No, but the day after you get here isn't to soon remember what it is
like on the other side. Everything is determined by frequency and this
has to do with the state of mind of the individual. When people are very
head strong and into their thoughts and are very self involved because
that is all they know, when they get to the other side they create their
surroundings again and go right on with the self creation. This is the
problem and then they forget that they are no longer in a body. The
quieter the mind, the easier it is to surrender on the other side. The
only way not to be restricted on the other side is to live in silence,
it is that simple.
It is that old will problem, when you control and think, want, etc. You
just keep up the pattern. Robert Monroe has done some studies since his
thing was about getting to the other side. He has them broke into steps
I think called focus 1 through 29 or 30. Anyway, focus 25 is the place I
told you about with Carol, it is all self induced because it is her mind
that is racing and thinking she is still here, she even things they
won't give her her mail. Anyway, this is not where we want to go, and
thank goodness she has her soul family here working it through for her.
We will help her because we love her.
Meditation and detachment are the two powerful ingredients that change
this, the meditation quiets the mind, the detachment helps you to get
back far enough to see who is doing what. And, then you add the
surrender to God and you have the ingredients for going to the other
side as the observer witness, and you surrender into your creators
hands. And you go into rest, staying in the same state. This propells
you into higher frequencies, it is like you have a rocket on your tail
and you literally rise because there is nothing to hold you down. This
more then anything else is what inspires me to reach out to people
because I know, I go there and I witness the process.
Time is illusion, all you have to do is sit back and notice it slide
past you, so even if you have 30 years or 40 years, don't you want to
now be free to enter into the other side to know what it is like. You do
this through union with God. And the union is found in letting go,
putting God first in all things...this will take most some time, but it
is ok. Just notice this week when during your days you remember God,
notice how many things take you away and how many things really obsess
the mind. And most will go through hours and even days in total
forgetfullness of this connection. Just even noticing this is a great
boon because you learn truth about your situation.
In learning to be the witness and taking meditation to the 24 hour
process, we find out where we are. I know this seems extreme, but there
is no minute in life that doesn't belong to God first, if you simply
accept and move into this awareness, you will be filled with great love,
joy and peace. Each meditation can take you in deeper, and every sincere
act of service can propell you even further into the awareness of what
this life is. We have to understand cause and effect to understand that
everything around us is connected to the process we live through. This
is a huge knowing, and while it may take you a life time to master your
own self, turn to God and increase the frequency in the body to the
point that kundalini will come into full balance and full awakening,
that is ok. YOu lived the life focused and centered, calming the mind,
eliminating disharmony in the best way you can. And you will move to the
other side in silence, at least quieter, eyes open, hearing listening to
God as the creative sound. And this will lift you into truly cosmic
awareness of your spirit/soul. This is what I mean. Gloria

Just when I was getting up to go up to my stairs to bed, I remembered a
dream I had last night.
In this dream I was teaching in survival school. It was on top of a
mountain with a beautiful view in every direction looking out. There
were many people going through the training, and there was a lot of
testing going on. One of the hardest things was for people to get into
the now without thinking about their children, I kept reminding everyone
that we are all God's children and he/she is looking after and working
with each person in the capacity they were ready for. This was still not
enough. Many wanted to leave to go searching for them, and some did.
Then I said, well the best possability they have is through you, make
this connection and you will earn enough grace to assist all of them and
more. That seemed to get their attention. The alarm clock rang and I had
to get up to get my husband to the airport. Does anyone recall anything
from this experience? GG

I found in my desk a stamp with my name on it but it is 1/2" big, to big to

because they have very very very strong gravitational pull, so that not even
photons (Light) can resist this attraction. If your ego reaches the edge of
such a black hole, then it is absorbt by it. Oh, no you are to good for that.
Please be carefull and avoid black holes. On the other side, in the black hole
is all the light, maybe more than outside, maybe your ego creates a new
cosmos, big ego --- big bang, why not, so don´t care....
I heared, there are more flys born at one day than human beings are on this
planet. They need a place to evolve to higher consciousness, they need a own
universe. So lets fetz.....

to strong, and all that began on November last year, it was the 1997/11/11 at
11:11 o´clock in the area of cologne, a city in germany in the local area, its

cymbal my slave beyond death, was a puzzle in many ways. A naturally
powerful psychic, awakened forever, but he'd tried to shut out the magic.
his second sight was in many ways much better than my own.
One puzzle that intrigued my curiosity, was his strange relationship with
the song "Puff the Magic Dragon", by "Peter, Paul and Mary". Hearing the
song always made him cry, and his Mother had told him, he had been that way
since he was a tiny baby in his crib.
one night he was sitting at my feet, once more in the depths of
depression, and I was working to pull him out of it like I always could,
with my magic.
This time, I was chanelling the grey alien, to seek information about
this puzzle. Earlier, the grey had offered me some surprising
information. They had written the song, and influenced it's popularity in
popular culture for cymbal. The dragon was his spirit guide.
Pondering this information, before cybmbal arrived, I had reembered
reading an interview with Peter, who had written the song. He'd said that
the song was very unusual, because it seemed to arrive in his head, already
written. He just copied it down and they recorded it on a whim, since it
was quite different from their usual stuff. They had no idea it would be so
successful, and could not understand it's popularity.
I could understand it perfectly.
cymbal had come into my room one time, while I'd had him busy with some
chores, with a very odd look on his face. I asked him whatzup? I've
mentioned his vision was good.. he would often catch sight of the various
entities occupying my house spell.. his descriptions of them surprised me,
since my contact with them is mostly empathic, not visual.
Out of the corner of his eye, he'd glimpsed the back of a furry creature
that was sitting beside my front door, apparently guarding it. I questioned
him about what he had seen more closely, and as the description took shape
in my mind, I realized it was a being I had invented as a grade 8 social
studies project, and played with as an invisible pet for a while... and not
thought of, in years..
The message of the song: our invisible friends of childhood don't ever
leave us, even tho we may grow up and forget about them. Their power does
not fade. They do get lonely.
The greys may not have emotions, but they understand them well enough, to
do evocative art propaganda.. once humans have added their emotions into
the performance.. and they are trying to get us to remember our magic.
cybal was over 6', and 240lbs.. a big fella. I was sitting in my
deskchair, my "self" mostly in quiet observer mode, as I allowed the grey
use my form to communicate with the slave sitting at my feet.
we'd been at this for a little while. cymbal was close to tears, he said
believed in the dragon, he could feel it sitting behind him, it had it's
claw on his shoulder, but he simply could not believe it's name was Puff.
Greys don't hesitate and consider how they feel about things, as humans
do. Because there are no emotional considerations in their thinking
process, it's instant. I felt a flicker like a blink. "He refuses to
believe.. needs proof.." like, go to plan B. My eyes were on cymbal. I felt
my body draw a slow deep power breath, which it released with a word like
an arrow shot..."Puff!"
It didn't seem that loud, but the shelf on the other side of the room
rattled, and cymbal was blown flat in his back on the floor, a foot father
away than he'd been sitting. My channelling gone, I flew instantly to kneel
at his side to see if he was alright. he said in wonderment, it felt like
the floor had hit him with 10,000 volts.. he'd seen it coming...he'd
watched me take the breath..
I was laughing so hard, it was all I could do to stammer.. "well, you
know what the song said happened when Puff roared out his name.." he'd
wanted proof..

Oh beautiful. Black hole is going down to lower plane, and there is
white hole which is going up to higher plane.
We, present generation is at K-3 and k-4 plane. In this plane the
kalapas have ego "I" and emotion. If the emotion is concentrated and
heavier say K-2, one goes down thro black hole to lower plane of
existence. If emotion is lighter and concentrated one goes thro a white
hole to higher plane of k-4.
This is what I call TRANSCENDENCE. It acctually is happening all
the time.
That is why these chakras. Lower chakra connects to lower plane body and
higher chakra to higher body. Suniata or thoughtlessness is highest
plane. Below comes Wisdom plane at Buddhic level where thoughts of the
truth of universe remain. Still below is Causal plane withthoughts of
love , Unity, devotion etc. Below is Higher mental for
logic,intelligence, creativity etc. Still below is lower mental of
useless thoughts. And below still is k-3 astral plane of hatre,

IMHO, the ego is an essential part of our evolution. We need a full sense of
individuality in order to learn as humans......just like at one stage we also
need a mother's womb - but only for nine months, after which it becomes a
limitation that must be transcended. I see the ego in this same light.
I also recall Sri Ramakrishna's wonderfully simple and direct teaching about
the difference between a ripe and an unripe ego. The unripe (i.e. normal) ego
acts as though it were separate and individual, while the ripe ego, the
spiritually evolved ego that has acquired Divine wisdom, knows that it is
simply the instrument of God and inseparable from that Unity. I would see Sai
Baba, Ramakrishna, Ramana Maharshi, etc. as ripe egos...........
Perhaps we all need to ripen up a little :-)

Yes, this definition of ego and its function really does make sense. The
goal is not defined as the destruction of ego, but making it a fully
transparent channel of the Divine Expression.

names. When She takes all the names and forms and merges back in the First
Person, there arises than the Great State which is devoid of mind or ego. That
is Sat-Chit-Ananda. It is beyond all the Samadhis, Superconscious states and
beyond the Supermind. It is the essence of Completeness and Eternally Free. It
has no longing for anything what so ever.

The dream of the survival teaching is not dis similar to parts from
a book entitled "Mass Dreams of the Future" ISBN 1-882530-10-1
The book is mainly factual in that it deals with people who were
hypnotized to recall future lifes as opposed to regression. If the
book is to be believed we are about to experience a thinning of the
population on earth
there would be pockets of hi-tec civilization as basically we know it
and places where survival training would be necessary (pass me the tin opener)
The book also alludes to a change in consciousness of the "Survivors"
telepathy being the norm and some being able to materialise food.
Some of the subjects found them selves on space ships /stations. It
is some time since I read the book but it is worth a reading in that
the number of people hypnotised to recall the future was large over
2500 many having similar experiences.
Regarding fast track to dissolving negative karma.
Guruji has said that there are ways to get kundalini to rise through
the chakras quickly ( sexual union, Tantric etc) but She comes back down again
as fast and if you want to be enlightenment you have to go through
what you have to go through, Kundalini Herself is in charge of the
process under the direction of Shiva. The process is perfect for that
individual.
How ever there has been experiments done with rats ( find the cheese
in the maze) second generation rats were quicker implying genetic
memory, but what is really interesting is that second generation rats
not related ie. on the other side of the world introduced to the
cheese maze for the first time performed as though they had genetic
memory. What I am suggesting is that now we have a period in history
< for whatever reason> that the kundalini process is accelerated. It
used to be that only "Saints" going through great spiritual
discipline were fortunate enough to receive this blessing, and now we
are seeing more and more relatively ordinary people with K awakened.
I look forward to views on this.

Duality is a major ego dilemma which is rooted in conditioned perception.
Objective vs. subjective observation is the very reason that science and
spirituality exist as separate entities. No doubt it is deeply ingrained into
our culture: the way we work, play, and think.
Does this duality need exist? We know there were periods of history when
it didn't. Seems like cyclic phenomenon.
One may prove to oneself that objective and subjective perception can be
brought together as one. But it does require a radical 'shift in the ground
of awareness'. Most people seem unready, unwilling, or unable to make this
move. It may require a drastic change in social consciousness.
Though that seems very well on its way. E:-)

How right you are, Ann! I was, for a while, a member of a Methodist church
craft group comprised solely of old ladies. The youngest was in her sixties,
many were well into their eighties. I loved them dearly (most of the time!)
and it was a blast listening to them exchange their mild dirty jokes and hash
over whatever was going on with the Redskins.
But oh, they couldn't say that word. The closest they ever got was to call
it, in a suitably shocked, hushed tone, "the F-word." I could tell they felt
terribly wicked getting even that close to it.
I thought it was interesting that these heroic women, who dealt with the
Depression and World Wars, raising children, outliving husbands, outliving
some of their children...these same women were cowed by a small word.
Things have changed, all right.
