I believe I have done this very thing only it is not called by the same
name.
You will get the same or similar instructions from different sources,
Kabalah,
The Ancient Secret of Life, Kundalini, Reiki and they all
call it a different name.
 I feel like all of these books/modalities are trying to help us get to the
same
place. Atleast, I have found a similar thread running through the
information.
There are many roads to enlightenment...
We decided whether that place is through the heart or through ego, isn't
that where a difference could come forth?

And may I also say, isn't Kundalini another name for prana? I feel that
there
are different levels of Kundalini and one of them may be prana.

The more I know ...the less I'm sure of...the more I turn towards my heart
it does not led me astray.
