I have been defining the bad habits I have as something to fullfill The void.


someone famouse once wrote , I think it was Epicuriouse , It is good to know
the root of things.

In some cases the first sin might have started this , it all depends on where
you focus to start the journey.

some reason in you and\or your life has started this void and it is up to you
to close it.

Perhaps , that is what many of us are doing , trying to close the K void.
