Hello list.
I'm having great difficulty writing this with only my left hand, for
no more than half an hour ago I was attacked by a dog.
I thought it was quite a nice day, weather was good and the air was
warm. I decided to go for a walk. I picked up my sisters camera and
left the house. Moments before I'd seen the dog walking off in the
opposite direction so I hoped it was safe. I crossed the road and just
as I got to the other side I heard barking and the dog was running at
me visciously. This particular dog is medium-to-large sized, quite
fat, and very territorial. I've had to change routes on other
occasions to avoid confrontation.
It came at me at full speed, barking. All I could think to do was
stamp my feet on the ground and pretend to kick. It worked momentarily
but I was rapidly finding out how crazed the beast was. It came at me
again so I turned and tried to run, keeping my eye on it. It chased.
So I knew that was going to be fruitless. I stamped my feet and
shouted at it, `raar!'. I think you get the picture. This had only
temporary effect. As soon as I stopped it came in `for the kill'
again. That of course provoked me to pull out all the stops. I tried
to charge at it to see if it would run, like some dogs will. This at
first seemed only to provoke it. I flung everything I had at it in one
final burst. This was a real scrap! Shouting, stamping, flailing arms
and making somewhat primitive fascial expressions, I ran at the
bastard. It got scared. It wouldn't let-up barking though. About to
re-attack, I saw that the only way would be to just run and keep
running. I charged at it. It turned to scarper, caught in two minds
wether to turn and fight back or to keep going. I didn't let up. It
was life or death. Enraged I just kept running at it as fast as I
could, shouting and trying to be noisy.
This was only just enough of a sustained effort to scare it completely
and it ran off, barking, its tail between its legs so to speak.
Fortunate that it did, because at that precise moment I was no taking
any notice of what was under my feet, my eyes fixed on the dog. And as
such, running pretty much out of sheer fear, I fell down. My knee took
a knock but fortunately on the grass. My right hand struck the
pavement instinctively and suffered a major deep cut just above the
wrist. The camera smashed and the pieces went everywhere. The lense
snapped off and rolled down the road. I ran after it, then gathered
the other pieces. By this time I was shocked to /see/ blood pumping
out of my hand. I was dripping blood as I quickly walked the 20 or so
metres back to my house, and continued to make a little puddle as I
waited for someone to answer the door.
Ho hum.
Uncanny how it fees like this was inevitable and `arranged'. That dog
is never going to get one up on me again. I feel empowered by the
whole thing, now that I've stopped shaking. I've gotta see a nurse
tomorrow morning, it's too late tonight. The cut looks hideous. I
think it's kind of funny in a way. Things are looking up! :)

If only I could tell my religious fanatic friends that my husband and
I, seem to have found a church, on the inner plane. We were there,
in my dream recently, witnessing some marriage "ceremonies". We also
have a house, in dream world, which roughly corresponds to our real
house, sort of. For instance, in dream house my husband has his own
room with private entrance on the side of the house. It is
completely white, and full of shelves (cut on a funny angle).
Nothing is on any of the shelves. We fight about him wanting to put
stuff in the room, like a chair and a tv. This room corresponds to
the "real house" garage side door; however the garage is a very
disorganized messy place in our house. My husband is well known for
having no mechanical ability; he also never recalls ever having a
dream in his entire life. He will also never admit to having a
thought. Hence the blank page symbolism for his room.

Hi Paul,
Vicious dogs should not be allowed to run loose. In my area this would
be a good time to contact the authorities, especially since a small
child could be next. You might even have a case against the owners for
your injury and property damage.
Glad you are pretty much okay, this could have been so much worse.

What if chakras could all simultaneously occupy the whole of one's being
instead of being confined to specific places. If this were true about
people, then people's chakra positions would depend upon each person's
personality.
I think that I read somewhere that ideally, after perfection of energy
flow through the chakras, this totality of being was the possible next
step. I am just wondering if anyone else has heard of this idea.

the magical power of blood in, it no longer flows back to the Earth. She is
in your future, for when the veil is changed by menopause. No need to tear
it away prematurely..:)
She can grant all of your wishes..:) If you can, release her from the
bottle and put her in charge of reparenting your inner child. Maiden and
crone go together this way and strengthen each other, while you are living
the woman's role.
The both live on the "other side" of the veil of your fertility. Perhaps
the maiden can free the crone, they will keep good company together... your
past and future selves.

They are all parts of yourself. The "raise the serpent" symbolism is
pretty clear, hee hee.. wake the snake that's coiled below.. The
townspeople are your ego, when you are being the serpent... their
resistance sets off "earthquakes" such as the fevers and night sweats.
Hubby= male side.. two sisters= crone and maiden.
Archetypal symbolism, probably make a cool movie..

According to the Patanjali Sutras, yama, niyama, asana and pranayama will
lead to the awakening of K. From these four, yama and niyama are the
foundation. These two will awaken K. by themselves.
Refusal of violence (ahimsa), refusal of stealing, refusal of covetousness,
with telling truth and continence (brahmacarya), constitute the rules
(yama).
Purity, austerity, contentment, repetition of sacred words, devotion to God,
constitute the regulations (niyama)
Asana (posture) implies steadiness and comfort. It means that any
comfortable posture with an erect spine that can be kept for several hours
will do.
Pranayama (Control of breath) isn't absolutely necessary. It is sufficient
to be aware of the relation between mood (the various states of mind) and
breath. Breath retention without a teacher can be dangerous. When K. is
awakened and rising, intuition will tell whether or not it is needed.
For a meditation practice there are several possibilities: Self-inquiry (the
method used by Ramana Maharishi), reflecting on an object to the exclusion
of everything else and japa (recitation of mantra) to name but a few. Which
practice, depends on preference. Meditation is essential to keep the mind
cool, K. tends to strongly enhance the power of association with the danger
that the mind will run riot.

Hello Everyone,
My name is Aimee, Im 25 and so elated to be here. I didnt know that
you all existed. Ive been going thru this all by my self for about 6
years. Since '92.
I sent an e-mail to the list owner by accident insted of the list. So if
it gets published please forgive the repeate.
I need to know for sure if its kundalini Im experienceing. I dont want
to write everything and make you all sleepy.
Ok brief history. Had awakening in 92 and has been full strong ever
since. The physical symptoms only apply to one time. I felt a shock
when I was falling asleep and it would wake me up. I felt like I was
falling and the shock caught me. The same thing was happening to my
then soul mate. And by the way how many sole mates can you have?
Ok My path runs so deep. Id take up a 100 pages on the experiences ive
had. Ok
How i got to you all.
My father brought me back a piece of hyroglyph from egypt. A spinny
circle a line that starts in the middle and spins outward. Ok a few
weeks later I was wondering around at a street fest and ran into a
shop (*totally by accident ). And I ran right into the symbol. on a
neclace. There was a card and it said that it represents kundalini and
enlightenment. I was elated. I got home and looked it up on the
internet and here you all are.
Ok to me this is a physical manifistation of my path. It happens close
to everyday. Please let me know if this is kundalini. Ive got company
so I gotta run.

killjoy, on bad days i sometimes feel like this, There are pitfalls or
traps this cannot be denyed. A K expereance is extremely beautiful and
joyous the universe sings to persons going through it and a bitch is
strange thing to be when everythings going your way, sorry i couldnt

Meditate and allow the energy to balance throughout. Use the experience
instead of letting it use you. I took Yoga and Tai Chi, then Reiki to
get it moving so I felt in control.
Focus is difficult because you are in another reality. But when you
focus you can peel the paint off the wall with your gaze.
Don't try to explain it to others that don't have a clue.

Maybe the socalled "end of the earth" needs a new and positive semantic
meaning ?
Suggestions:
- The dissolution of all the masses of dark clouds, formed by negative
thoughts and feelings from the people on Earth
- The "end of earth's present aura"
Ironically, those obsessed by preaching "earths destruction", "end of the
world as God's punishment", "ecological catastrophes" etc are contributing
to the present darkness, by preaching fear. In similar ways, jornualists
obsessed by "scandals", "negative news as good stories" contributes to the
same problems they focus on, because it fortifies the present mass neurosis
of delusions that our present problems are "unavoidable", "unsolvable".
Let's imagine the world as a place of Peace, Love, cooperation. Without
wars, unemployment, diseases, death. Everything starts as an image on the
etheric, before manifesting physically. If we focus on negativity, we ask
for negativity. If we use Fisher's affirmation, we ask that the Future is
Now.

Oh, dear .. we are all distracted by the solstice energies, no-one
responded and now you are needing to apologise.. fear not, as the angels
say.. you have not been judged negatively, it is simply that the list is
all rather self-absorbed as you are, looking inward as the solstice
energies bring new insights. I went back and found your first post after I
read this one.. and.. ah.. this will be a comfort.. yours is a tale often
told hereabouts.
Kundalini meets psychiatry, and it gets messy. I would say a good portion
of the list was awakened spontaneously, in isolation..this is the mass
consciousness shift that it the end of the old times and the beginning of
new ones.
My own rebirth in the void was terrifying too, and for a long time I
wondered if I had failed it, but such considerations are of the past, they
must be replaced with faith in perfection.
The synchronicities are the evidence of how easily limitless
unconditional love can arrange your life. You must begin to trust that
power, and give up your fear that you will be consumed by it. You will be,
but the you that will come after will be able to exist in the world of
responsibilities with God awareness and without the fear that haunts you now.
Goddess has it handled.
The fear that you will be consumed, and your unwillingness to pray or
meditate have formed a blockage to the energy.. it's process is incomplete
because you are resisting it with your Free Will.. which has it's good
days and bad days, eh??
Realize that you are praying anyways.. your every thought, is heard as a
prayer, and your fearful expectations are what you have been praying for.
You get, what you pray for..
So get very sincere about what you want and then offer a prayer of your
own making, to ask for the Universe to provide something even better than
you can think of, in the highest good of all and harm to none.. ask for
your awakening to continue in ways that allow you to manage the
responsibilities you have taken on, ask for mercy for your fears, and for
understanding about where you are headed.
Goddess provides.
Take down the mandala, and know that the fearful negative visions were
simply to show you the impermanence of all things.. so you could make peace
with your fear of death... and embrace the eternal quality of love and
memory. You blocked the unfolding of that process, and you will have much
greater peace when it is complete. Learn to observe these visions without
judging them, focus instead on your breath, and you will make room in your
mind for Goddess to provide the true meaning.
The funeral dream was to show the symbolic death of your old self, to be
reborn awakened. Spend some time this weekend in meditation, it is a good
time to release old ideas, with the seasonal energy supporting clear
vision. Trust.

You are funny. Synchronicities (lucky co-incidences?) like that are a
sign of awakened Kundalini.. but you really don't need our opinions,
Goddess has already reached out Herself to tell you so. She speaks directly
thru these "accidents" that are by Her design.

The "spinny circle" is called a spiral, and I bet the one on the necklace
goes around 3 1/2 times? When it has uncoiled around your spine, it is like
the medical symbol, the caduceus.. serpents coiled round the rod of your
spine, a halo above, and wings.
