I am glad one of us is sure of something.. I am not so likely to massage
a lingam, as slap it or put hot candle wax and clothespins on it. ;D

I give a few suggestions, tho..
Imagination is the control panel of your energy body!
The trick is, to find some kind of physical erotic stmulation that is
easy, does not make you sore, and does not depend on fantasy to get juices
flowing. Vibrators tend to be numbing and addictive, fingers stop when you
get distracted.. I have been using a water jet for this purpose since
before I grew breasts.
I am thinking of installing a bidet in my bathroom so I don't have to do
shower tantra standing up, anymore. Sometimes my knees go so weak I feel
I'll collapse, and when the sine wave is making my whole upper body
convulse and thrash back and forth, it is tricky, keeping balance. The
grounding energy creates a magnetic grip in my feet to the Earth, or I
would fall.
A slave in the shower with me, holding me up and sharing the energy, is
even better, usually. Depends, sometimes solo is better focus.
A few times I have gotten carried away with that, lost in pleasure, and
been brought back by slaves begging me to please stop having orgasms, (Star
trek: Captain, the pleasure pods are melting, the circuts are starting to
blow, they canna' take any more!) ... and they'd be green and sweaty
prickly: too much K.-sick. Too quick a karma cleanse for the body's
comfort. Oops.
Have learned to shield them with my intentions, since. The energy
produced positive results, but it was like Liposuction Vs. Dieting. Quicker
and more permanent, but not much less painful or easier.
Water flow seems smooth, but it isn't, it vibrates subtly from all the
twists and turns of the pipes along the way, and bounces gently on
sensitive bits and they bounce too. Get a shower massauge, that goes from
spray to jet.
Begin with a relaxing shower, not too hot! Candles, incense, a ritual
sensual cleansing of the wonderful vehicle you have been gifted with. Your
focus, is on love for Diety, and self, and gratitude for the gift of a body
that is capable of feeling so much pleasure. A desire to share that
pleasure energy, and send it back to the Source whence it comes. (no pun
intended..)
All acts of love and pleasure Serve Goddess. Begin by asking for Her
guidance, and begin slowly, exploring and savoring each sensation, all over
your body.. small of back, soles of feet, hands, scalp, neck.. spray your
yoni gently at first, enjoy the pattering of the warm, water, and move the
spray to other zones, as the impulse takes you. Gradually adjust the spray
to jet.
Postpone the first orgasm, but go onto seeking the next ones after a
short pause.. seek your pleasure limits as aggressively as you seek your
limits of unconditional love. You will not get sore, or too tired, but you
need to pause occasionally to let the sensitivity return stronger.
Sensitive bits get numb, but a few moment's pause stimulating elsewhere and
they are back, more sensitive than before.
Focus also on the grounding visualization, and image the increasing
pleasure as increasing light, that releases with an explosion of light. As
you get better at it, you will go into an ESO state.
Women have a 3-stage orgasm, rise, plateau and release.. and in the
"Extended Sexual Orgasm" tantric state, it is rise and plateau climbing
like stairs, to higher and higher vibrations, with the release coming down
slowly for days after..
Men have 2 stages, rise and eruption/release.
So the "interrupt mechanism" to start chanelling the energy elsewhere is
very different. With men, it is about interrupting it until it builds up
pressure and flows elsewhere.. with women, it is more like warming the
engine up well, then hammering the release button till it wears out while
the rise and plateau are still working.
Safety: Don't get carried away with douching.. your body needs that
healthy bacteria, where it has put it, and too much pressure could force
water into the cervix. Aim the stream downward or from the side, to avoid
forcing water up the urethra. Do not attempt to give yourself an enema, you
could rupture something. Watch out for sudden temperature changes, don't
keep shifting the sensation past numbness by increasing the temperature.
Don't get hot water blisters on your yoni!
I also sometimes use an egg, carved out of tigers eye gemstone inside
me.. using my internal muscles to move it around and push it against my
G-spot. Keeping steel chinese meditation balls, or a stone egg inside of
you is an erotic kegel excercise your doctor never mentioned.. Warm them
with water and lubricate first.. be careful they don't drop out and chip
the porcelain of the tub. Spread a towel between your feet to cushion the
impact of falling weights till you get the hang of it.

Antoher reason as that these topics came up as a flammable issue on the
list previously, with some hostility being expressed towards this path..
and so eventually, a second list was formed.
The tiny K-sex list. You've not heard of it before, coz it used to be a
secret. It used to be a secret cause it is a little exclusive, and being
secret also, it's exclusiveness didn't generate resentment from those
excluded.. "what they don't know, can't offend", was the thinking.
We do distance energy sharing experiments that are as intimate and
dangerous as sex. I shared a shower ritual energetically/astrally with
K.Sex listmembers, and part of the result for some of the recipients was
some strained muscles from the intense sine wave thrashing.
Exploring new frontiers: I didn't realize that physical effect of the
ritual could be communicated that clearly, over distance, till it had been.
So we vote whether to accept each new member, after reading something
from them and tuning in on the vibe for "rightness", strength and
compatability.
One member has just suggested we pursue an extended study of the
differences of female K. sexuality, so I encourage listmembers who are
having female K. sexual experiences to send me an intro if you would like
to participate, and I will present it to the KS-L members.

I remember when everyone got upset before about subject matter.
I just find it hard not to associate or to disassociate k energy from
sexual energy.
Everything seems to be so combined...
I even use sexual energy when I do healing work... it's so very
powerful. People really feel the difference when you bring it in.
Maybe if we just keep it very tactful that would be alright with most.

sense in which "the whole is also present in the parts"..or as Wm. Blake
said "To see a world in a grain of sand". Theolgy can't hold a candle
to poetry.. for expressing this IMHO. Thanks for trying to resolve some
of these ideas, anyway..:)))

Hi Staci,
Are you having a hard time with things? You know when people are far
enough into their spiritual journey a knowing about things start to
come together, and a kind of inside awareness of the state of their
chakra system. When people are blocked in the heart, that means that
they are not going to use those higher centers in a balanced way, if
that solar plexus is the primary center for living, and maybe the heart
is gently touched here and there...it won't clear up that awareness or
the subtle body condition on either level, physical or spiritual. And,
if emotions and thoughts are running rapid, which mostly manifests
through the throat chakra, of course it is natural that this center is
effected.

What I advise... you go into a very strick witness mode, watch what you
think and what comes through your mouth. Very often you will see a lot
of feelings, thoughts and judgements getting released through the
chakra, and if it isn't, the thoughts are in hold there and suppressed
which can be just as bad.
What to do? Well, be the witness as though watching a movie, your
mission is to feel and be aware of every thought, action, and movement
that manifests in your day. Not of others, but your reactions,
thoughts,etc about what is happening. As you do this, again as the
witness, your only purpose is to watch, no judgement, just watch. As you
do this as though in a full blown meditation all day every day, you will
discover exactly how the cause and effect of that center is going. And,
you will know inside what needs to be done to change the frequency of
your chakra.
Most people live in automatic mode, even though they are meditators it
works when they are in the hour here and there but it isn't ceaseless.
This awareness is not about a meditation here and there it is about
life. Do this, however, and it will change your life. GG

Has this list moved to a new site? I stopped receiving mail, and found many of the people on the list very helpful in sorting out my
consciousness situation! I have just returned from Bali where my consciousness was golden light--I had been traumatized and depressed by one therapist--and terrified by a second--the calming influence of this list gave me hope! The first day, someone spoke in flashmail to me, a lovely young woman with a beautiful e-mail name--and we spoke of Taoism and the myriad petaled lotus--and I am able to return to work without fear because of this list--Bless you all! The experts failed me!
I went back to the first meditator and led the meditation for the first time--and she went into a bliss state--and was afraid that she wouldn't be able to work--I told her that she had underestimated me--and brought her softly down. I still can achieve bliss states with myself and for others through meditation--but am missing the cosmic consciousness and clarity of union with the divine, and extasy I had before my trauma--has anyone lost everything and totally recovered? I fear permenant damage, or a failed awakenening.

work overcharges the body (hyperventilation, usually) and the body
cannot fully hold the charge and/or ground the energy. Grounding is
what would happen if you passed the energy on, as you wrote. The
neo-Reichians I studied with did not have a specific spiritual
orientation but I sure think Reich himself knew he was onto something
with his orgone studies. Holly

Thanks for your reply, I'd completely forgotten about the idea of making
daily life a continuous "awareness meditation". That resonated with me
as soon as I read it, and has application beyond just diagnosing the
throat chakra.

Yes. We are the voice of Goddess, and when we do not speak the words
incoming, the energy gets stuck, and causes pain: the body is speaking of
it's discomfort to you, thru illness. Like the headaches cause by energy
not exiting the crown chakra.
The body's messages, tend to correspond with our colloquial expressions..
Strong emotion, like grief, we say we have a "lump in our throat", that we
can feel. It is the energy of unexpressed, unexpressible emotion stuck in
the throat causiing muscular tightness. The coughing to try to release the
energy, can irritate the lining of the throat and become infection.
Sing in the shower every morning, write to the list.. let it out.
Biting your tongue, is another expression.. and folks who do it lots get
very tight jawlines... that is why folks faces seem to change when their
chakras open. The underlying muscles relax and release the energy they are
holding.
Nausea: power chakra.. Chest tightness, heat pains: heart chakra.
Louse Hay (You can heal your life.) wrote a little blue book as part of
the series, that has a chart with all physical ailments and dis-ease, and
the underlying emotional issues that are causal... with affirmations to
counteract the negative attitudes.
Really interesting reading, a recommended reference book for K. folks.

Hmmm.. some stray thoughts..
Magnets: I use crystals for healing, and the lodestone is very powerful.
Natural magnets, beneficial crystal energies. They each have their opwn
specific vibration, and they can be used to tune up the energy body, and
thru it, heal the physical.
Recently I was working with one of my slaves, who has the ability to hear
my spirit guides, more clearly than I can.
We were conversing with a lightbeing, (I call it Matthew) about my boa
constrictor.. M. said that Avalon did not like frozen rats reheated in the
microwave, it changed the energy of them too much. She prefers white rats,
warmed in the oven.
I asked about the effects of microwaved food on humans: Matt said it was
subtle, and won't show up for decades.
I asked about the effect of microwaved food on me: M. said that my higher
vibration energy protects me from the effects, my computer is a bigger
concern. I was directed to adjust the protective bubble spell on the
computer, that keeps it from being crashed by my K.flares, to filter out
the harmful vibrations. M. also suggested physical shielding.
Because of the spell, when my computer crashes, it is always in the
highest good, and I only lose what I have been working on in the moment.
Usually it is angels editing my posts, (Not good enough! Too much ego
messing up the message in that one.. start over.) and the screen freezes
and I must hit reset.
The next night after I'd adjusted the spell, I finished and queued a
post, and was considering beginning another when my computer crashed right
out of windows, into DOS. This is a new kind of crash. I got a very clear
message: enough computer vibes for one night, time to quit. Thankyou Goddess.

I tested the waterbed heater before I filled the mattress, it was
working.. but now it isn't. I am wondering if it has been interrupted in
the highest good, so I am not sleeping over an electrical coil anymore? I
have postponed replacing the heater, I think I might get a better
insulating mattress cover, and save the electric.
I like sleeping on a bag of water. The water itself, gets to carry my
personal vibe, after a while. My warm nest.. my favorite place when the K.
fire&ice is freezing my bones trembly.. that hasn't happened in a while,
tho.. perhaps that phase is past?
