Thanks! I remember clearly what it was like to fly as a child--it felt
real and natural. I recently questioned my mother (age 79) as to whether
she had ever had an OBE--and she had and she also told me that my father
had experienced an NDE! Amazing what you find out from someone you've known
all your life!
I previously thought I was already pretty far down on the scale of getting
to what I "are"...but, golly gee, was I in for a surprise!!
A couple of weeks ago I had this incest dream with my father. And on
waking, I was not the least bit disturbed about it; in fact, it felt
perfectly fine and wonderful. And then as I was lying there half-awake I
calculated just about how far back from my birthday I would have been
conceived. You got it--it was about the same time of year that I had this
dream! (Sometime I'm going to see just how precise the dream was--my
mother will know how many days she carried me--what she doesn't remember is
written down somewhere!) The feeling I had was that of being present at my
own conception! It was delightful! Bizarre and fascinating!
What I'm saying is I feel like my boundaries are expanding beyond anything
I've ever imagined. But, I'd like to move into it on tiptoes.... (I'm a
Taurus...accustomed to standing my ground...tho not necessarily for good
reason--just because the grass was once green there maybe!)

Hello!
I found this list and would like to introduce myself. I am new to the
term "kundalini", but I wonder if I have experienced this before.
About a month ago, I attended a healing workshop. Simply put, a lot of
energy was moved. I do recall a shot of energy coming up through me and
out of the top of my head, though it didn't really feel like it came
from the base of my spine. Other stuff happened that weekend. Since
then, I have spent a lot of time in another place, like a parallel
universe. Emotions are much richer, "coincidences" are more intense, my
close relations have become more powerful.
I've been wanting to take a yoga class. I know little about yoga. A
friend suggested I would be more interested in kundalini yoga than hatha
yoga. I started reading a book about the kundalini process. I still
don't know the difference between kundalini and hatha yoga. The book is
very interesting, "Energies of Transformation: A Guide to the Kundalini
Process" by Bonnie Greenwell.
I don't know if I am experiencing kundalini, but nevertheless I am very
curious about it. I hope to learn and share in this mail list.

Here is a concept thatI am wrestling with DHARMA. I understand it to be
the duty or task that one has agreed to perform in incarnating. I
sometimes wonder if there is a conflict between dharma and realization,
since I find that my involvement in my "mission" sometimes makes me forget
about the highest state of detachment.. but truly there is a state where
both are merged...and there is no separation of the two.

I too have had the same awareness of the moment of my conception. It is
probably the one thing that allows the soul essence to attach to the body
in my opinion... the initial spark of love between the parents. I had this
experience in meditation after K. awakening as I have many experiences of
this nature. But this one was a very loving realization of the real love
that my parents shared...most comforting.

An idea that has intrigued me, is has anyone combined real-time
visual fractals with the corresponding sound fractal to create
a potentially transporting mind effect?

I'm regressing it feels like, but no where near that pure as to a foetus, baby
or child. Part of my problem is how to bring back down the energy once it
starts going... It opened this week during a noon-ish Reiki session, but
kept on
flowing all afternoon while I 'tried' to work. While in my Reiki session, a
vision came to my awareness of a luminescent body (me???) (neat looking white,
firey blue and golden hues) with this light just pouring from it and
surrounding
it and almost like being suspended on a shimmering thread... As the energy
moved up my spine and radiated more, flowing, this image sorta danced and
swirled... very joyous blissful
sensations, while also being surprized at what was coming to my minds eye...
wondering to myself "am I having a vision???" I'm not used to such things, at
least that I'm consiously aware of, so part of me is always amused, and
curious,
and a little terrified at what new things seem to come into my being as this
energy works through me. The following day I was exausted... totally
spent...
which seems to be my pattern for how I'm experiencing the energy as she
uncoils... There's this part of me that sorta wishes I had a switch where I
could say to it, thank you for the offer, but the dance will have to wait
until
'x' time... sorta like a sleeper switch on a clock radio... Somehow it seems
spirit doesn't quite work that way, or the skill of bringing it up and back
down
again is an ability I have yet to learn. Right now, it's on "her" terms...
This list is providing such wonderful support and insight as different people
share their vast range of experiences.
You said to be careful how you manifest this energy in public... Please
expound upon that.
So far it hasn't seem to cause any bizarre behaviour on my part... I am going
from broad ranges of energy though... from almost floating to feeling like a
lump of clay.

OOOh, yes! The Egg of light on a thread is the image I use to ground..
Gold, blue and white light, sometimes only violet and white.
It will rise upon request, eventually, and smooth out.. mine has.. a day
without K. is rare, and it doesn't exhaust me the way it used to, usually.
Somedays it is dancing and I'm not paying much attention.. it does get more
controllable, but as it does, one tends to want to control it less..
I have found it easier to presume Goddess K. has prefect timing, and to
presume She will handle the details of getting the rest of the world to
adapt to Her schedule. If you relax about it, it is amazing how often She
does.. the glow you give off making folks want to please you, perhaps..

Not to be unkind or bossy, I felt a nice vibe from the posts even tho I
could read but a few stray latin derivitaves..BUT:
Posts that are of use to so few members are better sent directly to those
members who can read them. He can make a nicknames list of everyone off
K.list who responded, who can read portugese.
I forwarded a post recently, I think it was in Dutch? I have no problem
with the odd non-english post, let the folks find each other and correspond
off list, or set up another list for their language... but bandwidth being
a consideration for most folks, in time if not expense, having a
multilingual list is impractical. You didn't see the members complaints, as
they were sent directly to me, and I acted on them.
You are the first to object. Are you willing to provide a translation of
his posts for the list?
If you are, please also adopt "Sergio Lucio Maria"
<sergiomariaATnospamcidadanet.org.br>, who is leaving the list for the same
reason. (his own decision)
Beyond the problem of language, Otavio was sending each post repeatedly,
and they were not short. He was also spamming them widely.. each post was
preceeded by several K. of addresses, including many lists.
Something sent so widely is considered spam, no matter what the subject.
I kicked him off this list, and he was kicked off Lightwork-l, too. At
least his posts were on- topic there. As List Mistress Lorrie pointed out,
some folks pay for their email by the message, and it is not fair to send
them posts that they cannot use.. why spam is so frowned upon.. the person
recieving the unwanted email pays the bill for it.
UFO/Ascension is very big in South America.. all those lightship
flyovers.. I find the paradyme interesting, resonate with some of it,..
However, two major Merkana type Ashtar Command dudes have been basically
chased away by the members, in the time I have been on the list, on the
grounds that they are off-topic.
There are several other lists set up for those topics, probably even some
in portugese.. and the K. list is busy enough with it's own stuff. So goes
the reasoning of the K-lynch mob, and I find it valid.
It is possible they are a vocal minority, but few spoke to differ.
Like my Granddaddy used to say, "if something is supposed to be good for
everything, it probably is good-for-nothing". He was referring to snake oil
medicines for racehorses, but it has always made me think of those swiss
army knives with every gadget, that are too big and heavy to carry in your
pocket. Or 70' motorhomes that cannot be parked anywhere.. Robin Williams
doing 70's K-tel commercials as standup material.. it slices, dices, and
juliennes, whatever the hell those are.. it shears sheep and walks the dog..
