Normally an orgasm happens as a result of something happening to the
genitals. Now people who've lost an arm or a leg are known to sometimes
have pains in the missing limb, but normally a pain in the arm comes
from something affecting the arm, not from elsewhere in the body.
Despite the differences between men's and women's genitals, they seem to
be variations on one basic design, some parts larger or smaller, some
inside or outside, but with correspondence between the various elements
of each. So orgasms can just as well start in either kind of genitilia,
and it's absurd to say that one sex or the other feels it more or less
there.

I'd need a better memory for reincarnations to know what differences
there might be in how this feels in men or women's minds. But generally
our minds reflect what our brains do... and there have been recent
studies on how men and women's brains react to orgasm. The results were
said to be "95% the same." Allow 5% for differences in the form of our
organs (& whatever it is that makes male orgasms commonly trigger a
temporary shutdown) and it sounds likely enough to me.
