What a beautiful day this morning has been! I woke up with a poem to Leonard Cohen,
went for a walk in the sunshine by the lake, and then came home to this lovely
message from Jan, whom I adore.
Whilst I have no 'k' experiences to report I do find the words written by the
correspondents of this group resonating in my being more often than not.
A brief history of the universe:
I began my twenties in the 60's with a spiritual search which curiously led me in
a circle. I began looking for the answers until the answer of course, found me: look within.
A spiritual experience in Mexico confirmed the tenuousness of physical reality.
'Going with the flow' saw me creating a business in order to realize that I could
really do such a thing - for thirty years yet - and be successful.
So now this ex-hippy is disengaging from economic competition and looking to resume a 'real' life of awe and wonder again, something many of you are expressing
very well. So while my vocabulary of experiences may differ from yours, the
similarity of feeling and the ultimate goal does not. I look forward to sharing
those feelings in the future.

Hi all

of pain. It's a wonderful feeling to *know* as no book-bound
psychologist can, that in all pains are the seeds of laughter and joy.
All experiences; 'good', 'bad', or 'indifferent'; all have the capacity
to bring people together in recognition of the ever widening concentric
circles of love. I've known this for a long time. It's so great to
FEEL it once again.
And Gloria, somewhere in all of this, I hear your voice reminding me to
tuck and roll and to dissociate.

HI Hon,
You have heard from me in spirit, yes. I've been off for a few days but
I'm back. What you go through comes in cycles, you just felt deeply
those emotions, it leaves and will come again but with less emotion and
pain. EAch time you spiral through this stuff you will have more
insight, awareness and acceptance. It is just the way it is. Tuck and
roll is the best term I know of how to handle illusion. Love to all.

HI Jan,
While sometimes you feel like your experience is so very different that
it is impossible to communicate, it does get communicated in spite of
the silence. It is shown in fruit. This is why the silence has to be
there. When there is silence but action, what you know inside comes out
in specific ways that only spirit can manifest and out of that comes
connections spiritually with others. Be patient, and know you are not
alone, that is the illusion.
I published a community newspaper for 12 years and in between the lines
were pearls, but it wasn't spoken directly but on occasion when the
opportunity was there. And yes, the community knows I'm different, but
they also know by the fruit that I am real, sincere, and there for what
is of truth. And, instead of people withdrawing away they have come
forward, some say they can't understand yet what I mean, but they still
want to be my friend. And, they also want to share with me when
something they don't understand happens, a dream, etc.
While it is wise not to bring people directly into your experience, it
is ok to share a glimpse here and there when spirit does it. Just remove
the fear, and whatever will be will be from God's Will for you. Knowing
that God is working for you, through you should be a comfort,
therefore, is not God taking care of your needs? Does he/she not know
that you are a single mom with responsiblities. Let your faith carry
you and you won't be hiding but instead let your light shine. Gloria

I live in Red Wing which is only an hour away from Minneapolis and know
of nothing. I have really been putting my feelers out there too. No one
seems to know anything. In fact, many spiritual people I have contacted
really don't know what Kundalini is. They are glad I can tell them some
things. If you find anything, I would also be curious to find more out

how about looking for a Pentecostal or Holy Roller kind of Baptist
church? Or a Quaker church? Seriously. If there is nothing else
around, these folks at least have some experience with the 'tongues
of fire'. Walk around some Black neighborhood churches on
Sunday morning and listen for some loud shouting coming out,
chances are some people inside will
know what you are talking about. Or walk around some White neighborhood
Quaker churches and listen for a silent glow coming
out, chances are, again, some people inside will know what you are
talking about. If they bring out a box filled with snakes, though,
watch out!
But I am only guessing from what I have read, no personal
experience here ...

dear nothing is...
personally cant speak for minneapolis...but can speak about my little
part of this big blue marble...
my church, is very active in spiritual related things...offers classes in
yoga, ti chi, reiki, goddess circles, etc...you may want to check out if
there is in your area...
i am a UNITARIAN, by the way...
also look to health food stores for info?
start your own group?
