Hi,

Just a quick question: I have music in my head all the time, even when I'm meditating. It's there all the time. I hear a tune it sticks in my head for the next hour. And I seem to automatically / unconsciously select tunes based on my mood and then play them over and over continuously, i.e. a song will just pop into my head and stay there.

Other people don't seem to have this, at least not to the degree that I do. And I'm wondering if it is a symptom of K, and if so, is there anything that can be done about it? I feel it's my mind resisting.
