dear list(s), i dunno where you precious people all are, but where i am - way way
out the road by the water & no lights anywhere - the stars are SO ULTIMATELY GARGANTUOUS & *huge* that one can see distant galaxies in
blurs of milky white streaks, & there are almost MORE stars than black space; it is just *that bright* out there...
it just sets my head a spinning to behold such grandeur & elevation as a vision of the magnitude of breathing living light sources,
pulsating with life & mysteries. *as above - so below* they say, & this star-studded heavenly
spectacle is about as close to *inner wonder* as can be achieved in the inner states within a real *soul level*.
i do believe i am either already in heaven, or intimately connected to it & can see it from here!
i wish i could share more; guess i need a better camera lens! i am so *grateful* to be alive sometimes; i am surprised it is not
illegal yet... v

Dear k-list,
I received so many wonderful, supportive responses to my cry in the
night. I just wanted to publically thank you all.
All were different but through it all, there was one answer underneath it all...LOVE!
Even when someone is hurtful...love him anyway.
And when someone attacks us...pay her back with love.
I haven't been able to let go of this relationship because I haven't sent it off with love. I've pushed it out of my life. I've shoved ex
away from me. I've done everything I can think of...except releasing it with love.
Everyone who responded helped me with this understanding.
I am so blessed! Such an inexpensive price to pay for such an important
understanding. It's love!

Dear everyone! Though I know the following is a bit off subject, I suppose there will be people on the list who are able to shed more light on this:
Some days ago, a very good friend of mine, working as a chakrahealer and `nearly all heartchakra' herself, was advised to consult a medium regarding her personal circumstances (health, housing, work). This (female) medium is supposed to channel Joseph Rulofs. My friend never heard about him until now. She phoned the medium to make an appointment and doing so the mediums voice suddenly changed into a severe man's voice who told my friend that she was `just in time, as she was developing a cancer and filled with demons (as was her house), who tried to tear her down as she belonged to God.. The medium would sent some 20 angels to shoo off the demons for the time being and my friend should come and see the medium next Monday. In the meantime she was not supposed to work with or touch other people, as she was radiating all negativity... At first my friend coulnd't help but giggle, but now she is very nervous and she asked my advice. I remember, some years ago I came upon Joseph R.'s books in a bookstore and very consciously avoided even to touch them, as for me they didn't feel good at all. I told her that, but nevertheless she wants to go.
In my opinion it's better to stay away from the whole thing, but I'd be very grateful for any suggestions. Thanx in advance! Love, Hanny

Meantime, Nancy, I hope you will seriously examine ALL aspects of your physical plane life wherein the X could even remotely possibly ever
stick his dirty little fingers. If you do this Examination with true objective seriousness --- bring to this the same diligence you would to
your own most meaningful "Spiritual Practice" ---- I suspect you will discover a few other areas wherein you have been a little teenie eensie

uh...i've heard that before - that demon entities are everywhere awaiting an entrance to possess one's body & soul.
i say 'hogwash'. i believe people are entitled to make their own realities & heaven & hell are contained within one's thoughts & beliefs,
right here on earth. thusly, if one were to believe that demons are all around, the likelihood would be that one would need to create the
necessary evidence to maintain that belief, which becomes as delusion. people nowaday seem wont to create personalities outside themselves to
relate to & attribute *higher powers* to, i.e. angels. very fashionable lately are they. i do not disbelieve in angels, mind you, just that - if
believing in angels neccessitates the existance of demons, i prefer to take responsibility for the contents of my own psyche & leave the
disassociated entities to their own devices. 'disassociation' . isn't that an element of schizophrenia?
anyway, even mediums have to make a buck...ya gotta love 'em anyway! rather like vaudeville it is...

Thanks for a wonderful post!! Are you an ET 101 reader? Yikes! is my favorite explitive thanks to that book and, it was nice to see it used here.
I've been about a week behind in reading this suddenly-VERY-active list -
due to my own pain.
Glo, keep on posting...you have much to contribute. Cautions re Linda's way possibly not being El's best way, and then the body having its own agenda
were the parts of your post I found particularly insightful.
I begin to think of our individual consciousnesses as spinning to embrace all and I like theories that say more, more, more individualism . . . X may
be at the stage where this is good and necessary while the same might be very harmful for Y and utterly useless for Z. This includes religions,
medicines, therapies, diets, philosophies, etc..... ..........we are maybe each spinning to catch and create the fringes of areas that others have been
to and experienced much too long ago to even remember, while still others aren't there yet. And, this may always be so...
To find another at a similar stage in any area is to ease the burden of the
loneliness that God felt whe She/He created the first of Us...
Then again I also think we are spinning to a still small point of all oneness...
Saturday a.m., leisure at last, less pain than earlier in the week, musings...

I eventually realised I was loving my neighbor instead of my self rather
than "AS" myself. I eventually questioned my own too accepting and benelovent behavior by asking myself things like "would you really want
someone else to let you get away with ___________something like malteating them to the point of _________". (fill ine the blanks). My answer was very
often "NO, I would not! The reason I avoid calling them on their behavior is fear of ____________" (usuall fill in the blank).
Once again, I'd say the Bible and Christ's message has been corrupted over
the ages to create _____________.
Does this make sense to anyone else?

I would be very cautious with this and have her go within for guidance. If she has been working with her heart opening, she has direct access to
whatever she needs. The test may be coming from the fact that she looked out side for her answers instead of within, it will likely become a very
strong lesson on going inside.
I am always amazed when people go to psychics instead of going inside where what is known and shown is proven in experience. If there is any
$$ exchanged I would take it as a sign of questionable motives.
God doesn't bring you inside to his/her love and allow demons to take you over. Now, that is not to say that lower forces aren't around
because the more you enter into the light and begin making that spiritual commitment the more the lower forces are attracted to the
light. This is there so one becomes aware, learns detachment, and masters the lower emotions such as fear, anxiety, etc.
I am also not one to look to channeling, the Holy Spirit/Kundalini is
all of the power one needs to go into direct knowing, this is the narrow road through all of the illusion. Gloria

I know the feeling I live in Reno, Nevada on the top of a hill and it is

otherwise dark, dank, moldy old growth rainforest island pays off this time of year with the golden-rosy glow of crystalline autumn,
bluest skies reflecting off the waters, the little boats like toys & eagles eating the spawned out salmon, & - like 'Brigadoon' everybody is
either long gone or leaving... heaven!
remind me this time next month when it is only a little light btwn about noon & 3pm, dark & wet & frozen all over in the pre-Xmas climactic
countdown times under the wide spectrum grow light praying for deliverance...

it started subtly by way of time and space warps. it felt like i was on the crest of a giaint wave.a spirit walk.
i could touch the stars.then it started to really play tricks on me. it(kundalini)showed me that things are not as they seem.
i started to see everthing as opposites.i stayed up all night staring at a frozen bottle of water which to me was volcanic.
at sunrise birds were awakening telling me to be proud and say my name aloud and dance naked.unfortunatly my friends
and family did not understand my actions.i saw myself and others as animals or split as 2 people.i prayed and yogic postured
innsesantly.i was not scared ,but whoever i was with was. my parents were notified that i was "disoriented"soon
after i was asked to go to a hospital.i accepted going to the hospital but would not wear my left shoe saying my spirit needed to touch the earth
and there was a woman inside me.once i entered the hospital i was not allowed to leave .i refused medication for 1 week
but in time was coersed into taking 2 medications ,ZYPREXA and LITHIUM. these medications sedated the symptoms ,but confuse me greatly.now,
4 months later i am still on medication and confused.i am just learning about kundalini and am in need to communicate with others who KNOW..

v: affirmative. was raised in parochial schools, where it was legal to be violent & abusive. people are people, but those outfits made any

I think we need a new topic that shows our non-shadow side...is there a word
for that? a topic that has us uniting toward something not separating...and so I chose fav charities:
Mine are anything to do with eyes and eysight,
Seva Foundation for instance, guide dogs for the blind, tapes for the blind, etc.
(I think because without reading I'd be dead, miserable or a savage. Also, I just love visual beauty,,,paintings, nature, faces, etc.)
I also favor feed-the-children type charities
...especially in underdeveloped countries (the visual impact of starving brown children lingers in my retinas I think)
Teach Tolerance has gotten money from me more than once... and freedom for women campaigns - pro-choice, etc.
as well as right-to-die causes.
I'd say these last two are from some self interest.
So, where does the average kundalini person (is that an oxymoron? how long will it be one?)
put their charitible contributions?
