a useful principle I read somewhere that made sense was that one needs to
understand symptom X, voices, whatever, is arising out of you, thru your
personal
mental filter (from the godhead) - these are not disembodied voices from
"out there"
that are separate ontological entities - and what you say about
responsibility certainly
is true. Part of the responsibility is understanding what is going on with
you at the
psychological level and that it very well may NOT be God, but some repressed or
disowned part of you acting out thru mental symptoms To say "God told me
to..." is
to actually disown your personal responsibility for your actions and their
effects

this may be the difference between the mentally ill and the normal person
who gets hit
with K (though you may go mentally ill if your psyche breaks down because
of the stress)
the normal person is (hopefully) able to understand they're just acting as
a conduit
so to speak, and when they are.
