Subject: [K-list] Waking up between 2-4 am

It seems to be a day of sharing for me, so I will go on with a second
experience of late, that could be interesting.

Almost every single night I keep waking up sometime between 2-4 am, usually
after a dream/lucid dream. Very often I feel a lot of energies surging
through me, up and down, along with a lot of light inside my head and body..
Often I also see a lot of colors and subtle patterns in chidakash (the space
seen when the eyes are closed) Very often there is a strange feeling of
something happening, but I can never figure it out, like there are thoughts
and feelings that are completely alien to me. The odd thing is that it's
never hard to go back to sleep again.

I've heard about other people also waking up in the middle of the night with
things happening.. What is so special with this time of night? Why do
these things happen in the middle of the night and not at breakfast
(Although things have happened at breakfast too hehe)

With love
Gustaf Grefberg
