Subject: [K-list] K and desirelessness

I am sure this is a fairly commonly discussed topic, and is often talked
about. K and a state of desirelessness.

How do I explain a state of feeling utterly desireless, while still feeling
like I have all the energy in the world moving through me? It comes at such
an annoying time too, at a time when we are between projects at work and I
have all the time in the world to pursue all those projects and things I
wanted to do.. And now.. I don't want to do any of them. They are there, I
feel them.. But I don't want to do anything.. No desire to do anything..

I don't feel depressed or miserable or unhappy.. Nor do I feel apathetic,
because I am very sensitive to things both inside and outside myself, and
emotions can indeed be strong..

What kind of experiences of desirelessness do you folks here have.. And most
important, what are the best ways to deal with it? Sure, a state of
detachment is something many people strive for, but I am just kinda sitting
right now, not doing anything at all, because I don't want to do anything at
all.. Of course I work, eat, cook, clean, do errands, even watch movies with
my wife etc.. Because it's part of life..

Probably it's just something that is coming and going.. It'll pass, and I
can hopefully bring the state of detachment with me into something more
fullfilling later on.. But right now, I can just sit, or lay somewhere...I
don't see any need to do anything else right now.

With love
Gustaf
