Dear Gloria,
I don't understand what all the fuss is about.
I agree with you... you cannot have the light without the dark. One
defines the other. It's both sides of duality which is this world that we
live in. You cannot have God:in it's many names.. without the devil:in
it's many forms... which is even hard for
me to swallow because I try and see the good in all that I meet and see.
But some times the deep negativity just stares in your face and then takes
on some form. I've seen it in myself and in others, but have never had a
problems releasing these things... I usually qualify the releasing with go
back to your origin or ask the angels to take it away and use their
judgement as to where it needs to go.
I think some may go a little overboard on demonology though. I have
friends who everytime something negative happens they blame it on demons.
They are mainly heavily Christian based in their views though.
I also think that we cannot and will not ever understand all there is to
know about the heavenly heirarchy until we ultimately return there. All we
can do is stay close to spirit and learn as we are taught. That is why I
really appreciate posts on others experiences. We can talk about theiries
etc. but it is in experience that the real teaching is made.... healings,
channelings, realizations during meditations, dreams etc.
You cannot deal with K awakening without developing some sort of spiritual
beliefs to help define it and deal with it.
If not before .. then after..
I mean if your k energy is active then .. Wow! you're automatically put on
a spiritual fast track. There's no looking back:)

And I have no qualms with the sweet Mystress Angelique Serpent. She
watches over this list like a nurturing mother. I have seen lists go down
the tubes that were completely unmonitored for their are some who find any
free spirited talk of enlightenment as totally threatening. If being
'mildly' called to the carpet for an occasional transgression is the price
that must be paid to preserve such a wonderful forum, than so be it.

In Carlos Castenada's work, the area between the shoulder blades
is a point where the assemblage point can be moved.
When I say assemblage point, I mean your attention point.

I removed you already, didn't I? Just too efficient sometimes I guess.
There is no message board, but there is a digest and list archives.
With the digest, you get the mail in 32k packets as it accumulates. 1 or
3 fat posts per day, instead of 15 to 50.
With the archives, you can retrieve stored digests at your own speed.
The Archives from Dec/96 are stored with Reference.com, the address is in
my sig. I believe we are on digest #222 right now.
I have not spent much time there, but I believe the archives are searchable.
Also in my sig are instructions to subscribe to the digest.
A newsletter is an interesting idea tho... the availability of a
newsletter that is only the juciest and most useful list bits might be a
way to help out those members who are forced off list by volume, but need
the info to deal with thier process.
Snipping the digest and reposting it to a smaller group might be a good
option, or posting a weeks best mail on a website every week might be a
good idea, too.

SAMSCARAS
The Central Channel of the Etheric Body is known as the "Sushumna Nadi. On
Either side of this central channel from, which all energy centers known as
chakras eminate from, are 2 other channels that intertwine around the
sushumna nadi. They are known as the ida and pingala. They are white and
red...often seen by seekers in the sahasrara chakras or crown chakras as
little feet...or padukas...
In this central channel...the sushumna nadi....are what is know as all the
seeds of our karmas from all our life times....these "seeds" are known as
samscaras. The samscaras are little seeds waiting to sprout so we can
experience accumulated karma while living in the physical form.(this is the
learning experience called life)
When our Kundalini Shakti or Kundalini Energy is activated in the
mudalahara or base chakras ...it moves up through the sushumna nadi. The
energy of the Kundalini activates an accelerated force that "burns" or
roasts the seeds of some of our karmas in a dynamic way. The way this often
happens is that "Likes" are attracted to "Likes"...in other words...people
with the same types of "samscaras" are drawn together. The energy of the
"like or same" type samscaras (or seeds of karma)...helps to burn the karma
or clear the karma from the sushumna nadi therefore purifying the spiritual
aspirant. This is turn clears all the subtle nadis in the physical body as
well as the larger energy centers known as chakras. This can manifest as
"kriyas" which are spiritual, physical, mental, or emotional purifications
of the samscara. Often in kundalini awakening we will see interesting and
unusual (as alot on this list can attest to) manifestation of our karma
becoming purified.
That is why its thought to have a strong spiritual master with the
grace/lineage/mission to guide one thru the spiritual path of awakened
kundalini conciousness. These purifications can be very confusing and
mysterious to those that do not have guidance.
Shaktipat...is the spiritual energy that awakens the spiritual aspirant. To
activate and accelerate the kundalini of persons ...without the proper
background is a mistake and one that could harm others unwittingly.
Therefore it is important for spiritual seekers to be discriminating in
thier choice of a kundalini master.
I can contribute to
this project in a unique way (nobody else has mentioned this yet..)
Anyhow, I have a brief concept here for it: pages with graphics
and guided meditations for moving energy, aligning chakras, and awakening
kundalini. One such page might have a series of seven images, which are
designed to work on each chakra in turn. And finally, one symbol which we
all choose, which we all empower with our energies, to awaken kundalini.
Also included will be various exercises contributed by anyone here who
wishes to. Even if this doesn't awaken K, it will sure be an interesting
experiment with spirtuality on the web. Please let me know if anybody can
help with this.
I would advise the person who wrote the above question who suggested in his
letter that he had ability to activate and awaken kundalini thru the
chakras.....really examine his motivations and background...If you had to
ask how karmic purification occurs....then....you are not ready to align
chakras, or awaken kundalini. This would be irresponsible. Be careful.

Living in the heart is what this world needs more then anything else,
just the people on this list would change the world. It is something
that clearly manifests change because one does nothing but accept and
flow with lfe as it comes down. A dear friend of mine ho I've worked
with for many years has recently been lifted into the high energy stream
of Divine Will, she says, its like starting all over again because it
is so very different, and yes you do know that it is home and where you
