Dear Ranbir,
You are not alone! I think most of us has felt spaced out with K energy at
one time or another. I find it difficult, sometimes to break away from
inertia/catalepsy.
Sometimes, though, instead of trying to focus--and thereby fighting against
the energy-- one can relax and try to allow oneself to perform more or less on
autopilot. One can often achieve more than one would expect this way.
I guess that's why traditionally it's only once the student and householder
stages of life are over that a person becomes an ascetic. It's certainly
pretty hard to concentrate either as a student or as a bread winner while engulfed
with powerful K energy. :)) But today many young people are meditating and
becoming K awake. In the past centuries there probably wasn't much time
leisure time for meditation.
