Hi Guys,

Does anyone know what the chinese called Kundalini? I decided to do some Qi
Gong to increase my Qi and deal with potential adrenal exhaustion -- as
recommended by Susan- thanks!

It seems to have rocketed my K and I also feel great from it. However, in
the training manual there is no mention of Kundalini, but they do mention
some energy called "Gong", and they also talk about "Falan" which apparently
is a wheel of enegy that sits in the abdoment and creates "Gong". "Gong",
apparently is a pillar of energy that I think goes through the body, and it
seems from their description out of the head too -- could this be kundalini?

Best Regards,
L
