Guy,

Thank you for discussing your experiences. What you describe is
consistent with my experiences, so I found some satisfaction in reading
your message.

Within a few minutes of going to sleep, my spine starts to wriggle quite
strongly (either side to side or forwards and backwards) with the
Kundalini Shakti. This can carry on with and without my intention for a
long time.

I have had many sessions of Kundalini activity (Mudras, Kriyas, etc)
lasting hours at a time. Sometimes the sessions just get merged in to
normal daily life and it's hard to tell how long they have lasted.
Sometimes what I think is the start of a fresh session is merely the
continuation of the previous ones, which have been persistent in the
background.
