Hi Jan,
There are six states too and depending on the in whuch now
kundalini sits person gains those qualities and work for the
welfare of the people according to that.
At present i will tell u what all i can remember now.
For the ANAHAT CHAKRA the person is in the state which MIRA was
that's of love and devotion and the onbe helps society by
Bhakti and writing devotional songs.
For the VISHHUDHA CHAKRA the person contributes towards academic
fields just like KALIDAS.
For the AGYAA CHAKRA the person carries out the work of his
GURUDEV and takes them further and helps society
Rest I will tell after reading it again.

want to know what sustains you from the inside when all else falls
away. I want to know if you can be alone with yourself, and if you
truly like the company you keep in the empty moments.

Dear ones,
I have been enjoying the latest postings. There is so much one can learn
from (almost) everything, at least, if wished.
I would like to share a story with you all. The gender of the person is
of no interest, as is the time or place.

Once, a person, stranger, among all other strangers in a specific
environment was talking and realized that not everyone could understand
what (s)he was saying.
First (s)he thought that it could be a problem of people talking
different languages, so (s)he inquired and found out that indeed there
were people speaking different languages.
When (s)he found some that spoke the same language, this 'poor' person
realized that even using the same words the definitions and
interpretations were not quite as his/her (all the time).
So, every time (s)he did not get the expected 'feedback' this person
started telling others how they should interprete what (s)he was saying.
In fact, saying, how to interprete the words told...
After some time, (s)he found a few people that not only were talking the
same language but seemed to interprete quite good what was said. Long
period of time was talked among them until there emerged a little
misunderstanding. Now (s)he was puzzled. The language was the same, the
interest between them was also the same. And yet...
Dissapointed, the poor one returned to the market place where all kind
of people were gathered and realized that all seemed to interprete words
differently eventually. He/she knew that every word that would come out
of his/her mouth ever would be understood immediately by
himself/herself. Realizing that the only person who would understand
everything said was himself/herself, (s)he stopped trying others to
listen with his/her ears and talk with his/her mouth.
There were so many different mouths and ears (and minds) that (s)he
thought why in the first place (s)he thought everyone or even at least a
few, would understand everything said.
Suddenly (s)he realized that (s)he was trying to make others to talk,
listen and even think the same way (s)he was doing...
(S)he walk around the market place for some time without saying a word.
While being among the people there were some beautiful exchanges of
smiles for no reason at all. A wonderful feeling surged. Without knowing
the language or interests of the person(s) who smiled to him/her (s)he
had found a way of communication that was valid for everyone; men and
women, old and young ones, poor and rich ones, ...
How much could be sensed without using any words!
He left the market place knowing a little more and thinking a bit less,
realizing that there was a way with which one could reach everyone!
Although (s)he had to use verbal communication in many cases, (s)he
realized that one could also communicate but letting others talk, listen
and using their minds.

Hi Jose!
I like your story! It reminds me of when a friend, who taught high-school
English, asked me to help with a class. She wanted to teach non-verbal
communication, so she seated the students in a circle, then brought me in
and introduced me as a visiting friend who spoke no English, only Spanish.
Then she told them to go ahead and get to know me, and she withdrew from
the circle. At first they kept trying to speak, and that didn't work - I
couldn't understand a word! But then they began to catch on, and they
really enjoyed it!

that the coiled serpent is stuck between my solar plexus and my
heart chakra occasionally slipping up to the throat giving me a tongue
of fire that spits out a variety of religious doctrines combined with new
age spirituality.I feel like I`ve been mislead by an individual who claims
to have had kundalini experience.I need outside help because he
seems to have selfish motives involving sexual expectations.Sometimes
I have great miracles through his guidance and sometimes I fear he
is tricking me selfishly so I won`t relax and trust him or follow his advice.
I`ll go away in my life trip start dreaming of kundalini again and then run
back.A penticostal freind of mine warned me that "it is the work of
Satan" .I`m confused and afraid that I`m getting in too deep and bad
thingss will get worse if I focus on having full Kundalini.I think the "Holy
Ghost" of penticostalism and Kundalini are one and the same fire but
not enough to fully trust.Religious dogmas never used to even enter
my mind but I`m now frightened that this could send me into an eternal
nightmare.At the same time if Kundalini really is just an evolutionary
energy divinely ordained then may Darwin and the Messiah unite.
Do you think hallucinogens could bring about an activation?

I would like to thank those of you who have given so freely of your
support, and your wisdom. I hope I managed to thank all of you who
wrote to me privatly as well as through the list... it has been quite an
ordeal.... not over yet, but its letting up a bit..
I *thought* the events of 12 yrs ago which set my life on its ear HAD to
be the worst it could get.... LOL..... accually, in spite of the events
this time around being sooooo much more intense.. it hasn't been as
frightening as before... practice makes perfect I suppose..
I find that the time of rest between is getting longer, or at least
easier to handle... when I feel it letting up the 1st thing I do is
give thanks... then breathe breathe breathe,,,, the advice and support
from the list has helped a great deal...
Not sure yet where this is going... but it seems to be centered around
"judgements" ... I hope to soon be back as a normal ( whatever that will
be,) funtional person again soon.... I seem to desire food, finally, I
lost 37 lbs in this little tizzy.... started when I weighed in at
135.... not a pretty thing... keepin' my pants up has become quite the
ordeal.. : )

Reading your post gave me a strong feeling of what 'spiritual communism' might
be. I felt you were striving for an ideal, one that we would all ordinarily
applaud, but which just did not gel in practice. A sort of utopia where the
glorious theory of oneness can shine without the inconvenience and distortions
of its everyday manifestations.
And then I received a clear image of Orwell's 'Animal Farm' and those powerful
words: " All men are equal but some are more equal than others".

Sometimes it works best to work with your subconcious mind. I once had an acid
trip where I felt the devil was going to take over and control me. I feared
damnation like crazy.
Anyway there was some red wine in the refrigerator and I consencrated it as
the blood of Christ and drank it. Soon I saw a vision of Jesus on the cross.
Soon I relaxed and went to sleep. As for your pentecostal friend calling
kundalini the work of Satan, that is a form of negative prayer. I would not
confide in any fundalmentalist Christian, because they'll curse your energy.
Uptight Christians have been cursing people for hundreds of years. You are
very sensitive right now. Stay away from vengeful Christians. If you feel
yourself under threat by the devil or etc, it may be good to visualise a large
fierce animal that is loyal to you and to use that creature to attack bad
thoughts or images. Lions and tigers are nice. Also you can visualise a large
round sphere around your body that is full of mirrors and that reflects only
you. The outside of the sphere will mirror back all negative energy back to
it's source. As for hallucinigens, I would not advise it because you are very
open and aware as it is. Doing them may damage you.
If you don't trust your teacher, find another, but retain your practice.
Ultimately, all that you need to know is within. Find a teacher that respects
your privacy. Privacy relates to your solar plexus, and it is that which you
must defend.

Well said Dave, but you forgot to add the part about control. No one person
should ever control another, we all have free will. So, Michelle may I
suggest you read it again... this one makes a whole lot of sense for you -
me, and maybe others as well.
