Subject: [K-list] Ideas for Grounding/Channeling K

Dear Marcy,

I have read your posts and have agonized over what you were feeling.....my
heart goes out to you. Have you ever tried some creative dance rituals?

It always works for me...I light some incense, turn off all electricity and
communication forms, light the candles, use my head sets (with some incredible
uplifting tunes) and then dance with fluid constant movement....using my hands
with circular movements right where the chakras are and reach out into the
energetic field that surrounds me. I whirl like a sufi at times.....and many
times I do this naked. Being naked is good if you feel comfortable with your
body, otherwise it would just be a hinderance.

I find that this works totally to channel the energy and get me back to the
point where I can do and be anything that I choose. It is a powerful
method...and it doesn't have to be in the nude....you can do it with scimpy
clothing or baggy loose rags....either way it taps into spirit without a
doubt.

At least it works for me...when I use a spiral movement with my hands over my
head, while moving my body rythmically, I can feel the source come right
through me so that it clears any blocks and lets the energy flow tapping
upward into spirit and moving up and down through my body....it always
directs my k rising so that I have control over it instead of it over me.

Just some ideas. Please know that my prayers are with you through the twists
and turns of the k, Marcy.
