Lately my most obvious K. symptom is my typing and spelling gone to
shit...
> I just rewrote this for lightwork list, but spirit is bugging me to post
it again here. Lotsa new members lately.
It is an excercise to become grounded, well connected to source. It's a
pretty simple visualization, when I use it with people I enhance thier
energy flow with the power of my own K., and sometimes the result is
awakening.
> I also use the same grounding technique for myself when I set out to do
healing, or any kind of magic. I suggest if you are in a hurry at the
moment, that you set this post aside for when you have some quiet time to
focus on learning the visualization.
I've seen some people in my life totally transform their lives, from the
springboard of this one little visualization, repeated faithfully.
Following guidance.
It is ancient and powerful.
<:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::>
Kundalini Awakening through the heart chakra is extrememly gentle.
However...
WARNING: If you don't know anything about the process of Kundalini
awakening, don't do that part of the visualization unless the message from
higher self that it is time to wake the Serpents comes in VERY clear.
Kundalini might be more intensity than you are ready for, don't force it.
It can turn your reality right upside down in ways you cannot begin to
imagine. No kidding!!
It is safe to use the rest of the visualization anytime. A suggestion for
making the grounded state permanent is to carry a stopwatch that is set to
go off 8x a day for 45 days, doing the visualization each time it goes off.
(thankyou, Morgana)
Grounded is our natural state of being. As we grow up and our parents try
to civilize us, we internalize the idea that we are not perfect not
deserving of unconditional love, and we choke off the source of life energy
that is meant to support us. We get bad energy habits from our parents that
need to be changed with persistence and attention for our spiritual
wellbeing.
*****************
Sit comfortably, crosslegged or in a chair in a balanced position, hands
apart, feet flat on the floor. Take a few deep breaths and settle yourself,
then imagine...:
A sunbeam or laser light coming from somewhere
way up above is visualized/felt
warming the top of your head,
then the top of your head becomes a flower bud
(1000 petaled lotus) that opens
in respose to the warmth
and draws the sunlight down it's stem,
into the third eye and throat,
to fill a resivoir space in the torso,
from belly to collarbone.
When the space is filled,
a stream of light leaks from
the bottom of the resivior,
down through the feet,
down down down laser drilling down
all the way down to the very centre of the earth.
Gaia's fiery crystalline heart, her Kundalini.
When the beam hits the centre,
it sparks an explosive volcano of energy
that comes roaring back up again like old faithful,
a geyser of light that goes back up into your feet,
exploding the centre resivior of light into even greater radiance,
continuing up and shooting out the top of your head like an
umbrella-fountain, sundrops rolling down to describe the oval that is the
aura's perimeter,
raining down until the oval is sealed completely,..
or use a science fiction teleporter force field special effect,
describing an oval shell of light that encloses your whole being,
from above your head to 3' below your feet,
making it complete and sealed against all harm.
Some of the earth energy moving through you is sent in a thin beam back up
to higher self, but the centre increases in brilliance to fill the aura
completely. When I feel and see that the energy is complete, flowing both
ways and charging the aura to whatever seems to be thier maximum brilliance,
I snap my fingers with the suggestion that the circiut has been
'locked in',
and will remain in place without conscous attention.
You are now an egg of light on an eternal thread of light, a laser with
light going both directions up and down.
|
ATnospam
|
Your unconscous will now maintain the energy flow, while I
guide your observations.
We observe the complete absence of negative or fearful thoughts in this
state.
the relaxation and sense of well being.
the tingling of the soles of the feet and fingertips
(very easy quick way to check if you are grounded...tingly feet!)
the sensation of lightness of being
we try to find an emotion that describes the feeling of the energy,
and discover the only word that fits is love.
absolute, unconditional love and acceptance.
(The shock of this discovery sometimes completely un-grounds very insecure
people, and you have to ease them past their feelings of being unworthy,
and start over again. Very worth doing.)
I bring your/their attention back to thier center,
to focus on a ball of light in the chest
between the nipples, the Heart Chakra.
The heart chakra has a voice!
It can be imaged as white, green or pink light.
Make the image clear, then...
ask the light in your center if it loves you,
unconditionally,
and
if you are actually perfect already,
in each moment,
and listen carefully for an answer.
They sometimes look at me funny but they ask anyway, and the answer
always fills them with joy and awe. It is very beautiful. The answer is
usually heard and felt. I have them ask it a few more questions, to build
thier trust and faith in their inner voice, that it has always and always
will be there for them, and to ask it for insight into some minor
difficulty they have been having.
I ask them to choose a small problem to start, because I want them to
experience success, and it takes practice to stay grounded when
contemplating big emotional issues.
I ask them to ask thier heart chakra what they should call it, and it
gives a name that varies only slightly with the individual, that I will not
reveal here.
Sometimes I get them to ask it what I am, and the answers for that one
are quite variable. Pass 'em on to me if you do ask, OK?
Then I teach them how to do the visualization in one breath, twenty times
a day.
I teach a gesture to give the body a physical message to ground itself.
Start with a deep breath or two. Bend from the waist and breathe to
increase awareness of breath going into abdomen and lower ribs if you are
having a hard time relaxing enough to get a deep, full breath.
Stand tall with arms raised straight up pointing at the sky. As you
imagine the lightbeam coming down, breathe out and bring your straight arms
down in front of you until they are pointing at the ground, laserbeams
going into the center of the earth.
Bring your arms up forward again to the first position, while breathing
in, and imagine sucking up energy from the planet, but continue swinging
them around in a circle then back up again, then back ariund the other way
and up. This describes and fills the aura perimeter, cuiculates the energy.
Pause, then bend your elbows and bring your open hands down to cross
gently over your heart chakra, in a blessing.
Feel your feet tingle.
...And anything else my intuition tells me they need to learn.
I was teaching someone to ground in my office one day, and I did a quick
mini version of the gesture and his eyes widened coz the whole house seemed
to jump.
I found out after that at the same time my slave in the living room had a
grey alien appear in front of him to give me a message. Two aliens,
actually.. I had been wondering about the gender of the alien in the mirror.
It said "I am a male." Then a female alien showed up for comparison.
Then they both vanished again. Go figure... my slave had seen the alien
when he looked at me enough times to recognize the face when it showed up
in midair.
The grounding excercise keeps you in a nonjudgemental state, and in touch
with your guidance, and continues, with every repetition to clear blockages
and strengthen the energy body.
I don't usually give any focus to the light clearing out negative energy,
because then I am focusing on judgement and negativity, which I find
incompatable with this state.
The light clears dark without my needing to ask for it to be so.
*********
What is done differently for K. awakening:
When you are very well grounded and your Heart energy is speaking to you
clearly, ask if it is appropriate for you at this time for the door to be
opened, the serpents to wake, for you to be Kundalini Awakened. Christians
may refer to it as the descent of the Holy Spirit.
If it tells you not yet, thank it for the information and stop here, try
again another day, or just leave it to happen when it happens, at the
discretion of your Higher self.
If you get permission, agreement, then ask yer heart chakra to open yer
K., awaken the serpents. Focus on a fiery ball of red-gold light resting
in the cradle of your hips, at the tailbone's point.
Coded into this post is enough (unlimited) of my contagious K. to assist
your process, if doing so is in your highest good. I have assisted K.
awakenings over the net before with my energy. Think of me, sending you
love and K. energy, it will help!
When the energy starts moving, imagine it moving up your spine and out
the top of your head. Focus on love. Take your time.... if it gets stuck
use a white light laser to burn the blockage away with unconditional love
and acceptance.
Get confirmation from your heart chakra that your K. has indeed been
awakened, give thanks. Have a nap to let your unconscious make use of the
energy wthout ego's opinions in the way.
Get support as the process continues, you are in for quite a ride as all
of your lifetimes' Karma gets cleared....
I would welcome comments on this technique.
Blessings, Angelique.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
When doing healing, it is helpful to know that the energy body is
polarized like a magnet or a battery. Top/right side is positive, bottom/
left side is positive. Energy tends to go up the spine like blue fire and
down the front like cool rain.
The energy travels from the right hand to the left, through centre to
recharge and back. Send your energy through them at opposite polarities, as
magnets must be opposite poles to attract. Hold hands facing, or put your
right hand lower and your left hand higher on/above thier body. Suck
negative energy out with left hand and send it through into the earth to be
transformed, replace it with positive energy from the right hand and higher
self.
I have done this to people from a distance, even, to end an argument. But
it makes me technically a vampire, even tho the energy I stole was
negative, and I replaced it with positive. I had been sitting near two
people at a party who got into an argument. I got tired of hearing them and
having that vibe around me, so I sucked the negative energy off with my
left hand, slightly turned towards them behind thier back, and they both
got quiet and kind of crumpled, where they sat. Then I subtly pointed my
right palm at them and gave them both a good zap, and imagined their energy
grounded. They both perked up, ended thier argument and one went off
elsewhere.
If you don't want to be a vampire, simply imagine that the space between
your hands is like the filament of a light bulb, the part of your
electrical circiut that gives off healing light energy. Place your hands
according to the reverse polarity on either side of the injury, and imagine
the filament is inside them, and the injury is gathering golden/white light
and beginning to glow. Then use your imagination to lock the glow in place,
so that it is being fed from their own energy source.
Blessings, Angelique.
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&
One more thought... I have encountered some folks who have a sarcastic
heart chakra, some folks inner voice of love is harsh! These people are
usually submissive maschochists, who LIKE to be spoken to that way...
I remember a woman who deeply craved verbal abuse and humiliation, it was
her love language. When I got her to ask her heart chakra if she was
already perfect, it said
"Of course. Stupid question. Don't ask it again."
It made her smile...!!
I was shocked and surprised, I wondered for a second if she was really
grounded, or if mind, not heart was speaking.... nope. She was grounded
perfectly and it was the voice of love speaking.
Then I understood that this was a woman who was truly incapable of
accepting a normal compliment, would not have heard or believed a
"sweetness and light" answer in a million years, but she had recieved an
answer that was exactly perfect for her, that would ring in her mind with a
rush of pleasure every time she thought to wonder about her perfection.
Buried in that answer was a message that she was divinely perfect and
should never doubt it, that she was more intelligent than her current
behavior, and that she is smart enough not to need things repeated. The
answer would never change, no matter what her behavior, and so need not be
asked again. Whew!! Perfect answer!
Did an Awakening last week with a submissive fella who had an extremely
sarcastic heart chakra.
It made him laugh, but he wondered about it.
I reminded him that his beloved (not me) is the most sarcastic harsh
bitch Dominatrix that I know, so he must really like that mode of
communication best, or he would not love her... he credits her with
lifesaving when his partner and owner dumped him suddenly, and he was
doubting the value of continued life.

Subject: A few questions about Kundalini....
Message-ID: <01BC6A8E.E2606640ATnospamearn.rcuk.cca.rockwell.com>
Hi All! My name is Matthew King. I am new to the list and have only known about Kundalini for about six months, and it is not awakened in me although I once had a near miss which is why I am posting these questions. A few months ago I was trying to meditate and I managed to clear my mind. Then I felt a feeling of total oneness with the universe for a split second. It only lasted this long because my mind went whoa, and brought me back into a "normal" state of consciousness. It was a wonderful feeling and one I hope to repeat, one day. Up until recently I didn't realise that any negative symptoms could be felt as a result of awakening Kundalini. I have since educated myself regarding some of the symptoms. My main question is how much (on average as each person is no doubt different) does awakening Kundalini affect your everyday ability to function? I don't think I have the time to deal with the effects right now and so do not wish to pursue it, but you never know it might find me. I know that in order to not shut down the Kundalini, you have to "give yourself to it", and "let yourself go". In what way do you let yourself go?? How does this affect you ability to go to work etc? I have read a monograph by James B. Mann, who explains that if you shut down the Kundalini, you will experience a "spiritual fall" as he puts it. He says that on average the "fall" will last about as long as you have had the Kundalini awakened. He explains that when you awaken the Kundalini, all the suppressed material in your subconsciousness comes to light, and If you do not deal with it by letting go of the material, you will shut down the Kundalini. Once you have done this, you then may suffer from anxiety attacks, "a feeling of mental anguish" etc. as you have awakened all the suppressed material in one go and have not dealt with it. Is it true to say that someone with a high level of integration of their subconsciousness and few suppressed experiences, will have an easier time of it both when awakening Kundalini and if they shut it down compared to someone with a lot of suppressed negative experiences? I am a very happy person, from when I wake up to when I go to bed, however I am sure that I have some suppressed negative experiences and so I think I will need some free time to deal with them, which is why I think I will have to wait. Is it a better idea to try to integrate some of your suppressed experiences by methods such as Transpersonal Psychology, before making any further attempt to awaken K? Is it right that If you awaken K and then manage to successfully integrate all your negative experiences, you are safe to shut down K without suffering the anxiety etc. I am sorry if some of the above conclusions regarding K are incorrect, they are how I currently understand them. If any of the above is incorrect or incomplete, please enlighten me :). I would appreciate any comments, or answers regarding the above.
Thank in advance....
Matt King

Hi,
I am one of the lurkers on the mailing list with occassional "here I am" mails.
I was initiated into meditation by a friend who had had his "Shaktipath

He told me that once the Kundalini is arisen in a person, he/she will neven be

Hello all,
My understanding of the Inner Smile is based on meditations
others have shared with me (which I have not practiced)
My understanding is that it helps to recharge the glands
and organs by consciously focusing on sending energy through.
I have 2 versions and am sending copies to Dmitry.
If others are interested in a copy,
feel free to write to me off-list.

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to write. This is not a normal forum. We
have a choice. When something is said that we do not understand or agree
with it may appear unkind. What is the correct way to respond?
Defensively, aggressively or maybe questioningly?
Everybody has theories on what is going on but no one has asked why?
OK - a story.
Once upon a time a famous swordsmen in Japan went to visit a Zen sage.
"Is there really such a thing as Heaven and Hell?" asked the swordsmen
to the seated Master.
The sage glanced at him disdainfully. "Who are you?"
"I am a famous swordsmen" said the swordsmen.
"Hah!" said the Zen master laughing, "You look like a butcher, that
ridiculous sword could not cut anyone . . ." The Zen Master continued to
throw insults.
The swordsmen became outraged, "I'll show you who is ridiculous" he said
drawing his sword. As the swordsmen prepared to strike the Zen Master
looked at him calmly and said
"Here open the Gates of Hell" Completely stunned and aware that not a
trace of fear was in the Master the sword was immediately sheathed and
his anger dissipated.
"Here open the Gates of Heaven" said the Zen Master.
So even though I am not a Zen master, when people talk about their
spiritual experiences and behave like butchers - have they taken the
first step?
Put your swords away my Friends but keep them at the ready. When the
time comes we will have to shave off various attachments . . .
We have all learnt different things from this encounter. Much good is
coming from it.
Most Kind Regards
Lobster

You and Spirit are not synonymous. You are not being attacked.
Defend away, there is nothing to protect but your own sense of hurt.

Your hurt is my hurt
Your heart my heart
But you are Loved in a way beyond your expectations
Beyond your capacity to bare
You are Loved Gentle Soul
when you are broken
when you are strong
when you are weak
but most of all when you
are no longer . . .
LOVE AND PEACE GENTLE SOUL
Most Kind Regards
Lobster
