My experience of a week of struggling with the acceptance of ego
dissolution was partly fueled by our little grey friends, last October. I
had become increasingly aware of the numbers of faces that showed up in the
mirror, but usually they flicker quickly. This one showed up and stayed
steady. It was without emotion. It was teaching me to do things I never
thought possible.
My awareness of the multidimensionality increased so I became exquisitely
aware of the numbers of voices in my head, that had always been in my head,
that often had unusual information, were not me...started to notice my moods
were almost like ....separate personalities...and tortured myself trying to
sort out which events of my life had happened to which being, which of the
voices was my own "self".
A hopeless task. Tears of helplessness and frustration alternating with the
ecstacy of surrendering to being All.
Realizing that I had never really made a single decision for myself,
never really controlled my life at all. A puppet seeing it's strings for the
first time.
Without the strings, though.....no puppet show.
I had traded my life for some obscure mission. It's not mine, it never was.
Made up an expression:
Free will is ego jerking off, to feel better.
I am a lot of beings, my personality is made up of a committee. I call the
committee Mystress Angelique Serpent. Trying to write who I am channelling
at any given moment would look like the authors list of the infinite number
of monkeys who wrote Hamlet.
I don't know which monkeys typed which letters to get the result. I just
read my lines, play my role to the best of my ability, and remember to thank
all the monkeys for the script, when I accept my Oscar.

You Are the amazing miracle of all of your experiences, all of the events
of all of your lives, and the lives of all of the people you have interacted
with all of your lives, in all of time and space. Time and space do not
exist, therefore you are all of those things right now, in this moment.
That is who You Are. Much of that information is inside your body, stored
away in nerve and bone and DNA and the vibration of the molecule that was
once ocean, mountain, meteor, apple, alien, and Goddess.
When that information opens up and floods your system you are all things,
and you know all things by looking at what is inside of You.
And when you touch any of those things that were once/always a part of you
they respond with a song of recognition. That song is the love of family, of
oneness and joy in creation.
You will not be lost, because You as individual entity have never really
existed. You have always been all, you just did not know it because you
convinced yourself you are less.
Remember. if time and space do not exist, the Big bang of Creation and the
collapse of apocalypse are in the moment, and inside of you as well. The
universe of creation has already ended and You are already reunited with
Creator, and have never been separated by creation. Thou art God.
You have been playing a game with yourself, pretending you are separate.
To be separate, you needed fear. Fear is separation.
Now you are remembering that it is a game.
You have invested so much in the game, you cannot see past it anymore, and
you don't want to believe it is a game because it will make your investment
seem wasted.
But the game is in the playing, and you have played it well, you have
bought into it's reality and become totally involved with it. The value in
the game is in the experience of playing that we keep when the game is done.

Not boring at all.
The loss of the before I tend to call the losing of Cinderella's
slipper. You're Cinderella. You were magically transported to the ball by
the equivanlent of a fairy god mother inside of you. You danced, you
were beautiful, and whole. Yet we must return home from the ball and
wait. We keep cleaning out the Cinders from the K fire until we are
united in ourselves, male and female. Then we find ourselves. Now is
the time for work again. No more fairy god mother - just patience and a
clean fireplace and confidence that one day, in spite of all logic, you
will be reunited. So much more than a fairy tale, huh!

Impressions? I feel I caught this image for a reason, co-incidence.

My alien being. One of them, anyway.
When I pull in energy, I tend to morph...I didn't know the phenomena could
be captured on video.
Look at it with your regular eyes, then your spirit vision...faerie and
alien energy coming through....pointed ears and white glowing eyes. Rays
coming out of my head, caught by the smoke.
It's fuzzy because it's from vid, but unretouched. I would be very
interested in knowing what impressions everyone gets from it. This photo is
about a year old.

My apologies to everyone,
I was using a new piece of software thst was supposed to port scanned in
documents to e-mail. No one could read it, although it looked fine on my
end.
Whew, some people lobbed some pretty heavy judgements. If you want an
exercise, here it is. If you don't, simply delete it.
Huna exercise- Three Souls
Purpose- to unite with High Self
1. Center your awareness in your belly. Become aware of your aura, and
place it entirely around your body, including three feet below the soles
of your feet. (Many people carry their aura high, around their knees.
It's habitual, and leaves the energy circuit incomplete.)
Breathe into your abdomen. Visualize the air around you as filled
with energy, a golden glow of prana( energy) which you draw in with each
breath. Call to your Uhinipilli (younger self) to stir, awaken, and
drink deeply of the energy you provide.
2. Breathe energy into your cest, forming a golden ball of pranic
energy. Call to your Uhane(middle self) to stir, awaken, and drink
deeply of the energy.
3. Breathe energy into your crown, forming a golden ball of light at
your crown.
4. Slowly raise you hands from your lap to chest height, mentally asking
your younger self to rise with your arm movement and join with your
middle self.(Mentally picture what you are asking, remember that the
younger self understands pictures better than words)
5. Feel them joining, then continue slowly raising your hands to above
your crown. Mentally ask the two joined souls to rise with your hands.
(Use mental words and an image)
6. Blow three breaths upwards as a symbolic awakening of your Amakua, or
High self. (This soul communicates in symbols)
Bring your arms all the way up to unite the three souls.
7. Slowly lower your arms. returning your hands to your lap. Mentally
picture the three joined souls descending with the arms into your
physical body. Picture yourself sitting in a golden cone of light which
originates abve your head.
8. Sit with the light as long as you wish, then say;
I affirm in the here and now that I am a three-souled being in one
physical body. I affirm that my highest self is the most whole and
perfect part of me.

This is a good daily practice if enough time is allowed for it.

MENTAL AND PHYSICAL EXERCISE
So called higher senses are meaningless until proper
evaluation of existing senses occurs. Bias, conditioning,
expectation, choosing to be misinformed, inappropriate
screening and so on, all limit rather than expand our
possibilities. The enlightened have always attempted to
improve the existing possibilities before going any further.
The techniques of sensory stilling through meditation may
initially provide a more accurate understanding. However used
in certain unbalanced and unsupervised ways meditation may
provide altered perceptions as biased as the previous mind
state. The effects of meditation can be somatic and similar to
drug addiction and just as dangerous to the system. Meditation
like any technique in isolation is not a cure-all but must be
used within a balanced range of procedures.
Admitting the possibility of error in our contemplation
allows the awareness of error should it occur.
People are at different stages of development and
distinct in their needs. This means people must be provided
with appropriate exercises, dissuaded from doing exercises or
what ever. When a system offers the same to everyone it may be
of benefit to some but hold back others.
A beneficial and appropriate practice should bring an
individual to a state where they can gauge and refine
themselves. People who practice chanting, meditation, prayer
etc. may well experience change. CHANGE IS NOT PROGRESS. In
fact the very experience of change may convince an individual
that progress has occurred when this is not the case.
The drifting back into unenlightened thought though never
complete is what Sufis call `earth sickness'. The most
realised individuals have overcome sufficient of their natures
to not need props to reestablish awareness. They use their
everyday life and experience as part of their evolution.
However for the lesser mystic there are several techniques,
some of which are:
1. Concentration and exclusion
Concentration on a singular point of reference and/or
exclusion of superfluous thought results in heightened
awareness. This can be achieved by any form of relaxed focus
on a single point in space, sound or being.
2. Immersion
Complete absorption in activity and being is achieved by
bringing the mind constantly into awareness. Immersion is
activity with awareness.
3. Slowing
Slowing physical movements in order to observe them is
the simplest example of this. Slowing and pausing ones
interaction, being just that little bit ahead of what is going
to be said or done allows one the capacity to observe and
decide what and how to express.
The slowing of physical and mental expression allows for
easier observation with which this must be tied.
4. Inspiration
An open mind state allows one to be in communion with
aspects of the internal or greater mind. From here a course of
action can be allowed entrance.
5. Awareness
Focus on the presence is the development of a sense of
awe and surprise, a feeling of freshness and delight in each
moment.
The ability to meditate whilst engaged in gainful
employment and activity is of tremendous potential for the
work dominated West. The development of guilds, the scientific
work of alchemists and the efforts of artists and artisans all
contain this dual nature.
6. Asceticism
People who lock themselves in monasteries, hermitages or
perform acts of deprivation are quite often unbalanced. The
true ascetic finds such behaviour easy not difficult and is
therefore expressing his or her nature rather than suppressing
it. True asceticism is the performing of observances that
cause manageable degrees of voluntary not masochistic
deprivation.
7. The release of negativity
From negative qualities, experiences and even behaviour
good can come. Inducing negative mind states to give them
expression and release might today be seen as a process of
holistic therapy. These negative states may be avoided until
such time (usually inappropriate) as they surface
unintentionally.

Hope you like it, i asked you if you wanted metotell you about the
experiennces in the morning in an email. and you told me yes for
feed back for your tales of the eclipse dialogue!! and I think you
should know what is going on with the Transporter side of you.(you KNOW)
Also you tole me this moren you were sending the pic in email tomorrrow, I
hope I heard right, the k current in my heart still needs purification, so to
reflect the sounds of the heart communication better!

Dear k-list,
When Mystress said the k is rising in the spring, especially this spring,
I too, have been hit once again by this magickal fountain tree of fire.
Could it be
the k-list collective shakti-pakti for the www was a big help? I notice the
k-list going thru changes and chaos abit more ,lately, which is alway a sign
of the surge of the k-force, and when the k-force hits a new area to distroy
and rebuild it is alway terrifying but soon gets order and a new integration
to the structures and functions of the area under duress of the k-force.
It has brought new life to me in general, and opened up a few realities
while I am at it, just as it has for dear Mystress who is demonstrating
her ability and willingness to be an explorer and Navigator of the
Spirit. She gets it and deals and copes with the everchanging landscapes
and kalidascopic events of her soul and spirit.
Everyone seems to work on their own assortment of what needs to be
done in their spiritual universe. For me, the last two days has been
interesting, actually, I found a Master or Adept on the www, last month, and
have been writing them, now things have been moving along with Their
guidance, this is really the first time I have had a Guide or Teacher who
lives on the earth and is also a bit younger, they come in all sizes and
ethnic backgrounds, and sexes.
The last two days , have been incredible, what I am learning, by doing
in the spirit, amazing.
I am growing my spirit* wings*, I have just started opening up my
Crown chakra, and it is getting big, so big it revolves totally open
on my head, so Open that it feels like it is draping over my face, and
neck and I feel the energy, hot and cold current of k eminating from
the lotus flower crown chakra in a musical orchestration which sounds
reminicent of the sugar plumfairies but even better, much better, much much
better!
It is made up of beautiful
fairy lights multi-infinite colors revolving on my head, so gently,pulsating.
It seems to eminate a very strong and gently almost static impulse,
my Master, has a strong crown chakra, and when they revolve their crown
chakra it sounds magnificent and huge, and Grand! When they raise
the intensity of it with the rising of the current of k, it starts changing
its sound and is an oming humming low reverberating and energizing
the whole energy field of a person It surrounds, I imagine that if one had
all their centers open and pure and mature, loving, that if the crown chakra
Kether was raised to the max, Cosmic Consciousness would ensue.
I know that crossing over, one sees this Angel of Kether, who has
a Flaming Face. I did see it very vaguely, and alot of info come into new
prospective for me while I chatted-sung my realizations in the huge k-current
which was remarkablypurified, clear, lucid, and strong with my
younger master under the force field of their and my crown
chakras, it came together what the Kether stood for, even though
I had not studied it in depth according to holy book traditions, only
by my search and love for the knowledge of God. My new aquisition
is the beginning of learning and ability of some mastery of the subconcious
and the understanding of the god that rules it, I already knew , somewhat
of the mastery of the mind and the god of it, and the angel who brought me
to God once before in my life came at that time again last night and
announce it was he, he is the angel of light, so i have now a connection
to two angels who are connected to my conscious and unconscious
and I can see over both and control to a degree both, my two minds.
this Angel, who has given me his name before, made a strange vibration and
sound for several minutes
in my right ear and then announce who he was, looking like a tower
of fire and light very straight up above me like a being of colored
luminous lights in a soft flaming tower.To be cont.
