Something I think important and a signal that things are finally "moving"
again in me happened last night and today. I had been in an odd space for some
time...(since Princess Diana's death to be exact...and I haven't been able to
quite figure why her death had such a profound effect, other than her being so
well known round the world, or the fact that she was several years younger
than me and such a controversial figure, a woman in a very visible position,
yet vulnerable as hell)
The apparent K-activity was strong in November and December, but has tapered
off as far as I can tell until now. I have been "coasting" and doing things
that were meant to take the edge off...(too much drink, etcetera) and reaching
the point where I was soo bored and tired of my work and my "free
time"...anyway...and with help from Jeanne Garner I have also been practicing self-healing...so...
Last night, I had a dream that helped me sort out some of the questions I have
been posing to myself and to this list.
In this dream, in Victorian times, in England I think; I was a young woman
named Molly, and I lived with a sister and our mother in a house on the sea,
at the very tip of a causeway.
A ship came suddenly, out of control, and destroyed the house. My sister and
myself were the only survivors, we could not warn or find our mother and
had to leave or be killed.
A result of the accident, I was blinded; but the strange thing was that
I was not actually blind, I just seemed and acted blind. I knew that I
could see, but I was for all intents and purposes unable to. I
was acting as though I was helpless when in reality I was not.
Through a series of coincidences, I happened across a bank in our small
town that was just being closed down, in fact it was the final day for
all the bank's employees. The man who was closing down the bank was the
man who piloted the ship that had destroyed my home...an old man with a gray
"villain" handlebar moustache..and he saw me, possibly recognizing
me, so I left (still "blind")...just down the street was another
establishment that I made my way to using my stick (which was incidentally the
only thing in the dream that I could actually NOT see!) I spoke to a helpful
man at
the door of this establishment and explained that the man who had shut
down the little bank around the corner was also the man who was
responsible for my blindness. The villain came out of the door of the
establishment and my friend signaled for me to be quiet...
As I turned and made my way back down the main street of the small town,
there was a traffic accident blocking my way and I was "happy" that I
was blind and could not see it. I would not have to help, I supposed...

I had asked goddess for an answer to my job problems and I think this dream is
at least PART of the answer.
I believe this dream illustrates the "turning a blind eye" that I have
been doing for several years, working for "a livelihood" in a business that is
not conducive to progress for females. In the dream, I am playing a victim who
is not
actually a victim at all, but is just going along with the victim act at
her own expense...having lost touch with her mother, who she sees as a
victim as well, having given up her vision for imagined peace...but she
keeps running into the same villain in symbolic form as an "old boy" --
how she sees male-dominated business...without being honest and doing
what she knows she can do, which is to reveal that she actually *has*
vision after all and she knows what is the cause of her "blindness."
Squelching or suppressing the energy that I know is actually there? The
K-energy that gives passion and compassion...
Not profound, perhaps, but a good answer, that I know the answer and
have, all along, and that I can keep turning a blind eye and playing
victim or I can do something for myself.

Everytime I close my eyes I see a bright red color, it is very strong, at
points I can feel heat in my eyes. At other times though I see a very light
blue color, almost sky blue, what is all these colors about that I am seeing?
I have also been having a really hard time with something else. I feel like
someone else is controlling my body, not me, like a foriegn body. It is really
strange, and hurts. This other thing in my body makes me feel uncontrollable,
almost like I am losing my mind. It scares me, it is so powerful, and I feel
like I cant do anything to stop this forgein body. Do you have any clue what
this maybe?

Well it makes a lot of sense to me. I'm one of those naturally skinny
people who's weight hasn't fluctuated more than two pounds in a decade.
I simply have a rather amped metabolism. I eat anything, and all the
time just to keep going. I don't get hunger pains, but If I fail to feed
my face when my apetite demands, I get faint, shakey,
or simply collapse. I have met a lot of overweight people who ate little
and grew regardless. A metabolic shift from activated kundalini could be
a very effective
means of changing weight. But kundalini is the spark of the devine sown
in the body
and it's sprout and growth is the result of the conscious or unconscious
desire to reunite with the rest of divinity, not simple physique change.
Although I am conscious of the many physical changes people have wilfully
made in their bodies with the help of kundalini,I wouldn't be surprised
if an attempt to ignite the k fire for ulterior purposes would fail.

Thank you all who have responded to my original post on this. However, no one
was familiar with the specific teaching that the Sanskrit alphabet derives
from the 'petals' of the chakras. I have at last managed to track down
something more on this, this time from Paramahansa Yogananda's monumental
commentary on the Bhagavad Gita called 'God Talks With Arjuna', p. 131:
"In a highly simplified description, it may be said that the fifty letters or
sounds of the Sanskrit alphabet are on the petals of the sahasrara and that
each alphabetical vibration in turn is connected with a specific petal on the
lotuses in the spinal centers (which have a total of fifty corresponding
petals...). 'Petals' mean rays or vibrations." A sub-note then adds:"
Actually, the sounds are synonymous with the petals i.e. vibratory powers. The
fifty letters or sounds, in multiples of twenty, equal the one thousand petals
of the sahasara."
Lahiri Mahasaya drew a chart of this system as he perceived it, and this chart
is included in the Gita commentary.

from the relative ego and realizing the Absolute Self. But it is not the
goal, more like a reminder of the reality beyond. A question: does leaving
the state of samadhi leave you in the state of no desires? If not, then you
have not reached the goal. In the state of no desires, only pure devotion
remains.

Oh, Darlin', you are so scared and it is because you are making the
divine fire inside of you into the enemy. It isn't. It is Love.
The uncontrollable movements are called Kriyas. It is Deity giving your
body a workout, in your highest good. You do not understand it, coz you are
scared, and who can fathom the movements of the Divine? Well, for sure the
scared part cannot..
When this energy awakened in you, you were reborn to a Divine Mother, or
a Celestial Father if you prefer. Now you are a helpless infant, who sees
colors and wonders what they mean, and this Mother who created you, is
taking care of you.. but sometimes you fuss and scream as she lays you down
against your will to change a diaper or pull clean clothes on.. it does not
make the Mother's job any easier, She must do as She does, for your highest
good, and it is Her wish that you respond to Her care with love and
appreciation, instead of being a cranky child.
You have lost your mind.. and I mean that in the nicest possible way.. I
lost mine too, kicking and screaming just like you... and it has turned out
to be a great blessing. Goddess has it now, and She will do with it as She
will.. in your highest good, with Unconditional love.. no matter how hard
you fight. She is stronger. She would not have to hurt you, if you did not
fight so hard.
I know you consider yourself unworthy to become a temple of the divine,
and hard to believe that Divinity would be so interested in you, but it is
not your opinion about it that matters anymore. Remember that the meek and
humble are often the types Deity seems to like best.. and that would be you.
Goddess has judged you humble enough to be worthy of carrying Kundalini
Fire of Divine Will that you are struggling to defeat, and if Goddess
thinks you are worth it, then you are. She has made plans for you, that are
inconceivably vaster and more fun than anything you yourself could possibly
come up with on your own. Why not go along with the ride, see what She has
in mind?
You are getting pretty tired of fighting anyways, aren't you? Why not
give in and see what happens? Trust. Try this meditation:

NDE's are often associated with awakening experiences.. when folks "go
into the light" they tend to bring some of it back with them.. they are
changed by their experience and they are "reborn" into a more spiritual
life. It is the death-rebirth cycle of nature.. the death of ego: the
previous limited image of the self.. to be reborn and a more holistic and
transcendent image of the Self as born of the Light.
We appreciate the Gift of Life best, when we seem about to lose it.. no
atheists on the battlefield, they say.. but some very spiritual survivors.
So give up the "battle" and surrender, already. The enemy you are fighting
is Love.

Me too.. but I also eat less than half the food everyday than most other
folks do.. I think coz my digestion has been revamped by Goddess.

Not necessarily.

It is true.. some spiritual folks become enormous because they have a
fear that they are not "big enough" to handle the intense energy without it
burning them up.
The dilemma is in being unable to do this.....

I have a meditation that will send you inside for answers.. and it might
wake your K., too.. but it is not necessary. What is necessary is going
inside and giving love to who you are until you can see your idealized self
within.. then give yourself permission to become that.
