Here's an unimportant blah blah.
In the instant of knowing
perception propels me
to its opposite.
Contrasting means make only blur blur.
Vision's tears swirl unbound
in seeking to congeal
the formless sound.
I must be dumber than a dodo.
Extinctive instinct
distracts me down
to show me all I think.
Amidst the clamour a truthful moment.
Its waves of washing
glance through my eye
to the ever-neverlasting.

Dear Blessed creatures,
Thank all of you for helping me last week. I felt totally isolated.
Last night I went into a bliss state of universal love for the first time
after weeks of anguish--and awoke with mild bliss and energy--I have been
unable to work, teaching at the University, or write--but now finished a
review for my theatre web site--and am going to London for Thanksgiving--and
have hope again and patience--
When I come back I will enter the "I" colloquoy. My physical
symptoms are becoming more meaninful--and I feel that the outer and inner
visions both being created by my mind--am still ontologically confused--but
the love is flowing again from my heart--which I send to all of you--
with much gratitude,
melinda

Greeting everyone!
This is about everyones deja vu experiences. But especially for
Rachid, whose letter caught me and gave me a good sense. Love to all of
you. You are all beautiful!

Well, the same thing happens to me. It is a wondefull
gift. Some people keep on telling me that deja vu in s phemomenom in
which, for an unidentified cause, long term memory and short term memory
in our brains get mixed. But i think they don´t understand it.
The thing is, if you go on in this path your deja vues
will keep on repeating in a circle utill something big happens and
changes a whole lot. Sometimes you will even know that one especif deja
vu will repeat itself. It´s life mirror, always for the good, showing to
you in it´s ondulant, sensual and even sarcastic way.Life a a smile, and

Greeting everyone!
I´ve just read an e-mail from wonderfull Flute and had to write
this down.
It is my believe that we are all just vehicles for one mayor
goal that englobes all, and all of us.
There´s a new book about the research of a sweden antropologist
whose name is Jeremy Narby tittled: "The cosmic snake", in which he
throws the hyphotesis that we are all in contact with everything and
everyone and all the energy and knowledge surrounding ourselves beacuse
of the DNA strings. Well, those strings look just like two serpents, one
oposite of another but totaly alike, bounded togeteher as in a double
string or an upgoing lader. Narby found that every culture in the world
has this image in their simbolism, even in places where you can not find
snakes! Such as Siberia or the highlands. Coincidence, I don´t think so.
Even in the ancient mexican languaje, the meaning for the
concepts snake and tween, are both contend in the word coatl (DNA
molecules look like two tween snakes one around the other in oposite
directions forever).
You can look at the yin-yang symbol the same way beeing seen
from the top.
The same kind of knwoledge and connection with all, with the
source, can be acomplished in this lifetime. There are several prophets
f diffrent believes who predicted that in the younger days, towards the
begging of a new order most of the people on earth would inherit this
kind of comprension, and experience this conection with the entire being
and with one another. Then we will all be free to act as we like beacuse
we will know that what we like is not bad and, in the deepest, we all
like the same. One world, one soul. One Goal!
My best wishes!
Roberto.

Urdhava-Retas is a sanskrit term and refers to Yogis or saints whose
sexual energy always flows upwards towards the Crown or the brain
center. Due to regulation of their sexual conduct they are able to
receive full benefits of the awakened Kundalini, which includes
developing various tupes of intuitive and psychic abilities.

Self-Awareness, Meditation, and Pranayama cause the sensual energies to
start moving upwards towards the brain centers. Regulation of food,
sleep and sexual conduct all further facilitate the movement of the
Kundalini. Because understanding the nature of sexual energies is
critical in Kundalini Yoga, I have devoted considerable attention to
that in my paper on Tantra Yoga now available on the Kundalini Mailing
list and other web sites. Serious and advanced students of Kundalini
Yoga may find the paper to be helpful.

I was in Grad. School when this happened to me and I actually did little
to no homework, meditated 4 - 5 hours a day, relied entirely on the K. and
managed to sweep the decks with all A's... I could read books by putting
my hand on them. It was totally fabulous to be so incredibly inspired and
creative. One presentation I made I had to demonstrate a teaching method
and I woke at 6 a.m and had to do it at 10 in front of the class... had
nothing prepared. I sat on the john ---instant inspiration** the daily
paper was in front of me...I would use this story to teach the class this
method. I had figured it all out instantly. I grabbed a
few materials, ran off to school, spent an hour in front of a computer and
copy machine and voila my presentation was done... and it turned out to be
the best of the lot!! Everyone else had studied and worried about it for
weeks.. I spent exactly 4 hours on it!

Dear Don... THANK YOU FOR THESE MELIFLUOUS words that are more than
chocolate syrup... but all the divine essences! I am doing the vertical
and the horizontal.. and I am having so much fun... you would be amazed
how little the vertical knows about the horizontal.. well read
"Conversations with God " if you don't believe this. WE think they are so
smart.. but when it comes to 3D and what goes on here.. they are
guessing!! They know their realm.. but we know ours. Someone has to do
the interpreting... Here we are.. the K-ites! H aha...

OOOH.. More lovely words.. except... I have heard bad things about YAHWEH
who is supposed to be the dark lord who has been enslaving human beings
and is really a sort of mean and temperamental ET sort from Nibiru???
So I only think of God as the ultimate reality beneath all experience..
the root of consciousness if you will and not a character who dislikes
women and gets jealous and such. Sorry he is not on my list of worshipful
ones. He's the one who kicked us out of the Garden of EDen isn't he. May
be I read too much.

shouldn't you stop to wonder that possibly that persons psychic abilities did
warn him that there would be someone with a gun there, but the purpose of his
mission had to be performed even though there was "APPARENT" danger. If
God came down before you and told you something he wished you to do would you
refuse because your psychic abilities told you of danger or would you have
enough faith that the mission could be fulfilled without your harm????

I think your teacher is absolutely correct. As I said before, visions
and superconscious states are natural and not inconsistent with the
spiritual path. However they are not relevant to attaining God
consciousness. It is not true that all great masters use psychic powers
to protect themselves. They do not consider the body to be the self.
Take the example of Jesus. His love for humanity was so great that he
refused to defend himself in any way saying only in the end that "Father
forgive them for what they do..." Great Sages know the past and the
future including the time of their physical departure. They do not act
in any way to hinder it considering it a triviality. Miracles do happen
spontaneously in the presence of such people but such things are not
intentional. They are in response to the faith of devotees. A focus on
Psychic powers and the craving for such experiences are normal for
novices. People have to go through various stages. God bless everyone
with all that is best in life.

Hello everyone!!!
A friend suggested that I write and see if any of you might have a suggestion
as to a feeling I have been experiencing lately. Well here goes...
at the base of the right side of my skull sometimes is very tender and
actually hurts. It is more like a throbbing sensation. Frequently down
that side of my neck also pains me. Any suggestions are welcome.

Ruth,
I'll bet it will be wonderful...let us know how it goes - including the
aftershocks. I wish you all the best...that means no government or crazies
on your back...just love and appreciation everywhere.

This is apropo of nothing really...but...
Anyone wanna hear about how to do Oreo Cookie Divination? *grin* A bunch of
us tried it one evening. It's a great excuse for eating Oreos and calling it
spiritual practice, and laughing.

Yes, I have read that book. It is the third part of a trilogy: "Native
Tongue," and "The Judas Rose" being the first two books. "Native Tongue"
was about a group of women who developed their own language based on the
way women think, in order to survive in the rigidly patriarchal society
they lived in. They pass coded messages to each other disguised as recipes.
I believe "The Judas Rose" was about learning to communicate with an alien
species. I entertained the audiosynthesis idea for a time... Singing to
certain tunes does make my head tingle, and my spirits rise, but quelling
hunger... Oh, if only!
I have also been to a Science Fiction convention and sat in a room with the
author during an interview. I even got to ask her a question! She is a very
focused person with intelligent eyes, very awake and aware.

That "wraith" was me. I feel most like myself when I look that way.

Very interesting. Do you feel or act more like a redhead these days? I have
three younger sisters with more gray hair than I have, one is even entirely
gray! It has been suggested that it is because although I am the oldest, I
often act the youngest. Silliness, wearing brightly colored clothes, buying
toys for myself, for example.
sincerely,

(who's glad to know she's not the only Science Fiction fan on the list)
