Actually scratch that thought,
For me anyway god is in my heart,
And the arms and the hands are linked directly to the heart,
So I suppose it would make sense that If I clench my hands,
And stiffen my arms I affect my heart and therefore my spirituality.

:) peace.

I find that when I stop sending energy down my fingers especially the long
one (I think its index) I stop believing in spirituality and god and when I
do I start believing again, my heart opens and I lose myself, why is this?
Are the fingers and the hands linked with something else?
