The perceived locations appear to differ in different people, but this is
from Kundalini Tantra:

"Vishuddi chakra is in the cervical plexus directly behind the throat pit.
It's kshetram is in the front of the neck, at the throat pit or thyroid
gland. The physiological concomitants of vishuddi are the pharyngeal and
laryngeal nerve plexi"

Some advanced language there. Kshsetram means trigger point, which are used
for focus as they are often in a direct physical location and it's easier
for some people than directly perceiving the chakra. =)

My one seems to me to be just below the neck?
