Grounding and centering will help tremendously..
Stand firm on the ground, feet slightly apart, knees bent slightly.
Then think or focus on the earth.
Imagin you are a large tree with roots that go deep into the ground.
Then raise your arms as if they are pulling upward (bringing the
earth energy upward into your center).. bellybutton. Which is the
center of your body..
THen Let your arms float higher and take a deep breath thru your nose.
As you breath out.. lower your hands back to your stomach area.
(bringing the energy from up to the center of your being). You might
even say "ho" as you bring your hands down and exhale. Yin and Yang
energy will be in balance.. grin
This is a Tai Chi or martial arts stance that is the beginning of all
the routines. When you are grounded and balanced, You are unshakable.
.(and not easy to throw.. grin)

Mikael,
Grounding is for everyone, not only for those experiencing kundalini.
Grounding is simple, as it is our natural way of being. We learn bad
energy "habits" if our parents have them, as we restructure our energy
patterns to mimic theirs.
Grounding begins with breath, babies breathe from their abdomen, and
use their lower back muscles. Have you ever watched a cat breathe? Their
back moves with every indrawn breathe.
With the intake of breath your lower abdomen expands, using first your
LOWER BACK muscles. This may take practice to relearn if you have a
different breathing pattern. Keep the body relaxed.
After your are breathing easily from the belly, follow these 3 steps;
1. Center your awareness in your belly. This is the seat of
consciousness, not the brain. Where your attention is, your essence is.
2. Become aware of your aura. Visualize it as a golden light around your
body. Most people carry it up too high, around their knees. Mentally
picture it as being THREE FEET below the soles of your feet.
3. Open and accept energy flowing up from below your feet.
This has to become habit. I have taught for many years, and the only
thing that seems to make this habitual is to carry a timer around your
neck. Set it to go off six times a day, and ground using 1-2-3.
Carry the timer for 45 days.

I can´t control my third eye yet but I´ve reduced the "activity"
I'am very intressed in opening and increase the chakras energi!
