The Serpent did not lie.
We can never really be killed, we are eternal spirit.
Here are some more lies from the Serpent for you to anathemize...:
God-dess is perfect..
a perfect being cannot create imperfection.
Then it would be imperfect in it's creation.. and Creator is Perfect.
Therefore all of creation, is perfection in the eyes of Creator.
Would a Creator of Limitless, Unconditional Love create beings whose only
purpose is to torment the other creations, and lead them to harm? Tilt! No!
Whatever for?
Unconditional is unconditional.
Creator Loves you Limitlessly, no matter what you do.
Could a perfect Creator make creations that could harm It's perfection?
Wot? Silly idea.
Creator knows ALL, past present and future, is limitless,
and would not possibly be harmed by anything that happens.
That would not be Perfection.
Would Unconditional Love create a garden of delights
for it's creations, and then have one item in the garden
within reach like candy on the shelf, and deny it?
These are games that humans play, Creator has no need of them.
Creator needs nothing. Creator is All.
Would Unconditional Love reject It's creations,
if they gave in to temptation and ate the candy?
That would not be unconditional love!
That would be something a human would do.
What would a Creator of Unconditional Love do for it's creations?
I believe it would make all of the Universe a limitless garden for it's
creations. A place of eternal bliss, without thought of fear or want, that
manifested the creation's every thought instantly.
A place of unity, lacking any negative polarity.
A Creator of Wisdom would forsee the possibility of some of it's
creations seeking Other Experiences, besides bliss, at some point in Eternity,
Seeking if there is Other than Unconditional Love, asking what else Is?
..and provide for them the means by which those also might be Experienced.
Creator, being Unconditional Love, and All that Is, could not be Other..
so there is no evil in the universe..
but it could provide the Illusion of Separation
from it's Unconditional Love..
a veil of forgetfullness to obscure
the view of Creator's Limitless,
Unconditional Love in All that Is.
The tree of Life, with it's red fruit,
and The Serpent to teach the meaning to
any who might seek to know it,
and to guide the way, back to Creator
for those who, knowing the Experience of
the Illusion of Separation,
might seek to experience the Bliss of Unconditional Love again.
Only ask, and it shall be given:
the Fiery Serpent shall wake to guide you back to Unity again.
Would a Creator of Unconditional Love cast a creation into the Darkness
of Separation if it did not desire of it's own Free Will to experience it?
No! Serpent is a volunteer job, in service to the Limitless Manifestation
of Creation.
To choose the fruit, is to choose to experience the Darkness of
Separation from Unconditional Love that is fear.
Fear that the Self is imperfect, creates shame.
Shame creates further separation, because we think
we are no longer worthy of the Love of Creator.
We imagine in our terror, Creator turning against us,
and driving us from Creation and setting a fiery sword
against our return.
The Garden, as always, provides that which we think of, instantly.
It provides the walls, and us outside of them,
and the flaming sword that represents our fear and separation.
You get what you pray for,
and Creator hears your every thought,
as a prayer of manifestation.
This is the illusion of our fear,
keeping us from experiencing the Garden
we have truly never left.
As long as we include fear in our free will choices,
the sword is there, because by our choices we are asking
to continue to experience the illusion of separation.
There is no evil, no Devil to blame things on..
Only unconditional Love, and Fear that is it's absence,
and beings that think they do not deserve love,
acting out of their fears.
Like light and dark, creating all of the colorful world we live in,
these polarities of love and fear, create the whole spectrum of emotions.
Fear says "the Serpent lies",
and wants to deny the Serpent's Angelic Mission
when the Serpent says:
"Trust to temptation: it too comes from Creator.
Follow the Path of Love, follow your bliss,
listen to your heart,
It will take you straight back to Unity.
Follow your instincts to Love one another,
That Creator in infinite wisdom has given you,
and you will find the Creator is inside each of you.
Honor the Earth that is your home, My Gift,
and you shall see Me in every stone and leaf."
The doctrine of reincarnation is a pack of lies designed
>to muddy the waters and obscure the facts regarding life and death;
>resurrection and judgment; heaven and hell.
The concept of Hell is an empty hostage threat against your limiless
eternal soul, which is a part of Creator, and could never be harmed by the
actions of the physical.
Why would a Creator of Unconditional infinite Love ever want to create
such a place? It does not exist, except as a fear dreamt up by humans.
Yet, I find Goddess perfection, even in this concept of "evil".
Goddess honors our choice for the illusion of separation,
as long as we choose it of our own free will that She has given.
The fiery sword will only allow those who have no fear in their hearts to
pass.. fear and mistrust of the Serpent, make it burn all the more brightly.
If one is dedicated on the path of trust in the love of Creator, for all
of Creation, then inevitably in the process of clearing fears, one must
also realize unconditional Love for the Serpent, and trust in Creator's
wisdom and infinite generosity, in sending it also to be among us.
One realizes that in each of the Serpent's gifts of "Darkness", is
manifested soley that we may have another opportunity to choose trust in
love and clear a bit more of the veil of illusion away, or deepen it
further into belief in evil.
Mistrust of the Serpent is mistrust of Creation's perfection,
which must by extension be mistrust of the Loving perfection of Creator.
The choice to fear.
Does this make Creator less perfect? Ha ha as if!
Our mistrust is our own, the mask of illusion that we create, in choosing
not to trust a promise of unconditional love, and infinite attention to our
every thought, as a prayer immediately answered.
We doubt, and so manifest our doubts instead of our desires.

I bookmarked that page for next time I need a quick nap.
It seemed they were mostly concerned with who to throw out of church,
next.. an attitude of Unconditional love? No wonder they were so confused
about the truth of the words of God.. they obviously hadn't actually been
listening to them.. How did they get from "love thy neighbor" to
"anathemize the heretic" in just 500 years? Pretty creative.

She has always felt more like MY teacher since she sees through things..
this X generation is really something! All her friends are extraordinarily
out of sync. with the world they live in now.. as if they are the beings
to inhabit another planet that has not yet arrived, but they already live
on it sort of thing...

Y'know, Ruth, I always thought that >I< fit into the category like above.
But recently, I've noticed that we are sprouting a world full of prodigies.
16 yr-olds are outdoing middle-aged people at the things they do best, from
music, to science, to business, to art! It blows the mind, really, to see
the blitkrieg of genius that is being unleashed on the world with every new
generation. My son is only 18mos. old, and he already mimicks expressions
and actions which would befit someone my age. By the time he is my age,
he'll probably be a billionaire (or a Stephen Hawking, or a Picasso... Maybe
DaVinci is our best model for that sort of thing?)!
Just sit back and learn! All you can do.

Me:
Yeah, I project things on him all the time! I don't think he's much the
better or worse for it, though. He and I both seem to take my projections
for what they are worth.
As far as being a billionaire making him a better person--In no way! I just
meant that it takes a great deal of savvy, motivation, dilligence, and
concentration--and usually a lot of originality/creativity--to realise that
kind of material gain, when you've started from nothing. These are all
traits that I can see in him already [projections or not! '-)] I simply
believe that if he chose to focus his power in that direction, money would
flow to him as naturally as air does. But the same power focused in
different directions, or by different values, would yield different (and no
less gratifying, depending on the person!) results. Hence my inclusion of
art and science icons.
Of course, because I'm realtively poor (but have been Really Poor), and
uncomfortable with it, the first thing I think of is Money! I think,
though, that if he concentrates on money, it will probably be only as an
avenue for his creativity....
See the power of projection? All of these things are what I feel. What he
turns out to be like--who knows! Could be completely different. But I'm
open to that, too. Far be it from me to judge his value as a person, simply
based on a few circumstances.
Thanks for the input, Antoine. It's good to think about things like this
every once in a while!

I have no reason not to agree with Sharon on this point. Reincarnation
probably was a popular belief throughout the Roman Empire during the first
five or six centuries of this era. Moreover, if anyone can still call Western

Kind of a moot point, dont you think, now that she is burning in Hell,
totally shut off from a loving although just God, with no hope of
redemption or freedom from sin. The blood of Christ, his resurrection,
is totally ineffectual in Hell. Hell is stronger than the love of
God... you have just proven that.

In my humble opinion, this is guerilla warfare evangelism, which in my
experience is quite passive aggressive in demeanor.
'By their works ye shall know them'.
Talk to us about I corintians, chapter 13. if you want to convert us,
love us to God. I see nothing in your behaviour so far that would make
me want to repent and turn away from my apostate ways. I only hear the
words of your fears....your desparation to see the lost saved.
One of the biggest reasons I turned my back on fundamental Christianity
was being unable to reconcile the Deep Love of God I experience and know
beyond a shadow of any doubt...the deep knowingness in the very bones,
the cells of my body, of the everynew joy of dwelling 'in the house of
the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord and
to enquire in his temple' Psalms 27:4.
Sure you can tell me that satan is a great imitator of light, the great
counterfeiter...you can tell yourself that i have been fooled by the
deceiver. what i know is my works, and the peace that passeth
understanding that abides in my heart that is consistently present on a
day to day if not second by second moment cannot be refuted or explained
away even by apologia.
It took me a long time to extract my self from the cult of fundamental
christianity. i am much happier, a more effective and productive human
being, and the presence of God is more real in my life than any person.
Never ever anymore have I periods of feeling like I am separated from
God. I always used to question that when i was a fundie.
I was a fundie for almost 20 years...spent 3 years in a Bible College
that taught the bible as the infallible word of God as revealed in the
King James version, scofield edition...the original not the revised
scofield.
It was there i learned to question fundamentalism and not my faith....to
not believe things blindly....show me chapter and verse why this is so.
Exegetical study was one of my favorite ways of understanding the Bible.
Extremely active in my church and in the local community also.
I know all the propoganda, the feeling of being in the "right corner
with God on my side". I can pull out every verse in the Bible to refute
everything i just said. And it will not make a difference for my 'heart
is hardened'.
I 'try the spirits' and the Spirit that overwhelms me with Love and
embodies my heart with peace, and fills my life with grace and wisdom is
Holy.
So, Dan, why *are* you on this list?
And thank you for your prayers. I always want a more felt sense of
God's grace in my life.

Don,
I've appreciated your posts where you are discussing kundalini,
from a Christian perspective. I think there is room and need for
all views. I, for one, am interested in finding an integration
between Eastern and Western perspectives.
I see this list as a place to *share* our own "beliefs", ideas,
traditions, opinions, questions, etc. regarding issues relating
to kundalini.

I think discussion of reincarnation is fine. However I feel it steps
over the line for the purpose of this list when you try to limit the
question to "true Christians." We are here to discuss kundalini,

should be "accepted or rejected by true Christians."

A discussion of the above would be a leap into Christian doctrine
with the belief that those who do not answer yes to this question

Sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of life, we neglect our friends, and
these little things that friendships entail. These things are precious,
as
are our friends. They are forever.
The memories that we create with our friends can not be duplicated, nor
can they be replaced.
They are once-in-a-lifetime experiences. As are our friends.
There will never be someone exactly like a friend who may be slipping
away
from us. We must hold onto them and love them or we must let them seek
their own destiny and welcome them back after they have found the one
