Hi All,

I have been doing the singing bit for years, nobody likes my voice but that's ok because I sing alone. The music I like is usually smooth jazz or some good old classic music from my teenage times. The music must be vibrating at my level. I know when I hear it! What happens is, I become very high and seem to go into ecstasy or blissful state. This is a form of meditation because you jump into the alpha state until the song is over... Musicians and singers must feel this, too. Anyway, dancing does the same thing. But it boils down to music, music is a great lifter to higher consciousness. Dance and sing your way to DIVINITY.

Love you all,
Adriana

I agree completely. Singing, chanting, drumming, and other forms of
expression (the louder and more physical the better!) is a powerful
catalyst for change.
