 That's pretty normal.. the shaking and heat is Karma burning up and
unkinking. No worries... rather, it is a positive sign. Shakti did it.

  Nope, it is meant to be done in front of the computer..

 Nope. this is also normal. Kundalini is sexual creative energy, and it
is normal for your libido to go berserk in the first stages, when the lower
chakras are unfolding. Later in the process your sex drive might vanish for
weeks or months at a time, because the energy is being redirected to other
chakras. My sex drive has just come back after being gone for 6 months..
 Acts of love and pleasure serve the Goddess.. enjoy it.

 hmmmm.. good question. Kundalini does tend to be pretty hard on
relationships. Divorces occur because the unawakened partner cannot keep up
with how fast their awakened beloved is changing.
   If your Lady also does the grounding then you will both be awakened.. :)
You can grow together.

Kundalini.. it's not very busy. If you like, you could start a list for
spouses of awakened people....

 Hugs to you too.. he is in Goddess' hands, it may be scary but he
will be fine. Try to give him space for his process, try to relax and
listen even if what he says is hard to understand.
One other thing.. in some cases Kundalini symptoms get so severe that
the awakened person has a hard time holding down a regular job. This
probably won't happen with him, but you might want to look around for some
kind of home based business to supplement your income, just in case.
