Gloria Greco shares to the list:
Its time for me to come forward with an explanation as to what has just occurred. I will admit I came through the back door with this teaching
but it is the only way to set the example of the extreme difference in frequencies of light and dark.
First, when the list started and Richard asked me to participate he said
it was all about spiritual growth and understanding kundalini, I said sure. If it is about "true growth" then I will participate.
In the beginning I came on many times with posts on Divine Will and
detachment which many reacted to because of bringing in God and 'thy will and not my will.' Each of you know me for these postings is that
not right? SOMETIMES YOU LIKED IT OTHER TIMES YOU DIDN;T.
The ability to move with divine will comes through no thought, just moving with the high frequency of the Holy Spirit. When you do this, and
you can only do it through the heart center and love, everything just is, NO RIGHT OR WRONG. On this level it doesn't matter what is coming
down because there is only the flow and there is no connecton to the five senses because you live in the pure stream of divine will. YOU
DON'T TAKE CREDIT OR BLAME IN THIS MOVEMENT, BECAUSE IT IS JUST WHAT SPIRIT IS SETTING UP.
We went through some months of this conversation. And then I brought up
something about there being light and dark forces,( remember the astral influences can only occur in the lower dimensions near the earth plane
since this is maya or illusion.) In the higher planes darkness doesn't exist, it is a tool of the light really to create consciousness.
There were some pretty harsh reactions to this, this is fine and
actually good. There were some thoughts about how I returned the mail...I had several posts then from people asking me why I don't just
use the quotes and was I retarded or just illiterate. (That was good, really touched me) The reactions went on from Mystress about me in a
personal context, which is also good. A necessary part of the experience. She made a point to say that everyone could recognize an
occassional contribution I made... BUT 'was I hear to drive everyone nuts'!!!My words...
GREAT? WHY? Because in this we moved away from the purely intellectual
jargon, which sounds very good but doesn't do anything real because people are comfortable moving from what they think, believe, or some
idea of what is happening. This is where most communication sits AND THERE IS NO POWER IN IT, A PAST TIME...NOTHING WILL CHANGE IN IT.THE
FORCES JUST SIT AND COEXIST IN THE GAME.
To get through the illusion you have to blast through... which takes you to the core energy which is what we demonstrated here, negative and
positive energies that clash, when this happens and people detach and neutralize thought forms, the real experience & training takes
place.THIS IS WHEN IT GETS REAL, EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PAST TIME. Provided you use the spiritual principals here you receive the
awareness. THIS IS DETACH, OBSERVE AND LET GO WHICH IS WHAT WILL TAKE YOU FROM THE SOAR PLEXUS TO THE HEART CENTER. NOTHING ELSE
WILL...BELIEVE ME. DETACH AND LET GO
When the illusion is shown... you move with what is real. In other words I pushed this group from the comfort zone and stretched the
vibration, sometimes playing the light and other times the dark part of the play.
Why? Because we live in a world of light and dark. The world does not
conform to thoughts or rules, because it is forever playing from positive to negative energies .. THIS IS MAYA THE GAME. LOOK AROUND YOU.
IF YOU ARE TO GO INTO THE LIGHT, YOU DROP THE SELF...LET GO OF WHAT YOU THINK, WANT, DESIRE, ETC.
Some of you get caught up in negative energies and enjoy it using the
gross senses.(This is a stage) Is there anything here that is going to raise you to enlightenment?
On the other side, just being positive is THE SAME illusion, EVEN GOING
TO CHURCH DOING WHAT IS PERCEIVED AS GOOD that means conforming to thoughts, ideas, etc. Simply acting from thought is as much of the
illusion, " GLORIA, CAN'T YOU CONFORM TO THE RULES..?." It is only when there is no thought, and 'thy will and not my will' which takes you to
divine will...that everything is purified and the illusion evaporates. It may not make you popular or well liked, but it is the only true place
to be.
Then you observe it without judgement and flow with it...you have stepped firmly onto the direct pathway home. As long as you think that
you can make things conform to YOUR WILL...you MUST FIGHT THE FORCES every step of the way.
Those of you who are TRULY WORKING TO KNOW GOD.. sleep on this message,
ask within if there is anything of value that can be important to you, if there isn't anything throw it out, but IF you can intuit what I have
shared, you will have a great gift.
Stand back as the observer, watch your thoughts and emotions. Remember
your five senses are the trap, it is only when YOU get beyond these lower senses that you can receive directly from love and understanding
and from Christ, Krishna, Gaurdian Angel...go with it see what happens.
NOTE: I DON'T KNOW THAT I WILL STAY ON THE LIST, IT VERY WELL MAYBE THAT WHAT
I BRING IN DOESN'T FIT WITH THE INTENTIONS THAT MYSTRESS HAS FOR THE LIST. I'M SURE TO ROCK THE BOAT, I WILL DO WHAT COMES TO ME AS WE MOVE
TOGETER THROUGH THIS.
REGARDLESS, I DO LOVE EACH OF YOU AND KNOW THAT OUR PATHS MET FOR A REASON. GLORIA SO DEAR FRIENDS... GO WITH GOD

Well, not to be rude or anything, but... that's rubbish. Prozac has helped a lot of people. Nothing can work for everyone, and it is bound to
have some negative effects on some people. Screw the book, ask some psychiatrists.
I took it for a time, didn't do much. Wellbutrin helped, Zoloft helped
more, but I eventually stopped taking anything. By the time I was taking Zoloft I was already beginning to climb out of it. (had a rather fun
meeting with this guy, asked a ton of questions about me to figure out what should be prescribed... ended up with Zoloft and it actually helped).
Three and one half years is a long time to feel nothing but despair.
Perhaps that is what destroyed any remaining belief in a loving God that intervenes on your behalf. How can I have faith in something that never
gave me a moment of relief, no matter what I said, did, or felt? Well, to be fair, what I felt never changed.
No God... so all must come from within, or not at all. Lonely path, I
guess.
Bah, didn't mean to stray off the subject; however, the deed is done, and I refuse to undo it... no more bloody attachments! :-)

I´m sitting at my keyboard shedding tears of gratitude, thanking my lucky
stars that I found this list where the inmates are running the asylum. Unfortunately, gratitude is not a transitive verb. So will each of you who
responded to my first posting and helped me with your words, please take a moment to feel appreciation toward yourself?
To Aaron, Dor, Mo, Tom, David, Spiral, Gloria, Stefan, and the anonymous
"nannuATnospam," your words of welcome and assurances brought me much needed feelings of normalcy. Aaron, I tried a little of the chanting you
recommended, but thought I had better stop when my body started flying apart. I think I will heed Lobster´s advice and table any psychic gymnastics until
I get somewhat more stable, except when I´m zoned out and walking into walls or letting the sink overflow or the saucepan burn, I´ll try sitting down for
a bit and seeing what happens. And, Lobster, I was so glad to hear that this state isn´t permanent. Hardship and pain are so easy to endure; you just
have to give your strength. But this hypersensitivity to beauty and compassion is wrenching my soul; it´s like the universe it assaulting me
with a barrage of magnificence faster than I can suck it in. It´s hard to be the recipient. And since the kundalini began, the Artist and Musician inside
me have gone on vacation to make more room for the Observer who wants to hog all the airtime in my conscience. I miss them and trust they´ll be back when
my cosmic receptors calm down.
To clarify what I maybe didn´t express well originally about my doomsday visions, the greatest gift I could wish for anybody is to have your brain
convince you that the world is coming to an end and that it´s natural and acceptable, and then to have it tell you later, "Oh, by the way, that was
just a metaphor!" From then on, each moment is an exquisite reprieve. The great thing about surviving "the dark night of the soul" is that daybreak is
so dazzling. I´m still rubbing my eyes.
Down the road, I´m going to try to lure you with some heavy duty bait. I hope some of the same questions that keep tracking me down like a heat
seeking missile are bugging some of you as well. Together, I´ll bet we could gain some progressive insights.
Always at your service,
Peggy

Gloria,
You do have a lot to offer, and you should remain on the list. Your contibution does have value, as there are some, who connect with what you
have to say on any given topic. We all have our ups and downs, and from time to time, disagreements have been known to occur. Sometimes they are
funny and we all have a laugh, humor and laughter also has it's place here. This should not deter you from posting, as you may have the exact
information one seeks to solve their problem, or... you may explain it in terms that they will understand... while others offer a different approach,
which may or may not be understood.
There are so many different ways to offer an explanation to a problem, and they may all boil down to the same solution. Should one say Holy Ghost, Holy
Spirit, Shaki, Shiva or whatever, we know what that person is saying. No matter what religion or non religion one practices, all should be
acknowledged and no judgement should be noted by anyone. After all, part of the K experience is to acknowledge one's belief system without being
judgemental.
Angelique has posted very informative material, we read it, and should me disagree, we simply throw it to the winds. If we disagree with your
postings, we throw it to the winds as well. Isn't this what shared information is about? Some may read either Angelique's postings or yours and
agree with both versions, and that is wonderful. If I say pah-taw-to and you say potato, it is still a vegetable.
This is my honest opinion, of which I am entitled. If someone should
disagree with me, that's o.k., I don't expect everyone to agree with me. Perhaps someone has more to say on the subject, if so, POST! As one
spiritual being to another, Goria, I love you too. love dor
P.S. Rocking the boat can be so much fun. P.S.S. Angelique, you are not forgotten, I love you as well.

It is not entirely in the words. Must believe everything you read between the lines. That's where the message hides. Between the lines of thought, between the senses. I spill words into a keyboard and assemble them into lines of text. And the white spaces appear between the lines. Look at those white spaces. Read them. I must re-read every book I have ever read.
Now is when my mind and the reason behind it worry too much about getting somewhere. Going nowhere is somewhere special and special is what is good, is what makes me skip down the street like a child in the moonlight.
The fist in my gut subsides as I receive it's message to wake up. The back pains are replaced by relaxation as if in the bath. The truth tears through the fabric of my experience like a butterfly in the deathmate struggle of the spider's web. Now is when the spider must sleep.
I turn my eyes inside out to let the inner light transmit to the optic nerve of the world. In this way, everything I do and say and type becomes a manifestation of light. Deep within there is a vast reservoir of laughter and pain, all that is knowable, to transmit to your optic nerves. I have only to press send. Do I dare?
In love I do. In pain I dare.

Nothing Is, here are some very basic guidelines that I have found helpful
for remembering dreams:
1) Place a pen and notepad by your bed at night, and have a low intensity
lamp there to write by should you awaken in the middle of the night after a
dream. This little ritual is a conscious honoring of the dream process. It
signifies your intent to be receptive to the dream. This may sound hokey,
but your unconscious likes the attention! You can even ask to be given
a dream on a particular question or issue.
2) When you awaken in the morning remain still for a little while. Learn to
linger a little longer in that transitional state between sleeping and full
wakefulness. Dream experiences and our memories of them seem to be laid down in the subtle body(s). If we jump right out of bed and
start moving around, directing our consciousness to the day ahead, the
dream experience is abruptly ended and the memory quickly fades. There does
seem to be subtly "embodied" element to a dream. Ask yourself if you had a dream.
3) Even if you only remember fragments, write them down. This may jog
your memory enough so that more fragments start surfacing, and then the whole thing will return. The key here is to "hold" them in
conscious- ness.
4) Keep returning to the fragments and hold them in your consciousness
throughout your morning routine, or even throughout the day. I don't know
how many times a dream has returned to me in the shower or on the toilet.
5) Try not to be selective about which dreams you write down, thinking that
some are trivial and some are important. They all mean something.
6) Don't worry that you don't have it all neatly organized in linear, narrative
form before you start writing.
6) Some people have told me the B vitamins help with dream recall. I can't
say anything one way or the other about this from my own experience.
I don't think dream quantity or recall changed all that much for me after my
k rising. What did happen was that my dreams started to reflect much more clearly what was going on with me spiritually and energetically. For
example, I came to learn how my chakras and their functioning were imaged in dream
symbolism, as well as how the kundalini energy itself was being imaged. My dreams began to show me what was happening, and this brought much
reassurance and guidance.
As for lucid dreaming, I have enough problems with ego wanting to under- stand, manipulate, and control in my waking life. I haven't been very
interested so far in bringing that into my dream life. I consider dreams to be
spontaneous gifts from the Source to help me remember who I am. That's been enough so
far. Plenty.
I think I have had a couple of experiences of astral travel that I have recalled after
waking. These occurred after my k awakening, but were not willed by me in any way. It seemed that they occurred because I was called to do
something for the good of the communities I was involved in at the time.
Nothing Is, I think you are right when you say that sometimes reflecting on
the images, without rational or intellectual understanding, seems to help you
in some way. It's my belief that the images often have a healing function that
works without conscious ego understanding. I hope this is helpful to you in some
way.

This is something I've not shared before (ahhhh the relief of finding fellow spirits). Doubt my insurance agent would understand.
Also, how many, many times do I erupt in laughter that seems to start in my
toes and bubbles up and emerges at the most uncomfortable times (usually for others but also sometimes for me). I can just see my friends/associates
slowly swiveling their heads with that wide eyed looking over the tops of their glasses stare and comic book blurb over their heads saying "there she

I was just thinking what a wild ride it must be for my husband to share the same air with me. By the way, a few weeks ago I queried you all about my
electricity and it's possible effects on my husbands heart. He had difficulty getting back into rhythm following quadruple bypass. The last
cardio conversion (electric shock) two weeks ago did the job and he has been stable since. I sincerely thank each of you who sent supportive words and

Thanks, you just made me aware of another attachment of mine. I have
always been suspicious of terms like light, angels, dark forces, and so on. I still think such things can be described more accurately so that
the proper meaning is conveyed, but it's not important. Once again, a name is not a thing, a name is a name. :-)
Another one identified. I should probably write these down.

No one thing is going to work. You'll have to try a "broad spectrum"
approach. The foundation for good neural health is a good B-complex
vitamin that contains all the Bs including choline and inositol. It
must be time or sustained released, otherwise it will leave the system
quickly, as B-complex is water soluble 1-3 100mg. tablets a day. Divide
the doses if taking more than one. Alcohol, pot, cigarettes, and coffee
deplete B-complex!
Panax ginseng: must be standardized for ginsenosides. Most ginseng on the
market is useless! "Panax Ginseng Phytosome" by Enzymatic Therapy is the
best
value, high quality ginseng I've come across.
Gotu Kola works well with ginseng.
The amino acids L-tryrosine, L-phenylalanine, and yes L-glutamine.
These should be taken 1/2 hour before any protein meal or drink,(like milk)
and 2 hours after having eaten protein. Proteins compete with these
amino acids for transport to the brain. 1-2 grams of each. They are
safe. Cut back on the dose if they make him too jittery though that
usually doesn't happen for most people.
Acetyl L-carnitine and phosphatidylserine are great for general health,
brain function, and boosting dopamine levels safely. Phosphatidylserine
often comes mixed with ginkgo. Good combo! Unfortunately these are
expensive nutrients.
St. John's Wort can take up to 8 weeks for its effects to be noticed.
Did he
try it long enough?
Not to be obvious, but proper diet and exercise work wonders!
I wanted to respond earlier but have been very busy.
Good luck.
