     Just to clarify... you and I are referring to different things, with
the up and down. You are speaking of what is sometimes called the
microcosmic orbit, the pattern of the energy flow. I don't teach the
microcosmic orbit, I find the grounding to be more effective, it is similar
to the macrocosmic orbit.

   I was speaking of the process of chakras are being cleared and
opened. In a classic awakening, K moves up the chakras then moves back
down through them opening them more fully. Generalizations, of course...
Goddess does as She pleases. Top down awakenings follow a different pattern.
