I realize that I'm answering to older messages here..
but one thing I forgot to say was that if the chills become too much to
handle or like my boyfriend they start happening out in public:) which
gets *really* weird reactions *giggle* You can practice with them to
calm them... it was explained to us that's it's like a giant tap on top
of your head. If the water flow gets too much you just have to turn the
tap down a few notches... but not off! These surges are *very*
beneficial to you. Then when you are ready you can say ok spirit I'm
opening up the tap abut more, lets have fun:)
So he uses that visualization now and it seems to help. He's only had it
happen once lately with friends around.
and from what I can see happening in his life it's the sign of an
awesome healer. His channeling of healing energy is getting stronger all
of the time.

This is so cool..
I have gone through some training in Tantra. The method I was taught is
called the Cobra Breath it's supposed to be an ancient, secret, Tibetan
rite. Sunyata Saraswati, I believe was the one who brought it to the
U.S. I hesitate to talk about this as I learned with a teacher present.
But if people are tapping into this knowledge naturally at least I can
give some explainations as to what is happening. It gets much more
involved but Jeremy is on the right track.
But Jeremy you are doing this naturally. All you would have to add was
bringing up energy into each of the chakras and then back down, in a
circular motion, progressivly right up to your crown. If you build each
chakra up with enough energy you'll feel as if your head is about 6 feet
wide and kinda floaty, maybe even feeling like it's going to explode.
When this happens you have achieved the Cobra Breath. Keep the energy
circulating, though, I found it to be somewhat uncomfortable at first.
I just wanted to give you this information, just in case you achieve the
Cobra Breath on your own and get frightened. It's really an intensive
experience and quite powerful!
So please be careful with these instructions, yes...this *is* a warning.
Especially for anyone that might be reading this, also. Go very easy at
first.. until you get used to it.

Thank you for writing further, Mark. I got a huge energy jolt reading
your post. I had been wondering about the constant hum I've heard in
my head for several months -- knew it was kundalini-related but did not
understand it might be intelligent. Also, I've "gotten" for some time
that the thinking we do, especially as we increase consciousness,
creates a kind of fuel. As I believe Sen Ashanka posted, I imagine us
as something like the mitochondria in God's cells. But the language

Thanks for the note about where you are. I must echo.. ditto etc.
I have been feeling very pressured to keep centered until this morning and
I felt a great lifting of the energies. Something was definitely hitting a
LOT of people since about last Saturday...

over my home and into the gray mass in front of me,
creating two full double rainbows,
clear as a bell each and every color,
the purple and pinks standing out like neon against the dark clouds.
The outermost rainbow bowed at 12:o'clock high
the inside rainbow sat at about 9:o'clock -
the clouds within the smaller rainbow took on a pastel glow!
I stood in awe. and cried.>>>
I have to crow a little on behalf of the paradise of Hawaii and say that
there is barely a day goes by where we do not see such phenomena...and
sometimes the entire half circle of three rainbows...clear and vibrant.
This past week without our trade winds, we have had huge red suns rising
and setting over our islands. These are the reasons we put up with low
pay and high rents... it certainly lifts one up to live around beauty.

Hi Mart,
I understand what you are saying. It can get really frustrating. I have
always felt compassion for those who post a simple question and need a
simple straight forward answer but in return get get really more than
they need, at the time.
I have felt this for some time and am dedicating my homepage to this
issue.
But its going to be a few more weeks before I get it going.
It even happens between my brother and myself. He was learning, taking
classes on spirituality in the early 70's as so was I. We were both just
starting out. Now he hasn't done much with his learning since then but I
have continued on. All of the terms are different and there's new twists
to everything. So when I explain things to him I have to switch back to
the 70's names and descriptions to relate things to him:) It gets quite
funny at times.
When I got on internet I was awe struck at all of the channelings
available on the net. Ack! channelings... I found that I had to sort of
listen differently to the words and ideas. I had to tune into them, so I
could feel them as I read... like the words are living. They read
differently almost backwards in areas. But it comes after you try and
realte to them... it gets easier.
I have done some study into Buddhism, the glossary like someone
suggested is helpful, but usually if you can find someone and ask them
to give you the info in the most simplest terms possible. Most are more
than happy to help... I have found.

For whom it may interest, when i was younger and
only new about physics, i wanted to become a

nucleus of the cells. Magnetic field seeming to be
essential to maintain the 3D spiraling structure
of DNA. I decided to stop my studies in that
field, when i found out they had to count millions
of the cells before passing to another part of the
body. Scientific method "oblige"...
4 years ago there was an interesting experiment
done in the space shuttle for 12 days with chicken
eggs. They brought eggs that where to open on the
first day in space to others that where just
"feconded" before going in space. The ones that
opened in the first day in space had no genetic
defect, then as the days when by and new eggs
opened, the baby chicken started to have genetic
defects, up to the last ones who never came to
life. All this to say that the magnetic field seem
essential to the formation of life and the body
seems to carry is own magnetic field that protects
the cells from a longer exposure to unstable
magnetic field.
Those K raise this magnetic protective field of
the body? I believe so... magnets may help
meanwhile.
And to what point living in big towns with
fluctuating magnetic field does really affect our
deep immune system? From what i have seen in those
labs, their is no doubt that the variations in the
electrical field and magnetic fields of our
surrounding as a direct correlation to what we
call cancer and other immune system sickness. As
an electrical engineer, i know that the struggle
to make understand this to the your electrical
company is far from being done. Only a global
awakening of the human species consciousness to
those influence will do that, IMHO.
As for environment with higher magnetic fields,
i.e. passing in "channels" by by planes, feeling
vortex where the magnetic field condense on the
earth (can't wait to go and feel those in
Arizona). Those of you who had a chance to feel
them know how blissful they are. would be
interesting to see how well Dna forms in those
conditions, something that as not been done, up to
know, to my limited knowledge...

Did you know that judgement greatly effects the throat chakra, in fact,
when judgement is allowed to run out of control the throat chakra
actually deforms and it begins to effect other centers as well. This is
why it is so important to observe and neutralize those thoughts and
emotions that are destructive to not only yourself but others. The
throat chakra is very powerful, when it is clear and in harmony it acts
as a master command center to all of the others. This is why we become

Urdhva means upward or above
Retas means the subtle male or white essence. Some have made retas to be
equivalent to semen, but Swami Shivom Tirth, for example, would not agree
with this. Retas is more subtle than semen. Also, women have retas but do

Controversy 1) Who is really experiencing it. Gene asks how many of the thousands of kundalini initiates are really
experiencing urdhvaretas. Having a few signs of kundalini awakening is one thing. Having the sign of urdhvaretas is another.
The there was a controversy about this:
Controversy 1') What's the big deal about urdhvaretas? OK so urdhvaretas is a stage, but there are many other stages beyond
that. Being urdhvaretas does not imply enlightenment.
Controversy 2) How can women experience urdhvaretas?
This is due to the confusion about *retas* == semen. As I mention above:
Some have made retas to be equivalent to semen, but Swami Shivom Tirth, for example, would not agree with this. Retas is more
subtle than semen. Also, women have retas but do not have semen. In yogic anatomy retas starts at the crown and *descends* to
create the seminal fluid.
