Hello everyone:
I can hear me in my thought room in my head. Then it opens and Im
connnected in thought feelling with what ? who?? Other prople
who hear? it makes my ears ring?Am I doing it ? Does it just happen?
Ihave had tons things happpen mostlly with out physical world people
support. My synchronisitys (when other people all shifted into the
same paradim) Was generated bt the power of Marterism (feeling it) a
few times other times I don't know what causes it.
I have had the clock on the microwave run backwards in the middle of the
night. All connected to all the things happening that night I had a
little clock that I took the face off and layed it on its face and I
would sit and try tto be int synch with the universal pump and got it
ticken from 3 ft away. Itd go and stop. As my focus swayed .
on the 4th I picked some stuff up that i haven't for long while ....
The picture I have setting on my fireplace 3'd ed mabey 4'd ed
(dementions)I could see inlayed puzzzle pieces on top of one another
making the whole thing in another place. My neighbor saw it too. The
clouds were shifting It demetionalized. I saw and still can see an
eagle comeing down on a white horse.
My friends were all here. I could feel our energys tugging each other
to one another. Also I had a crystal at my heaart and could feel it
polerize me to make me balance.I could feel it. Then my other friend
come over and we witnessed when the conversation got generated a
daddy long leg would appear. And I 'd let it go outside. We both saw
that it was manifested magneticlly. We could tell. Why daddy long
legs I dont know. Anyhoo I think that she,my friend come over in the
same way. Pulled. manifest. Not by me but thru me as being connected
with the mother star as we all are. Taking time out in the natural
forces to see it for the electrical flow it metaphysically is. I feel
I was extreamly aware of the polaritys. The electrics of peoples
bodys...
What does this me to me................ bits and pieces of personal
transformaton process..
I ve been on the list for 1 month now and my life has opened back up
for me. I shut it down by falling to the reative physical reality
because no one believed me for so long. I know this is all real and it
is all God from everything Ive witnessed untrained and not knowing that
this was a reality that anyone else ever experienced. I thought that I
was alone so I have all this inside all these experiences that I have
locked up inside and I love that I found you all....
There's that opening ringing again I wonder who?

these neurotic fellow George), I've been through a terrible-ecstatic
process, what the white light from above concerns.

Yes Cathy, it IS the Light Body. The Tibetan Book of Dead refer to the
"Divine Body of Truth" (Chos-sku or Dharma-kaya), the Light Body, and the
"Inconceivable, Limitless Light", the socalled "Crystal Clear Light of
Origination, seen at the moment of Death", as ONE AND THE SAME.

On June 30th, 1998, I posted the following to a beloved group of light
workers "over there" in the US. :
THE HEALING WATERS OF IMMORTALITY - THE ICEBERG HAS MELTED
When writing my previous mail, I was admidst a very dangerous process. For
4 days, I walked around with Kundalini CONSTANTLY in my head. Completly
imbalanced, it felt like I was about to loose my sanity or my physical life
any moment. I do not wish these state for my worst enemy. Imagine a
concentrate of troubled emotions, tenseness and deppression, every second
24 hours each day, combined with constant dizziness, constants attacks of
migraine, loosing my sight subsequently for about an hour three times a
day, extreme headache. An inch from the abyss every second.
I was in the "in-between-world". Our language-makers invented the
description "enduring hanged up there" when designation disastrous
LSD-trips. It's exactly what it is. It's all energy in the head, "up
there". The Ultimate Crystal Clear, White Light becomes too "shiny",
blending people. And when trying to return, the darkness have become even
darker, and unbearable too. An incarnation is wasted.

I HAD TO phone < ... > today, and announce my Rejoice. I've managed to
bring the Energy down. The unbearable "iceberg" above melted in the middle
of the night, during a Tibetan ritual as my only way outcourse from hell.
(Buddhism symbolizes Hell with people carrying enormous rocks). THE ICE
MELTED. THE WATERS OF LIFE, MENTIONED BY JESUS AT THE WELL, BROKE THROUGH
ITS BARRAGE, WASHING AWAY ANYTHING LOWER THAN THE HIGHEST VIEWPOINT
POSSIBLE.

3 days ago, at 4:AM in the middle of the night, I used a variation of the
White Light technique:
Both feets on the floor, in order to get grounded on Earth. The hands on
the thighs with the palms upwards. Then moving the White Light of
Origination, The Ultimate Crystal Clear Light, downwards the channel where
we enter when beeing born. The Crystal Clear Light has no qualities, no
characteristics. It's Consciousness itself.
The White Light represents our God Self. It knows the answers of every one
of our problems, every one of our troubled feelings. During inhalation,
bring these white Light down antakarana to the hearth; during exhaling
BREATHE all your troubled feelings, all depression, all sorrow, all grief
OUT OF THE HEARTH.
After 3 inhalations and exhalations, move the Earth energy, our incarnated
human personality, the Son of Humans, upwards to the Heart. During the
pause, see the two energies blend. The blood red energy from beneath (the
Grale) meets the White Light from above, blending into Pink (The 3rd Ray),
before beeing exhaled out through the Hearth.
Throw your sorrow, your grief, your depressions, your negative feelings out
of the Hearth. Let the Godhead take care of how they are handled
afterwards. Do not cling to them. They don't belong to You anymore. Let Go
and Let God (Good).
So says the Tibetan-Chinese "Direct Way" .

Suddendly, the iceberg melted. The cold, cleansing waters broke through
it's barrage above, splintering it into ten thousand pieces. The roar of a
waterflood comparable to the Niagara Falls, superimposed it's nectar on
everything lower. Nothing in it's way could stop. The flood of healing
waters from above, flooded and flooded and flooded. I sat in these
meditation in an hour, I believe. It was extasy. It was relief. The
redeeming, cold cleansing waters of relief, flooded and flooded,
non-stopping.
Having contemplated in months on that which goes BEFORE the language, the
speechless "child" in ours, having been in 4 days of a HELL beyond the
language, the redeeming reward seemed endless. It was Pure Existence
absolute (Sat), Pure Consciousness of the Limitless Light absolute (Chit),
Eternal Bliss absolute (Andanda). It was cosmic consciousness absolute.
When I went to bed, I couldn't sleep. The cosmic bliss endured, endured and
endured. It wouldn't stop. I could only lay down in bed, listening to
relaxing music of Sea and Water as it's theme, while the flood continued
hour after hour. An enduring breakthrough in the grounding of my Light had
been reached.

I knew through clairsentence, that these breakthrough, would affect
thousands. The etheric iceberg was grounded. Nothing could ever remain the
same anymore. Nothing ! And I was right.

Then the phones began to ring. A breakthrough occured for the underground
I'm cooperating with for integrating human human rights in our Laws. Having
been fighting for common sense towards stubborness, indifference,
perversity, AGAINST ALL ODDS, towards the Justice system, towards the State
Aterny, towards the Director of Public Prosecutions, towards the Norwegian
Department of Justice, with no lawyers courageous enough to support me,
having even been throwed out by the local Police Station for explaining
their lawyers the Norwegian Laws (Yes, it is even tragic-comic), the "ice
of public arrogance" finally "melted".

These evening, I visited a local light worker group. And I teached them
these technique, together with another variation of the White Light from
the same Chinese-Tibetan tradition:
Imagine your head as a crystal clear, colourless "diamond scull". Fill your
head with the intensive White Light from above, the "light seen after
death", the light of Origination.
Then, send a beam of each Ray, each of the 7 flames down to solar plexus.
In the name of El Morya, transmit Blue (Will, Sword of Truth) downwards. In
the name of Kut Humi (Babaji), transmit Yellow (Wisdom) downwards. In the
name of Lanto, transmit Pink (Love) downwards. In the name of Serapis Bey,
transmit the colourless Ray (decrystallisation - crystallization)
downwards. In the name of Hilarion, transmit Green (Healing) downwards. In
the name of St. Germain, transmit the violet flame (transmutation)
downwards. In the name of Sananda (Divine Love), transmit Gold downwards.
When all the 7 rays meets in solar plexus, they blend into White. The White
Pearl of compassion is throwed straight forward from solar plexus,
beginning to spin around the body (counterclockwise on woman; clockwise on
men) downwards to the point
beneath the feats, after which the spinning of the cocoon returns upwards
to the point above the head where it's kept open for the inflow of Light.
Use this cocoon of white light to protect yourself, others, citys, Norway,
Europe, Earth ... It protects against harmfull attacks, from the "brethren
of darkness".

Everyone during these meditation received a strong cosmic energy from
above, two of them began to cry (frozen emotions loosened and healed by the
Love of white light). One of them began to cry when hearing the channeling
"You are loved !".

I can't resist jumping backwards in History, because everything coincides
with a poem almost forgotten. Samuel Taylor Coleridge (Oct 21, 1772 - July
25th, 1834), these poor english poet, who ended as a tragedy degenerated by
opium, these genius whom the Royal Society provided with an annual income
to give him THE SENSE that his works were still appreciated, wrote however
one of his best parts in his degenerated state. If the circumstances havn't
interrupted him while writing, causing all inspiration to fade away like a
candle in the wind, his poem would have been one of history's masterpieces.
He wrote about "Xanadu" (Chuang Tu), the "city of the 108 temples" in Do
lon nor, county of Inner Mongolia, as a hymn to the "waters of life", the
"drink of immortality".
"To seek the sacred river Alph,
To walk the CAVES OF ICE
To break my fast on honey dew
And drink the milk of Paradise ..."
I have heard the whispered tales of immortality,
the deepest mystery.

*** Actually, what you want is pepper spray. Mace is a brand name for a
type of tear gas. Mace is ineffective on some people, especially repeat
felons (who have been sprayed so many times they have built up immunity)
as well as drunks, druggies and crazy people who "feel no pain." Tear
gas is generally being phased out. But you can now buy Mace brand of
pepper spray.
Pepper spray does not rely on pain sensation, instead physically
inflames mucous membranes and makes it difficult for offender to see or
breathe. Not lethal, preferred by police departments and, in your part
of the world, is sold as Grizzly Bear Repellant (no kidding). Is not
legal in all US cities or states, see local law.
If not, carry oven spray, hair spray or Lysol. Bad alternatives, they
can cause permanent damage. More dangerous, but legal (go figure).
I know because I taught "Refuse to Be a Victim" course in personal
protection strategies for women. They have a website, if you're
interested.

Wonder what the opinion of others is on the general subject: do you
trust in Allah but tie up the camel? In this case, does common sense
prevail and you take precautions to defend yourself from possibility of
attack? Or does metaphysical theory prevail, and you avoid even the
thought of being attacked for fear of creating that condition in the
world i.e., fear that your negative thoughts will attract negativity to
you?
Would appreciate hearing some thoughtful discussion on this issue. Mere
dogma or empty theory is less appreciated.
Interested because I personally carry a 500,000 volt stun gun, pepper
spray, handgun and small thermonuclear device -- just in case. Must be
working, I haven't been attacked yet! But seriously, I do worry that
this shows a lack of faith in God. I don't rehearse violent thoughts or
even worry excessively, but I do keep my eyes open and listen to my
"hunches" when a situation feels wrong. But is blind faith/trust a
better way? Or, did God give us common sense so we could use it?

Hello.
I am also new to the list serve. I like what I am seeing, and already
feel
I've been given a great gift by subscribing. Last January, I went
through
some major changes, (not sure if kundalini energy was awakened or not,
still
searching) but life has been turned topsy turvy ever since, and I LIKE
IT!
I have found myself more outgoing, definitely more assertive, and a
whole
lot less concerned about what people think of me. At times I seem
shallow,
at others, profound... I am learning I can say NO anytime I want,
without
fear of the world falling apart.
I love the new independence, and I love to be able to answer people's
why
questions with, "Because I choose to." I am functioning very well in
the
outside world, with a lot of straight up "I don't owe you an apology or
an
explanation." I find most people accept that with grace, and even
respect.
Perhaps your lil ol' petro man doesn't like women to be straight
forward.
(I know alot of men who want women to remain meek and very submissive.
Especially older men.) Or perhaps you did say something to ping his
feelings, and he was concerned for you.
Any time any one makes assertive, less submissive changes... anytime
someone
takes control of their own lives, others are going to resist the changes
and
try to keep you in your place... the place they are most comfortable
with.
At times, you loose friends over it. Not because you did anything
wrong,
but because they are unhappy with the change.... ie. the drunk who
loathes
his friend's new sobriety.
Look at both sides, dear Freda. My heart is with you.

List folks--
Before tonight I was at least 3 weeks behind on reading this mailing list.
Tonight I've been trying to catch up. I'm up to June 30th, so far....
sigh... I don't know if I'll make it!! So far I've survived the great "Paul
attack" and a few other longwinded verbal mini-wars. I realize that all
this is affording me the opportunity to develop /my/ compassion for those
who are "spiritually-realized" and yet still make great displays of
non-compassion. As this is an ongoing lesson in my daily life, it's a
relief to have the opportunity to have the "delete key" <GRIN!>.
Also, I've read about Kristin's friend's death, and send my condolences,
prayers, and support to you Kristin. I agree with Mystress's wonderful
posts about pain and learning from the lessons that Goddess/Spirit sends.
But I mainly I had to write to express my deepest gratitude to you, Kathy
for this hilarious post (a snippet of it appears below), which made me
laugh til I almost peed in my pants.... wonderful examples of how various
list members would answer the question about the tree and the leaf.
