I've been very absent-minded even since childhood.. Probably due to a lack
of connection between higher and lower chakras. It's all been starting to
dissolve the past few years though..

Maybe ADD is an lack of connection between chakras? Many of these people
have amazing qualities, but seem to have a difficulty to manifest them in
the "normal" world around them.. The sad part is that they are labeled as
being "wrong" in some form, that they need to be "corrected" and which in my
view probably just aggravates the condition, instead of encouraging them to
become open, more connected within themselves.

Has anybody else hear on the list had ADD/Alhztimers type symptoms
since
their Kundalini started?

I was practicing a lot of Vipassana Meditation to try to correct this
but it
hasn't totally reversed itself.
