   You are so encouraging. Thank you. Camomile tea??? its so gentle. I'm
having a cup of tension tamer tea each night and it has camomile and other
sleepers in it and if I smoke, even it doesn't work. But it seems I need
something much heavier to put me out....thats if I smoke.

  Your idea sounds good and I will try it. I'll get some camomile tea
tomorrow. Maybe I'm just writing it off without giving it another recent
chance.
