I keep wondering, are these really two different things? I mean, the
symptoms appear to be similar, what happens to us appears to be similar
as
well. Different angle on things, completely different terminology etc.

Maybe the Indigo/Crystal transitions are also different stages of the K
process? (And vice versa) Just a reflection.
