Hi David,

I thought about the question you posed and here is my attempt to
answer. Yes I would press the button. I think that the first time I answered
this question would have been in the early 1971.
I was meditating (although I did not know what I was doing was meditation)
and I found myself I a tunnel in darkness. I approached a light at the end
of this tunnel and looked out at this swirling undulating light. This light
appeared limitless and I felt fear like the hair on the back of neck
standing up. Without more than a moment of hesitation I jumped. Not long
afterward I had a powerful kundalini experience that has never faded from
memory. After a number of rough years and much emotional work I have only
shadows of seperation that come up when an old unresolved emotional piece is
triggered. I do however have a deep powerful relationship and a body that
still experiences pain. The profound change is not a dissapearence of
(You'd have to 'give-up' all your worldly crap
(relationships, bills, pleasure, body, disease, etc.) but instead all
these events take place and I have no attachment to any of it .The events of
life flow through me but do not ruffle the placid loving peace that "I" am
lost in. After many years of emotional horrors and pain I feel no nostalgic
desire for finding who I was. In wordless wonder I walk this earth without
fear my heart pouring forth. Compassion for all without judgement, in full
comprehension for the pain of perpitrators and ther victims. Total faith in
the wisdom, and flow of Earth's living and the evolution of our DNA towards
an enlightened planet without anxiety of time and deadlines for
accomplishment.

Love and Peace,

Guy

If there were some mythical red button
available to you
that you could press anytime
that would instantly 'eject' you into
all encompassing and limitless GodHead
(i.e. the experience that separates you from God is destroyed)

would you press it?
