I wish to thank Athena for her words of enlightened wisdom...I

IMHO...This implies that one should wear masks or be a chameleon to all I come in contact with. It is literally
impossible for me to be all things to all people, simply because I would be recreating myself every time I encountered another
person. The need to recreate ourselves to suit another tells me there is a problem with "me"...If I am living my belief system, I
have no need to do this.. When I have an experience, and come through the other side of
it, then I "know" what I have learned. Until I have that experience, I can only weigh the opinions of others, and of the
Masters writing, and choose those things I "believe" to be so.. By recreating myself to please those around me, I have no way
of finding my truth, because I will be living your opinions..Just a thought from a newbie to the list..

I was remembering a childhood event that might help
explain where I was coming from on the whole issue of hostility:
When i was younger my family had three pets - two
cats (Midnight and Princess) and a huge Great Dane named Tiki. Princess loved to be scratched under the
chin - she'd purr and roll over right in your lap, asking for more. Midnight didn't care for it - he'd turn away
from you and wander off. And Tiki thought it was OK, but she had a limited tolerance - a minute or so was
all she wanted.
Our neighbors had a massive Great Dane named Max (if he stood on his hind legs, he could put his front
paws on my dad's shoulders and rest his jowls on top of dad's head - and my dad is 6' 0"). I was visiting one
day when Max came up and nuzzled me. Without thinking I started to scratch him under his chin - and
he came within an inch of biting my nose off. He was such a gentle dog that I couldn't understand why he
snapped (once I calmed down enough to think straight, that is), but then my neighbor remembered that Max
had undergone jaw surgery a few weeks before, and was undoubtedly still quite sensitive under the chin. I
had hit his "touchy" spot, and he reacted.
So when I'm participating in discussions and debates, I can handle Midnights and Tikis, and love to find a
Princess - but I'm always on the lookout for Max and his chin.

It is really confusing and hard if you try to understand where you are, then you get into judgment and self involvement. None of that means a
tick...all that means anything is knowing, inner knowing of your process. What is time? It only exists at this level, so the illusion is
all for here, and you are working to get beyond here, so anything that will hold you here is just one more piece of baggage. It is not a race,
it is between you and God, and if Divine Will so decides...you go directly in. Blessings...

I can relate to the topic of souls incarnating at this particular period of earth's history. Being born in the summer of 1969 my generation has
experienced a windstorm of diversity.
I for one am happy to be alive at this particular period and know that I chose to be an incarnate soul on the earth now. Speaking of Star Seeds,
I have a belief that my 6 year old definitely is one. She appears advanced in many ways. She was premature and couldn't wait to be born -

It would not be a surprise to me that you have had strong K surge in your life :-)
To answer your question on an "energetic" level. I
would say from where i stand, that your lower chakras are more open than the higher ones. Thus
changing the energy balance in you to the yin/feminine side. Your feminine side in you, that
we all have in us, is thus more developed than your masculine one, on an energetic level. So you
tend to attract women who like those energies.
IMHO. The goal in ones life is to balance both sides in us. And on energetic level, i would
suggest that you focus more on feeling the "Presence" way up over your crown chakra more than
feeling the subtle energies in you. That until you reach the balance you deeply desire in your life.
Maybe are you looking for a woman with strong a
strong masculine energy balance... Who knows?

Fellow list members: For the last week or so my mind has been racing. Best discription I can
think of is the VCR ~ I am aquiring thoughts in [fastforward], and from time to time the [pause] button gets hit and I am able to digest
fragments, momentarily. Then [fastforward] is tripped again.... and off I go!!
Don't get me wrong, although my brain is noisy: it is not unpleasant. My question is:
Does someone on the list have similar experiences, and if so, have YOU found anything useful to occupy yourself with during this experience?
I am at, this point, able to identify the process but I'm clueless if there is a point to it. It has been my way to just make note and ride it
out. Then I always forget to ask, once things settle down, if there is a point to it. [if I might be able to use these]
How about it? anyone out there able to identify with this? I am open to priviate discussion on this, so as not to bore the entire
list. --
