    That's not quite how it happened... :)

~~~~~~Thanks for updating me.
   Thanks for the recommendation! :)
    The specifics are different, but I feel tummo is tummo... and we
both
teach about the Divine Beloved.
    So glad to have you back on this list! :) How are things going
with
you and Glenn?
~~~~~~~Glenn and I have been fairly busy teaching the kundalini
awakening seminars. We have been teaching a level one which is the basic
yogic and chi kung methods for learning how to be responsible for
awakening kundalini. It takes the best of both systems and some others
and synthesizes it with safeguards to prevent injury like people have
had in the past. It's fairly cool and simple. But like anything else
people have to practice to get results. The class is also good for
people who have had spontaneous awakening and want to smooth out the
experience and fill in the gaps and learn more.

Our level two amps up what we learned in level one with tantric
practices. It's emhasis is on bliss, ecstatic movement and esoteric
sexuality. Level three will be on the Divine Beloved and archetypes and
the shadow. Level four will be a live in intensive with lots of shakti
immersion for participants and subtle inner practices, some shamanism,
to help people really integrate what they have learned. The last two are
still in development and it's a lot of fun. We are having a great time
and so are our students. We have way more stuff than we could ever put
into classes. You know how that goes. So we are going to write some
books together.

So far we have been well received. We are doing level one and two in
Denver in October and then in November we are going to Miami. Santa
Cruz, New York City, London and possibly Asheville and LA next Spring of
05. Glenn has developed a system of Shaktipat massage. I add my unique
traditions and we do a dual shaktipat. People get off the massage table
giggling and blissed out most of the time.

We find we have to do a lot of energy work on the legs because people
generally are so disconnected from the earth. Lots of upper chakra
activity but no real lower chakras open at all. The energy channels are
almost always stagnant and dark below the waist.

We were on TV a couple of weeks ago and got our first hate voice mail.
What we are doing is "blasphemy" or some such strange stuff. I didn't
listen to it. Our seminar director told me about it today.

Glenn and I make a great team. Similar energy/perspectives, different
genders. Makes a nice balance for teaching. I keep him from getting too
macho and clinical and he keeps me from getting too airy fairy and
spacey. I think he gets a little envious though cause I get so many more
hugs from people. ;> (The secret is opening up the heart chakra wide
when you hug them.)

It's always lovely to work with a powerful person who doesn't get
overwhelmed or fried by me. We have found we detoxify each other and
drive up the kundalini to higher and higher levels in our own
development. We used to make each other sick, as in physically ill, when
we first began to hang out but that has calmed down as the kundalini did
some deep subtle cleansing in both of us.

I am glad to be around on the list. I can't be as active as I used to be
but I will keep peeking my head in now and then.

Love,
Susan

PS. I am just starting my first class on my way to getting my PhD at the
University of Colorado's Health Sciences Center.. I hope to do my thesis
on some aspect of kundalini and energy healing. I have already talked to
the school about it and they seem open. Isn't that an amazing
development after all these years?! Glenn's going to give me a hand. His
double doctorate experience will come in handy.
