Hello all,
I am new to this alias and to the K-force in general. I am recently discovering about this and need some information. Is it true that awakening the kundalini is dangerous? I read about GopiKrishna's document online and am really wary about this now?

I heard it can even cause mental imbalance etc... Can you let me know what you know about this?
