Many many years ago, whilst I was waiting to fall asleep one night, love
suddenly welled up in me and spread out along with my awareness and I became
a part of several miles around me... I was everything and loved everything,
and I mean EVERYTHING, it was ALL loveable, even the dirt in the gutter,
indeed everything was equally loveable ...the flower was no easier to love
than the dog shit or the ugly buildings. It was all composed of love and I
was just a part of it all, no more, no less.

Well, sadly I didn't manage to remain in that state for long, it was one of
those magic glimpses that helps you understand what the goal is.

It seems to me from that experience that it is not so much where our love is
directed as to how much we feel of real Love. if you have that, you
automatically love yourself equally.

With love to you all,
Dormouse
