Dear Bruno,
Thank you for sharing your experience and your feelings around it. I feel
honored for being trusted, and I admire your courage to share what you have gone through with so many people.
I had the same experience when I was your age, although extremely well
prepared through the practice of intense meditation. However, the force of the experience was absolutely overwhelming, and it has completely changed
my life. Believe me, I know what you are speaking about, and I know what you are going through. And believe me also: you do not have to worry. You
are a blessed man, and this experience is a divine gift, this I know.
It would be too much to share all of what I have compiled over the years after the rise of my kundalini. I would like instead to invite you to get
in touch with me, if you wish to do so. I am going back between California and Germany, staying for weeks in a row in either of the two countries. I

Ooooops Yourself, Mr. Merlinhat, unbelievably rude creature.
Seven messages to the list address to try to unsubscribe? At least you cut the original post, for which I am grateful, not like some folks.....
However I tried to unsub you the first time. when you asked yesterday... and again today.. and the computer told you already yesterday that you are
not on the list to be unsubscribed. Obviously you are getting list mail, however it must be arriving under
another address. Until we know which of 245 anonymous addresses on the list is yours, NO-ONE can unsubscribe you, and how many times you ask makes not
a speck of difference. Nor am I about to unsub members randomly to see which one you are....
However your 7 times request posted to the list address x 245 members adds up to a whopping 1715 emails that have been sent with only your
repeated requests to unsub. Maybe I'm cranky 'coz I just got up, but that seems excessive to me...
The solution is for you to take a look at the header of the incoming list
mail, and see what address it is being delivered to, and send me that address directly... not to the list...and I will be happy to unsub you
promptly.
For everyone, I will be going away for the weekend, don't fight, kids, and stay out of trouble while I'm gone.... and here is a list of addresses

Most people have a compression in the lower spine with a resulting contraction of the muscles and a shortening of the psoas muscles in
front, from sitting. The attachment point for these muscles is the solar plexus, same area in the back. You were feeling the energy triangle or
muscle group. K puts a lot of stress on the solar plexus/ third chakra, which is why (I have recently learned) low back pain is so common with
K. I experience the energy of Reiki very differently than that of K.
Reiki is more like a prana flow, very soft, Kundalini is the same energy (to me) in a far more concentrated form.
