm of cause and effect. My
higher self agreed that if I were to say goodbye to my husband and
his friends, telling them I was leaving, this would be planting a
seed of an adequate probability, that would later require the second
step (astral visit to ask his spirit to murder me). This was called
"planting a seed". To be sure, this made him angry and set the
probability in motion.
I am both fascinated with the planting the seed concept, and saddened
by what I have done. Why did I use this man to help me escape from
my depressed physical existence? Why did my higher self assist me in
this regard? Did my husband agree, on the spiritual level to this,
because he needed to learn a lesson about non-attachment? I have
asked God for forgiveness of these sins. But, I do not understand
why spirit would instruct me in this direction to begin with.
When Buddha became enlightened, he saw all his past lives. Just
small glimpses of mine can be very painful, and a lot to work
through. Just imagine all the mistakes I (we all) have made, and
dealing with the memory of all this. I do not remember enough about
that life to understand why I was so depressed, but that is the only
way I remember that life. Perhaps it was a symptom of my early
kundalini awakening. Perhaps I have to tell all of you now who may
be suffering as I was then, not to do what I have done. There is no
escaping the will of God.
Once again, I am unsettled, and that is good for it means growth.
Is anyone familiar with the planting the seed concept? I am
wondering if this is some sort of "magick", as in mysticism? The
bible also uses much seed analogy, "As ye sow, so shall ye reap",etc.
In my past life, my family were land owners and farmers; this too
seems all connected as in a message.

P.S. My ego has been pestering me to ask Paul West this question,
and I am finally going to indulge it. Paul, why is the word "demon"
in your e-mail address? What does this signify to you? Do you feel
demonized, vilified, possessed? Are you ready to give up this
distinction and become a mere mortal yet? Pardon my intrusion; don't
answer if its too personal.
I just wouldn't want to identify myself in this way to others, unless
I liked scaring, intimidating, or (perhaps impressing) them? Once,
at a convenience store, the cash register came to $6.66 and the
cashier turned pale and said in a quivering voice the total is $6.66!
I immediately handed her something else, and she rang it up. Later,
my mother-in-law, who is Jewish, wanted an explanation. When I told
her it is believed in Christian circles to be the number of the
devil, she nearly fainted. I also told her she had named her son
with 6 digits in each name, and that my ex-husband had the same
distinction. Interesting hmm??

Hi all,
I just recieved a message from someone that has told me that a email he sent
me has bounced back to him. This is the second time. I am now wondering if
other messages are not making it to me. Is anyone on this list getting
email bounced back to them when they try to send me email?
