Dear Friends,

I have a question? I cry everyday, and sometimes laugh and cry at the same time. I thought that was just me. Presently, I am going through some big problems and then again I cry due to this. But for years now, I cry when I am in the state of bliss while meditating. I feel so overwhelmed with joy that I cry. Is this part of the K awakening? I had no idea.
Another question, I have been reading about rushing noise in the head, I hear my heart beat, especially at night. I have told countless doctors about this and they test my heart, blood pressure, and lately, the doctor thought I had MS and he ordered 3 MRI's to see my brain, spinal chord, I also have had cat scans to see if I have an aneurism because of the sound I hear. It is like a drum in my head. There is nothing wrong with me all the tests are negative... Now, after reading the posts I just realized what this is all about. Thanks

Right on Jenny: I did the Mystic Rose twice after having been with Osho for
11 years. 2l days each time. I did it alone in the British Columbia
mountains beside a river. 7 days laughing for 3 hours. 7 days crying for 3
hours. 7 days witness on the hill for 3 hours.

  I have never been the same since.

  It opened channels in me that have never closed since but have opened more
and more. Now whenever energy goes in me, it comes out! If it gets even the
tiniest bit stuck, the body knows what to do. Yep. Laughing and crying.
Usually mostly crying.

  I have nothing to do with this. I am just a helpless witness.
