I have no "explanations" for the sort of physical
changes you mention, however i have experienced
something similar as a result of a transformational
experience i had years ago related to k.

The details are not important, but what was noticed
physically afterwards was a huge difference in the
musculature of my back and chest. It is as though the
transformation not only occurred
emotionally/spiritually but it removed some layers of
physical armoring or holding that had been present for
decades, and the muscle and tissue changes reflected
it. It was clearly noticed visually by my bodyworker,
as well as something that i could feel physically...
the absence of physical knots throughout.

I suspect that others here have more of their own
experiences as well.
 
Thanks for telling us about your stature changes. That
is a big difference - more than 3 inches... What can
or do you do to relieve the pain that accompanies
them?
