Hi Lyndon,

Meditate sitting up if you are getting better results. It seems your
body likes that better.

I have done both, including standing up and also dancing. Let the energy
be your guide. It seems to think it is able to move better when you sit
up.

You'll find different postures and activity are appropriate for
different cycles of the kundalini.

Subject: [K-list] Meditating sitting up or lying down?

Hi,

Quick question: I can't be sure, but I feel as if the energy gets
blocked somehow when I meditate lying down. I find it so much
convinient to meditate lying on the bed, but when I do, my whole body
becomes rigid from the energy. I tried meditating sitting up, and it
feels as though the energy is able to move better.

What do you guys recommend?

Regards,
L
