I have noise in my ears all the time. I usually keep the TV on - it fights
my noise with music, people's voices, etc. And if I get interested enough
in a TV program, writing a letter, or reading a book, I don't notice the
noise for a while.

Words come streaming through these mediums all the time in precise
timing to my thoughts more then chance could bear.

Hours later, I surface from the dreamless, deep black limbo. My head
is vibrating with an irregularly modulating static buzz that makes me
feel irritable, on edge. My body feels weak, yet is hot and tense, as
if all my ligaments were being pulled too tight, and tied up in a
little knot at the top of my head.
On the nightstand is an unopened bottle of spring water. I open it and
drink several glasses. But it´s not enough to pull together a cohesive
unified field.
My body and my shadow stand, and begin to perform, in tandem, an
elaborate and seemingly random series of stretches and movements. I
let go,cooperate,try to feel my bodies´ intent then the
movements gain purpose and momentum,contraction, extension,
compression, drawing in and out, filtering, circulating, manipulating,
balancing, massaging the energy, directing it, pulling it back, closer
to the core.
When I finally stop, my body is light and fluid, but my head´s still
not completely clearThe fuzzy buzzing still lingers
Loki's been teaching me for weeks, but I'm still not sure what it
is that I´ve learned. Her lessons saturate all of our encounters at
levels that are still a mystery to me. Even when we seem to be
engaging in nothing more than normal conversation, a part of me is
absorbing the essence of something else ,something abstract that can´t
be described, that is absorbed deep within the silent meshings of my
awareness and is held there in secret unti I´m able to reach it ,to
embody it energetically.
The last time I´d seen Loki, we´d talked about the power of light. She
told me that we humans are creatures of light - that we resonate to
the energy of light's colours throughout every level of our being. She
began to describe the various hues of delicate silks that were draped
on sunlit windows in ancient Egypt. Asshe spoke, I was transported to
a large, cool, high ceilinged, room furnished with nothing but a few
simple wooden stools.The walls were made of huge blocks of cream
coloured limestone andit had a small west facing window. I could see
translucent, sunlit silks fluttering lazily in the window ... could
feel the hot, dry, intermittent breeze on my face and lips .... could
smell the dust and unfamiliar aromas of another place and time.
Loki´s voice bounced off the stone walls and echoed in the room,
eventhoughshe spoke softly, The Ancients knew the secrets of light
energy, but they lost the pure thrust, the abstract knowledge of it,
by indulging,as humans are wont to do.
I could hear the smile in her voice."erhaps you will understand
this,Croaton as you are such a lover of words and definitions,
words have the power to solidify things, to make them concrete,
immutable. That is what the ancients did, and it is what you still do
today .The universe, and everything in it, is constantly in motion.
Words carved in stone may seem to be timeless but stone is
vulnerable to the wind and elements ,every edifice crumbles to dust
in time .... "
"The ancients defined and redefined the secret of light energy until
they´d stripped it of all meaning. Their words were hollow they
imparted no pure knowledge of the power of light .... but they did
succeed admirably in obscuring the most basic truths "

I asked.
Lokididn´t answer me and in a heartbeat, the vacuum created by her
silence pulled me back to where we actually were at the time.
Loki was smiling and relaxed, as if nothing had happened, her gaze
fixed on me. She turned to me and said casually,"Why don´t you ...
experiment with the colors of light and see for yourself"
After several minutes of on again/off again inner dialogue ... the
silence drowns out all sound .... and feeling prevails ... I sense
something ... a vibrational field around my head ... it feels as if I
have the energetic equivalent of herman munster bolts in my temples.
They buzz on a vertical plane, on either side of my head, in opposite
circular motion.
I close my eyes and focus on the sensation of the energetic bolts
until a new sensation dominates. A circle of energy is racing around
and around at the level of my forehead, in the center. The circle
extends out about a foot, on a horizontal plane. It begins to
accelerate. I go with it, following the motion with my eyes under
closed lids. This circular motion somehow affects the, so called,
energy bolts in my temples, which seem to diminish their activity.
After a few minutes, the feelings of motion cease altogether, as the
sensations in my head resolve into a unified vibration, almost like a
high pitch.
My attention is now focused on an obvious duality of my energy body. I
can feel the asynchrony of my two sides. The left side seems to be
made of many vertical bands, or strings, of rapidly vibrating energy.
The right side feels as if it´s spiralling chaotically. I go into the
asynchronous sensations and ride them. The ride is like a non-stop
roller coaster but I stay with it anyway. Gradually I feel my energy
halves beginning to synchronize. Their patterns superimpose into
something that gives me the impression of an active, energetic
Rorscharch blot in the center of my inner field of vision. The
intensity of the sensations diminishes eventually becoming a mild, but
pleasant, synchronous, full body buzz.
I know that it´s time to stop.
I put off thinking about this experience for as long as I can.
Thoughts are addictive. One thought leads to another, and then
another, and another and before you know it, you´ve got several mental
channels running simultaneously, cancelling out, with all their
static, the frequencies that have just barely been aligned. I take a
long, hot shower that washes the residue of fatigue and dessicated
cosmic crap from the surface.

... or one line of a song will catch your ear, and it's an answer to a
question you just thought? Or the T.V. will echo you perfectly for a line
or two.. or you will wonder something, and the fridge will start up? (The
furnace started as I wrote that.. I am too far away to hear the fridge.)
You're not imagining it, and as you start to trust it more, this kind of
guidance will increase. Yes, it is just for you.. everything that is
outside you, is coming from inside..
Here's the scoop: Goddess is limitless.. and outside of time and space..
being limitless, She knows what you will think next, and being outside of
time and space, She has plenty of time to twist synchronicity to answer
your question. She happens to think you are worth all that trouble...
That's unconditional love.
Cosmic promise: we ask, She answers. Always. Immediately. Hearing Her
messages, tho, and trusting them is up to us.
When a Shaman is moving in the forest, he might ask for permission to
drink at a stream. He will ask, and wait for a sign. A bird call, a branch
falling, a fish jumping is usually a yes. Silence is a no, and he will look
for another stream.
Now Goddess has country singers and Twilight zone episodes to carry her
messages.. but notice what you were thinking or saying, just before the
blinds suddenly rattled in the wind, the pipes creaked, or the siren roared
by.. sirens for me, are a call to attention, a warning of fear.
This is mindfullness... don't go overboard, looking for "Omens" and
such.. just be aware of when you notice it. If you start to focus on
listening for the furnace to start up, when you are wrestling with an
issue, that's not the point. When it calls to your attention, catches your
ear when your focus is elsewhere, it's usually Goddess answering you.

My motives? When we were working with the ghosts, Moira and the little

crew.. I get impulsed to shine light in dark places, Goddess always dazzles
me with beauty, jewels come to light... I feel blessed.

Tricking them, was not in my mind. Rather, I am seeking a place of
consensuality.
I cannot speak to them and address thier concerns individually, but I can
provide love and ask Goddess, the Angels, guides, their higher selves to do
the rest.
They put themselves under the guidance of the Captain, when they boarded
the ship, whether it is the energy body of the Titanic they are on, or not.
The Captain has the power of life and death, at sea.. That is why I am
making plans, with the Captain.
The Captain went into the Light, I feel, but was drawn back by the
expectations of the spirits on board. He still feels responsible for what
happened, and all the jokes about the "Captain of the Titanic", he hears..
and he wants to "make good", in the only way left. Sailing the Titanic thru
the portal We will create... spirits who want to jump ship, will, I suppose.

Some nights of magic working, I have noticed hundreds of beings, gathered
outside the house spell. Word is going out in the astral.. I have
specifically requested my house guards not to let anybody from the Titanic
in, except the Captain, until I am ready.. and I m not sure if it will
happen here in the house, or whether to chose someplace in Nature.. I had
an idea to sail it under the Lion's gate bridge, into Vancouver harbour,
and use the bridge itself as a portal.. but I think I'd get too many folks
caught in the energy.. I think it will happen entirely "elsewhere".. but I
am still listening for inspiration incoming.. and gathering support.
I had considered going to the movie, and doing it quietly using the film
as a focus.. but again, a private showing would be best, my energy field
reaches out big doing this stuff.. and the movie might get all too real for
other moviegoers. Not fair, not very consensual..
It occurs to me, that if the theatre staff is noticing hauntings, the
owner might be willing to arrange for a private showing, to end any odd
events happening. Hmmm...
Came across an old post, someone asked for my house spell.. edited it a
little, to forward. It is to spiritproof your house, so your fountaining K.
doesn't attract ghosty parasites, wanting your attention to their long past
time problems. (Just like in the movie, Ghost.. except like Moira, the time
for action was long past, and she barely understood that she is dead.)

structure, is also available. Still working on writing the computer bubble
spell..)
While writing the house spell, my slave druid had asked about one for his
condo.. so I cast it.. while I was doing that, druid spoke to Chacmool rain
God of the Yucatan. Chac has mantained a prescence inside my quartz
crystal, since I did psychometry on the idol at Chitchen Itza.
druid was concerned that my creating a spell for him, would drain my own
house spell, stored under Chac's care in the crystal also.
Chac said "She has to make one, for the planet"..
Me make a house spell for the entire planet...??? Gulp!
I am beginning to think, that whatever that means...! This is part of it.
I get the feeling, that when I am doing this working with the Titanic, it
is going to turn into something much bigger, than I am getting glimpses of,
now..
I am the ground crew..

Interested in further reading? Check "Quantum Questions" by Ken Wilber.
This is a collection of essays written by prominent scientists like
Einstein, Heisenberg, Schroedinger, DeBroglie, Planck, Pauli, etc. All the
essays deal with the unreconcilability of science and theology. They all
maintain that the people involved in this debate are asking the wrong
questions.
The gist is that science will always be a subset of theology or mysticism.
If only theology or mysticism would ever manage to lose its dogmatism.

Very traditional stuff if you peruse the pages of the Tibetan Book of the
Dead. The beautiful, light filled versions of the dieties will come to us
first to point out the light. If we don't take it, hang on for the
Herukas...the scariest sons-of-guns on the block...who will attempt to give
you the same message. Fleeing is out of the question if you're going to get
anywhere. Looking them straight in the eye, you walk through and get the
lesson.
Sometimes we have to dance with the scariest parts of ourselves, but it's
all one.

on my certificate that makes me an official something or another with the
Kwan Um School of Zen, this last sentence of yours appears a bit
differently in a poem by Zen Master Seung Sahn. He sys 'spring comes, the
grass grows by itself'

Hello All,
I just wanted to introduce myself to you. I had been off of the list for
about a year, but now am back. My name is Al and I am an Internal Martial
arts instructor teaching Chinese Boxing, Pentjak Silat, and Internal Kung
Fu or Chi Kung.
I am very much involved in energy work and have a training video entitled
"Advanced Chi Power". I am currently working on volume two and three. I am
interested in the manifestations of energy from different viewpoints and
any way I might be able to help with healing or training please let me
know. By the same token I am very open minded to any techniques or methods
unfamiliar to myself and my associates that would be of benefit.
I am a Christian and believe that Jesus gave us the gift of healing and

It's been a good number of years since I took them, but as I recall, the
weekend workshops were about $100 as of 1990. I hope they haven't gone
up too much.
(My mom paid my way because they were in my area and she wanted a ride!
I was only mildly interested, but I agreed to go to the first one
because she wanted to so badly. It opened a door to a whole part of
me that I had never known existed, reopened some psychic doors I had
slammed shut some 12 years earlier, and gave me the tools and confidence
to use my abilities. Thus, my gift of humoring my mother in regards to
the workshop was indeed returned to me a thousandfold. Nice moral!)

I found this funny and fascinating at the same time. I have a T-shirt
similar to this, but it involves variations of "Shit Happens." For example
Hinduism: "This shit happened before."

This must refer to "once saved, always saved". My favorite thing about
