I find the recent dialogue on "don't care" very relevant to my current
experience of Kundalini, which began spontaneously about 13 months ago.
This is my current philosophy (it is rapidly evolving to try and keep up
with my experiences)on Kundalini and integrating it into my life.
To me, "don't care" means "Trust without Resisting and Allow without
Trying"
If we don't trust, and resist, we disconnect with the experience and the
confusion associated with these new experiences leading to unresolved
issues and no integration.
If we try too hard and push, we replace our awareness with hope and
effort.
In either case we lose touch with the IS/God/Goddess/etc.
If we don't care, and trust it, don't push it, but are aware and
accepting of it, and open ourselves to reexamining our current way of
looking at life, love, work, relationships, joy, sadness, fear etc.,
then we let K/the IS/God/Whatever shape our lives, and manifest it on a
physical, emotional, and character level, and are then able to share it
with others.
My highest experiences with K are those involving little effort where I
truly don't care what happens next. No brake, no accelerator.

Gloria Lee here..This just popped into my email from elsewhere..try to
look at the "don't care" this way.. for another perspective..sometimes
we just get too caught up in the "efforting" of our search and presume
that it is all up to us to discover the way ..and then when you stop
trying so hard ...you are free to notice what is always there??? As in
the journey IS the destination..so the less attention you pay to what
you THINK is supposed to be the desired outcome..the more free you are
to just allow spontaneous awareness and see you are already in the Tao..
the Tao has you. (Harsha could explain this much better, but he knows
better than to try..)

Changes the window in which one views the world.
BTW...talking to people in the 'you' this and 'you' that sounds like a
parental lecture of the 'I am more superior than you' format.

A situation, no a number of situations, of late have led me to believe
that the "synchronicity" string going on lately is causing unwelcome

Last week, I was driving my boyfriend to work. I mentioned to him that I
hadn't had to put oil in the car in more than a week and that the oil
light has not been comming on, "possibly an additive we had tried?".
Seconds later, the oil light came on. (this car is a guzzler, about 3qts
wk is average. The darn thing is also back to guzzling again, and that
oil light never goes out - even when it is full)
Rich was irritated at me, I was irritated at me.
for months now, everytime I mention the car, when I am in it or not,
something goes haywire in it Up until the other day nobody wanted to say
anything that would make it REAL somehow. But this time broke the camels
back!!! Yuck!!! that felt terrible. I keep telling them it isn't me,
question to the scientific out there: what does 100% of the time mean?
[the gas gauge quit working when I wondered where all the gas went one
day....I watched the thing go from 3/4 tank to E while I waited for a
light to change....]
I made a joke about how my daughter wouldn't know if the car did run out
of gas I was mistaken, she came walking in door not 10 min. later, the
car ran out of gas 2 blocks from home. took the lawnmower's gas can and
it started right up. [Rich was sweet enough to tell her I had "just now
made a joke about her and running out of..." she wasn't impressed,
definitly NOT amused.
What if anything is this do you supose? an illness? Is there a cure? Am
I missing something?
DO THE GREAT CAR GODS NEED APPEASING?
if so what do they like? ,
I am open to the posibility that this IS NOT happening, in fact, at this
point in time, I'd prefere it that way, but the locals are not buying
it.
Although I don't KNOW this is happening because of me, [I don't see how
it could be me, I wouldn't want the stupid machine to breakdown, why
would my complimenting it cause it to breakdown? that doesn't make
sense. And surely nobody else would make it break down either. -tried to
cover all my bases there and blame someone else]
It IS damn irriatating!!! I don't consider this to be a GIFT of any
sort. Is it then a curse?
Whatever it is it got me in deep over the weekend.
I headed out to drive my route and thought to myself, "car is sure
running smooth" DEAD AS A DOORNOB! dead right there in the damn street!
[this time I am alone, nobody else to blame!]
fine, had to blow out the gas filter. Need I tell ya I did NOT tell
anyone? heck no I didn't.
this morning, I wake up 2 hours late! at 4:45am, boyfriend is sitting at
the computer, he didn't even think to wake me up.....wasn't pretty, I
give him a good chew about 4;am is deadline! and... I need to leave time
for error. "What if I Had to change a flat!" bla, bla squak!!..........
You guessed it!
Tire was flat.
Ever have a lug nut on so tight that you had to jump on the tire iron to
get it loose?
Ever have the nut and its bolt snap clean off?
Ever get a flat you couldn't get off - because the only damn thing that
fit those nuts has the stinkin' nut stuck in it?
Is there a poltergiest chaser in the house?

There are also many other things you can do for all your problems.
Do not stop your medication! Whenever you do stop it, you should do it
only with your doctor's permission and on his schedule.
First read about anything related to your own problems. Overtime, not
now, you should push to become your own doctor. There are so much stuff
about alternatives medecines. Who knows maybe you simply have a chemical
unbalance, or you eat or ate too much junk food in yuor life, etc. You
can do your own accupuncture. I learned it on my own. By only treating
13 points you can balance a big part of your body. If you add good food
to this you add more chance to succeed. Even more add algae and more raw
food or simply more vegetable/fruits to your diet. Don't forget good
ligth such as the dayligth with the sun or a full spectrum set of
lights.
If people can come out of cancer, HIV, and AIDS on their own you can do
a lot in your case. It takes hard work and patience.
I am also looking for shaktipat. To get ready I do the above and my K.
is already awakening. I lately added meditation my disolving in it. It
talks to me but letting me feeling it. Amazing, who would thing an
internal snake could please a human. In addition during the last 3 weeks
I started a complete raw food diet which accelerates my cleanup i.e. my
K. is raising faster not enough yet to launch it. Stay focus, don't give
up.

Can it be you have said things and thought things about your car, like
this car is just falling to pieces, or everytime I turn around it is
costing me money, etc. And, everytime something else happens you
reinforce it with emotion, thought, frustration. Go into meditation and
see if you can see how thought and emotion really create. This is solar
plexus energy when this happens.
Can you really place your car and your body in God's hand and move into
the heart center. The car normally represents your body, if this is your
car, then you may be telling yourself that your out of balance so
getting that energy up to the heart, having the conversation with God
inside and then placing all of this stuff in God's hands should
neutralize this energy going out. You are also getting thoughts and
emotional charges from the other people you live with.

Mark,
Hi, is this in meditation or all the time?
Can you move the energy out of that center getting it focused more in
the heart center? If the third eye is playing off of the solar plexus
you are going to have more of that lower frequency energy coming in,
when you surrender to God always working from the invisible heart you
will also be lifted in such a way that even if this is going on you will
be standing outside of it watching and then it isn't happening to you.
The fact that you identify with it tells me your in your solar plexus.

Hi, Freda,
I have a friend who had the same experience when she was going through
K arising. She made a little "car god" and put it on her dash board
(stuck with putty). She offered up to it incense and a dab of motor oil
each week and that was all the car needed to run well for another five
years.
I made a crystal charm for my car (charged a crystal with positive
energy, added lavender for serenity and borage for strength, hung it all
in a little bag from the mirror) to stop my K from messing with the
electrical system. Worked.
