Maybe. Not that I'm expert on the phenomenon.
But, I must ask, why do you skirt over the light and start asking questions about where it's headed or where it `supposed' to be? You
sound almost excited about the prospect you being so adept that anything but the highest chakra activity is not good enough for you,
so there must be a blockage? Sorry if this sounds harsh or rude. Just sounds like you take it for granted in some way.
Incidentally I've seen light in my third eye area a few times. When I
was trying to have OOBE's I would sometimes try to look through my third eye, placing my perception there, and would often observe a
white light high up in the field of view. But that's the only time I've personally experienced this white light in my head.

Summary from Part 1: Stanley (not his real name), a 55 year old insurance
executive, had suffered a stroke. The left side of his face was still partially paralyzed and he spoke with some difficulty. As part of his
rehabilitation he had joined a posh Health Club. At the health club Stanley met Harsha who was teaching yoga classes there to make a living. Stanley
became a regular at Harsha's yoga classes. Harsha noted that Stanley had difficulty with even small movements and his body shook often when he did
simple postures. However, despite the difficulties he faced, Stanley was always enthusiastic and cheerful and making jokes. Harsha found this to be an
endearing quality.
Conclusion from Part 1: < Once Stanley asked me, "Can the practice of Kundalini Yoga cure my impotence." Stanley told me that he used to have three
girlfriends before his stroke but they had left him. I did not know what to say. I was 22 and a bit naive. I told him that Kundalini Yoga was about
transmuting sexual energies into spiritual energies. Stanley smiled with his paralyzed face quivering and said, "But I want to convert spiritual energy
into sexual energy!" He added with a wink, "I only come to your yoga class to see those pretty girls doing those postures. Can you introduce me to some of
them?" I scratched my head and looked at him. >>
Part 2: "Stanley, that is not my field of expertise," I finally said. "I am training to be a monk. I probably should not even be talking to you about
this. It could put ideas in my own head! In any case you should focus on recovering completely first." Stanley speaking with difficulty but with
passion said, "Just because you are nuts does not mean that everyone else should be. For God sake man what else is there in life! Women have to be to
be part of my recovery Harsha! I need them! I need them more than ever now because............well, because I can't do a lot of things I could before.
But I will be able to. I am working on the weights in the Gym. I am taking your yoga classes. I am getting stronger and more flexible. There are so
many beautiful women here Harsha. I have a lot to offer still. I am going to recover totally in every way. I am only 55. I have a lot of money. I don't
have to work a day in my life now. There are endless possibilities. Help me out a little Harsha. Introduce me to some your pretty students after the
class." I asked, "What would I say? How would I introduce you Stanley? I have never done this before." Stanley then gave me the "talking points" along
with detailed instructions on how he should be introduced for maximum effect.

Hi Liz,
I'm glad you brought this up. Years ago, I was astonished to learn
that other people do NOT see lights in their head. For me, the intensity of the light increases with deep meditation, and kundalini
activation.
On rare occasion, I have seen it get quite brilliant. The thing to do with it, I think is try to merge. For me, this creates a state of
one-pointed focus and astral projection into what I think is a "light body" (it is different from the usual astral body). This type
of concentration/experience is quite rare for me.
If you practice chakra activation, does this also cause you to perceive the light in your third eye? I see light at the third eye
and crown chakras, but the brilliant light experience seems to be at the back of my head. Merging with it requires me to "turn around"
inside my head, and is not easy.
Anyone else have experience with this?

Dear liz,
The light that you experience is part of your growth process and if you can teach yourself to grasp the light with your will, you will experience many different colors often starting out as a bright point of light in the center of the third eye. The colors are of an unearthly beauty, cobalt blue, yellow, white, pink, green, purple, and blue. Firmly grasp the pin point of color with divine will and without intention, the light will fill the entire crown. Do not mistake this devine light as being simply beautiful, because it is devine knowledge and is the gift of knowing. You will likely spend the rest of your life trying explainning that which cannot be explained. The knowledge of the light can be shared, utilizing the intensity of the kundalini a master can blend spiritualy with the seeker sharing the knowledge through the art of oneness. The seeker has accquired knowing by becoming that knowing. Love and Compassion. -----Original Message-----

It was not until someone mentioned the light in theri mind keeping them awake, on the list that I found out that not everyone has lights in their
head. BB, A.

Thanks, Freda.
I am sick of dealing with the demon, Paul. I guess I should have realized what he is when I say his e-mail address.
I don't care what he says, by the way. I have my own ideas but I am looking for a few other nice responses, maybe some reinteration of what I all ready
feel myself. I have been through MANY K experiences but I am not an ego freak like some
people. I tend to keep things to myself and sometimes I talk to one friend about them. I am, for the most part, introverted.
Get a light,
Paul

Dear liz,
Living with light inside my head has become a constant in my life for many years, The light inside is much brighter then bright daylight. In truth the experience of closing my eyes is one of total bliss in a limitless undulating sea of total emersion without a three dementional format. The art of becoming light is being of total focus yet alowing without intent. The you become the all knowing One, with your intelect along as observer. It helps to develope the ability to open and hold open all the Chakras with the will allowing the Kundalini energy to flow into the mind and producing a higher state of conscious and a therfore more awareness of the experience.

Thankfully, the symptoms in this moment of separation, this pseudo "now", can be recognized: the mind in linear mode,
typing letters and words in sequence; the possibility of endless discussion in concepts metaphorically parallel to various truths
that prevent the actual experience; the wanting of recognition and assurance of being 'wise' or humorous; the possibility of
drifting from subject to subject without a sense of completeness; the temptation to indulge in pretentious spirituality, humility, and

The same holds true for me. What a "gift", isn't it?
My whole life I tried to be "soft" and "pleasing" -- only to find out now
while the energy is rising that this was a result of the 'education' I was getting
from everybody. I learned to be friendly -- the result was becoming unnatural.
We are talented. Mozart was making music since the age of three --
I was making people angry since the age of three ;-)
This talent is needed. Obviously nobody is going to see her/his falsehood, his/her pretentions, lies etc. without the little helping hand of being
upset (at least I need that). So "block-busters" are needed. The problem seems
to be that nobody wants it, but that's exactly why it's needed.
Let me repeat it: it's a gift. A gift from God, or from nature, or the Tao, or whatever name you may prefer -- not a gift from society, because
the society wants us to "behave", right?
If you see it that way (as I do -- no joking about that), the situation is:
1.) We have to become aware, that we are natural upsetters.
Some people are not as we are, but we are.
2.) We have to train this upsetting talent. For that training years
we need some friends who are upsetters, too. This will teach us natural upsetters for example how painful and how relieving
it can be to be upsetted beyond our own (educationally trained) limits. And it will teach us to use this talent without personal
interests.
3.) And finally we need an environment, where upsetting is wanted.
Not everybody wants it, but some rare people seem to be more interested in truth, than in "politeness", right? I call these friends ...
Perhaps you find some of your friends somewhere around a real
spiritual "teacher" or at a place where meditation is not only done to protect ones own self-image, but where self-knowledge does
not stop at the usual "now you've hurt my feelings"-barrier.
A lot of my friends are of that kind - not easily handled, I tell you. But we must be needed, otherwise we wouldn't be here.
I see a strong parallel between the many Kundalini break-throughs
(many, many more than we had 20 year ago) and the appearance of the many people gifted with upsetting talents. Natural destroyers
so to say. I've heard we are living in a Kali Yuga - the time of destruction.
And this is as natural as creating something new or maintaining the state of the things. Do you think, the false, egotistic attitudes with which we
are destroying the life on the planet is going away just by saying "please, go away"? I don't think so.
Many of the people having their "Kundalini wake-ups" now, have a lot of
Kali (or Shiva) energy. Do you see the big picture?
So my advice is: get yourself some friends with the same energy and start playing. Who the hell cares being called a snot, ol' woman? That's fun!
At least for you (otherwise you wouldn't use these words, would you?). And on the really rare occasions when they say: "Hey, listen ol' man,
your not as ugly, as you look!" -- that touches me deeper than the ususal phony compliments.
What do you want: compliments or friends? Make up you mind and then go for
it.
And don't call me "friend" before we had some really good verbal fights, got it?

Dear Jose,
My post was about : 'inner' and 'outer' senses. Nowhere did I use the words
'intuition' and 'knowing'. I didn't have intuition in mind, as (IMO) it doesn't belong to the class of senses that can be 'inner' and 'outer' - one
can even argue it isn't a sense. A musician learns to develop the sense of 'inner' hearing. This will enable to compose music without the use of the
'outer' sense. Several composers created music after having become deaf, like Beethoven. For a sculptor or a painter or nowadays a graphic artist the
'inner' vision is a source of inspiration too. Some meditators will create an inner vision as a tool to develop one-pointedness and devotion. With K.
it is easy to enhance all 'inner' senses and also to create the objects for those senses. This way, the 'inner' senses can provide more and better
enjoyment than the 'outer' senses. As long as one knows that for the Self both 'inner' and 'outer' senses are external, it is no problem. If one fails
to recognize that the objects of the 'inner' senses are mind-created, they can start to lead an independent life and then it is easy to become a
captive of the mind.
