Greetings.
I consider Kundalini as energy.
I differentiate energy into different kinds of vibration.
Let me pause here to clarify that rather than being synonymous for
Separation, differentiation is simply distinction. To clarify this with an
example, consider that your hand is different than your stomach, but they
are simply distinctions of the Union of your body, rather than being
Separate from the Union of your body.
I consider the different kinds of vibration as different aspects of my
experience.
The relationship situations that cause the different aspects of my
experience to vibrate dissonantly result in disrupting the overall
consonance of my Kundalini.
To restore the overall consonance of my Kundalini, I consider the various
frequencies of Kundalini (of which I am conscious) as centers of energy --
as Chakras. I symbolize these Chakras as spheres, and consider the
different Chakras -- the different energy centers, the different kinds of
Kundalini vibration -- with the visual metaphor of Light.
Using Light as a metaphor for Kundalini enables me to visualize the energy
of each Chakra as a frequency of Light. Since frequencies of Light are
perceived as frequencies of color, I represent each Chakra by a particular
color.
To use these symbols to restoring the overall consonance of my Kundalini, I
perform a contemplation where I relax and focus on each Chakra following
the succession of the chromatic scale. Focusing on each Chakra enables me
to transform the polarization of the Chakra's vibrations from the negative
(dissonant energy) to the positive (consonant energy).
As the "blocks" from each Chakra are removed and their vibrations return to
consonance, the unified vibration of Kundalini "flows" from energy center
to energy center, restoring the full use of my energy to the creative
purposes of my individual incarnation.
This is a version of the basic theory behind how I go about increasing my
ability to restore the consonant Union of my Kundalini when I fall from the
positive and the negative -- Ego -- results in the dissonant Separation of
my energy.
I admit that this is one of the first times that I have ever written this
process down. I realize that because of this, I may have yet to learn how
better to communicate this experience based theory.
If any of you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
I am also continuing to be open to receive any other exprience based
perspectives of Chakraic systems and meditations which could enable both my
self and others to intensify our mastery with Kundalini.
Please share them on the list if you can so that everyone can benefit from
your understanding and possibly engage more interesting discussion.

Hello.
I haven't been here very long, and I wont be much longer either.
I'm sorry but I cannot `explain myself' to those of you that grossly
misinterpret some of the things I write. Underneath my apparent
coldness there is a warm heart. People have always found it difficult
to understand this.
I do not know how to unsubscribe from the list so someone will have to
inform me. Maybe that would be the only thing I'd ever listen to, eh?
Some of you have been nice. Some haven't. I've written some good
stuff, and some crap stuff. And you're probably right, I don't love
myself very much. I don't feel I belong here anymore, and obviously
I'm not good enough to stay, so I'm leaving.

Hi.. Jenny here--
first off, I had to put a fake email on this puppy, because I really don't
want the kind of spam I think it might generate to my own personal email
box.
You K list folks!... I am falling more and more in love with each and every
one of you with every post! And, I have NO IDEA where my easily bored,
"year of the Monkey", triple Scorpio, INTP, "yadda yadda yadda" brain
could ever find something to read which is perpetually as intriguing,
amusing, fascinating, uplifting, sobering and "slamdunk your face in some
hard reality" as this list is.
As for Barbie's little festive piece of spam... I think Jack (I think it
was you Jack, sorry if I've got the wrong person) was right when he said
there was a need for Pornotherapy. Obviously we've all got a lot of stuff
in us that wants to get some attention whenever pornography or graphic
sexual stuff is mentioned.
And of course why *wouldn't* we have this stuff about sex that needs a
little therapeutic attention? In addition to sex being driven by the very
primal, underground, hardwired urge to procreate-- it's also been the one
reliable avenue that many, many people can take to get touched and held
physically (something that we all need, but far too few adults ever get
enought of) and also, for many, the only apparent way to find something
resembling emotional closeness--I say "resembling" because sometimes our
behavior during sex is anything but truly emotionally close, and yet, for
many, it's still the closest thing.
Sex has been the thing that has defined desirability for both men and
women... if you're getting some, you're desirable... if someone wants you,
you're desirable... and in the dark reptilian recesses of our minds
desirabililty can equate with "deserving to survive"--which is nothing to
sneeze at for someone living in a physical body.
Sex is big mojo.... someone on this list said, "what if we rewrite Barbie
as a temple prostitute". I was thinking "sacred tantric priestess" when I
read "temple prostitute." It's true... Barbie's act (or Ken's, for those
who go the other way) could, in fact, be a very healing thing for some
folks, done in the right way (in the way that I believe Mystress' work is).
I'm not saying that the sender of that spam was concerned with healing, I
think they were going for getting rich off of a lot of guys' desperate need
to feel good.... But, hey, I'm a preacher's kid, and one thing you realize
as a PK is that even sleazeball scam artist "evangelicals" who don't
particularly believe in what they're doing, can sometimes still
mysteriously lead folks to the Light.
OK, I'm not saying I think pornography *per se* can lead folks to the
light, exactly, but I think for a lot of guys (I say guys because women and
men get WAY different conditioning about sex) involvement with pornography
is just an interesting, not-too-effective, backassward way to try and get
in touch with I-AM/Spirit/Goddess/God/the Light.... (you name the entity,
you know WHO I'm talking about). And anything that stirs or touches our
deep longing for connection can also be commercially exploited.
Long story short: I believe in sacred sex... and I believe sacred sex, in
some instances, might sound a lot like Barbie.
Well, as I begin to rival Paul for "windy poster" status..... on to lobsters!

This is, of course, not to say that Lobster is not wise and good and
welcome, too. <grin> (and I'm sorry, Lobster, but whenever I see your name,
